It's always unwelcome news when there is a sewer line issue. However, I had a really nice experience with Zoom Drain. The scheduling and service was completed professionally and at a reasonable price given the amount of work that the situation entailed. The service technicians Alex and Jose completed the work in a professional and friendly manner. They ensured that I was happy with their efforts and the cleanup. Importantly, they took the time to carefully perform the work and ensure that there were no further blockages after fixing the issue.

I cannot say enough great things about Boone and his team. During one of the coldest times of the year, I had a pipe burst, and the situation was incredibly stressful. From the very first call, Boone and his crew were responsive, professional, and reassuring. They showed up exactly when they said they would, which is huge when you’re dealing with an emergency in freezing temperatures. Every visit, they did an outstanding job and took the time to explain what was happening and what needed to be done. Their knowledge and experience were clear, and they worked efficiently without cutting any corners. On top of that, they were extremely polite, respectful, and easy to work with, which made a difficult situation much more manageable. Jose came out and was amazing. My car was taken by the owner booth who intern had them out here within maybe an hour or an hour and a half of my calling. He was out of here in about an hour and took care of my problem. It was a serious issue with my toilet and it being stopped up to the point where it was causing my whole house to shut down and he was able to fix it. Everything is working right now and I am so pleased. I would absolutely refer them to anyone and would use them again if I ever have another issue.

I was really impressed with the service and care I received from Unlimited Plumbing! They came out on a Saturday for a main line backup- no extra cost for a weekend!!, walked me through the entire process and helped me w a plan to fix it. Work is all done and I couldn’t be happier. Price was great too considering it was a main line fix. Andrew was spectacular to work with and the crew including Yede was amazing, friendly and helpful.

We have just had an emergency after someone dumped cat litter in the toilet. Nothing worked. No longer than 2 hours after I placed the call we had the technician, Andrew, arriving. He was great, easy going, super helpful...he walked us through plan a and plan b, and we had to take out the toilet to remove the clog. The pricing was transparent and agreed on before he started. I would definitely recommend them.

Westover Plumbing was highly responsive to my initial call and got a technician out the next morning. The technician was able to accurately assess the issue and make the appropriate repair. It was a job well done and I will recommend this company for any future plumbing issues.

Aidan and his team were absolutely outstanding. On time, courteous and performed an exemplary job. We have an old house with the original spigots from 1976 and they were leaking. They were concreted into the brick and needed to be replaced. Needless to say they confronted the job with precision and were thorough in testing to make sure everything was running smoothly. We absolutely would not recommend another plumber!

Aiden was extremely professional and communicated as he was going which was very helpful considering I had no idea what he was talking about. He also seemed to be really on top of training the guy that was with him. I could tell he felt it was really important to do everything right and not to skimp on any steps. Both guys very very polite and willing to answer any questions I had about future projects, ensuring that we will be booking them in the future as we continue with the renovations of our new home.

Aidan and his Associate (forgot to get his name) both were very professional and thorough. They found the "problem" quickly and I was able to speak to City Of Raleigh Water regarding City Of Raleigh mistake and they have credited our bill for the cost of having Optimal Plumbing solutions come out. If it was not for Aidan and his Co worker, I would have assumed the issue was on our end but their thoroughness and professional detailed explanation helped and I would recommend them, and also use them again when I do actually have a real plumbing problem. I thank them wholeheartedly for how professional they were.

I had a sewer backup and the warranty provider directed me to Pipe Techs. They came out the day they were called. Eddie was very friendly, willing to work with the warranty company to ensure I had no payment out of pocket, and was careful not to damage my plants in the yard. The work was done on time and as promised. Will likely work with these guys again! The only suggestion I have is slightly better communication - they actually showed up before their scheduled arrival, so I was lucky that I hadn't left for work.

Have used Walter Dobucki for years for my primary homes and rentals. Often it is for routine maintenance, however when in an emergency making the call to Walter asking him for help is just the beginning. He walks you through your plumbing emergency and let's you know what to do until the plumbing technician can be there. I called on a Satureday 2 weeks ago in Februrary. A pipe burst in a home that was just purchased by a new buyer. Walter told me what to do and expect. Hoped to fix rather than replace my water heater to save money. Michael said he thought the problem should be covered by the warranty. After he made several phone calls, he ended up getting approval for warranty replacement from the company which initially denied that it met their eligibility criteria. I am so surprised and grateful!!! I had not even thought about checking the warranty myself. Michael was absolutely amazing! He came out next day to fix our frozen pipes that busted in a few places. He was very knowledgeable and so so nice. Michael was very efficient and fixed our pipes no problem. This was a difficult job as the way our pipes and house is set up is very different than most homes. However he had no problem getting it done. For what we had fixed he was very reasonable priced and even gave us a military discount. I highly recommend Michael with Big Dawgs plumbing services!

I have multiple rental properties and I’m always on the lookout for good partners. This was my first time using them, but won’t be my last. Talking to them was so easy.
