Cannot recommend Cascade Plumbing highly enough. From the get go, Josh was very honest and transparent and even went as far as running a camera down my main sewer line for free to ensure the work he needed to perform was completely necessary. I chose Josh as the man for the job since he was one of few that took time out of his day to explain the problem and the best way to fix it. Josh and Derek experienced some unexpected problems completing the job (water leaking from the foundation) and did everything they could to complete the job properly without blowing up unnecessary expenses. They had exceptional attention to detail and did everything they could to do as little damage to my yard as possible as they dug up the main line and replaced it with the best materials available. Josh and his partners started this company a few years ago and are off to a great start building trust and serving the Sanford/Raleigh community. I will be recommending Cascade to all of my neighbors. Josh and his team were amazing! My family and I were without hot water for 4 (almost 5) nights. We had been calling our home warranty company to try to get out water heater fixed but they were dragging their feet. Once Josh heard how long it had been that we haven’t had hot water, he had his top guy come out that same day! Josh and Derek gave us a good price to replace our heater and get our home up to code. They even added a military/ law enforcement discount! Derek came out the next day to make the repairs. They really stepped up to help us out and we are so grateful!

Russ and Harley were great! They were super helpful and fixed a leak in my home with a matter of minutes. If I could give them a 10/5 I would. I truly enjoy working with this company and can’t recommend them enough. They have a warranty on their work that I truly appreciate and their prices are fair! 10/10 recommend. I didn’t work with Justin in my most recent interaction but he was fabulous to work with in the past as well!

Alex and Noel were excellent. They were friendly, efficient, hardworking, and provided top-notch service overall. A pressure tank bladder burst, which changed my water pressure. The two experts replaced the tank, repaired and upgraded connections, and fixed my problem fully and completely. Thank you for wonderful service. We will call again.

We have had renovate to bathrooms. We love them both. They converted shower/tub to tire showers. One with a doggie hose. If you are looking for great quality work at an affordable price I highly recommend them. Their tile guy “Damian” is a master with tile!

Wonderful experience with HR Curtis plumbing! They were prompt with a quote, coming out to work, and installation of everything plumbing related in a new house. They also had to work on both the coldest day of the year, and one of the hottest, during which the power went out and we couldn't even offer them the use of fans-- they took it all in stride. Excellent work, great crew, can't recommend them highly enough.

Jordan always does a great job! Although he did what should have been done the first time around. I had a new kitchen faucet installed and Jordan had to come back (he did not do the original installation). He greased the handle, put caulk around the base, and the nut that was installed originally was too big, so he replaced that too.

After months of dealing with the same plumbing issue, he came out and properly diagnosed it right away. He was professional, very personable, and took the time to explain what was going on. It was such a relief to finally have clear answers. Highly recommend!
