Prime Plumbing did outstanding work on an off and on clogged sewer line we’ve been dealing with for months. After multiple plumbing companies came out to try to find the issue, these guys came in and found our issue quickly and were able to get us back up and running. Very knowledgeable and top notch equipment and sewer tech the other companies didn’t have. Can’t recommend enough!

Arrived on schedule and was very cordial. Took pics of leak in crawlspace and explained issue and needed repair and provided cost quote. Completed repair and provided invoice. All the while Bill was extremely pleasant and professional. Great experience although a bit pricey.

Wow. Just wow. LiningWorks saved the day. We were dealing with massive drainage issues thanks to what felt like an underground root convention happening in one of our drains. The line runs under our sidewalk and winds through a small forest of trees — so this wasn’t exactly a simple fix. Enter Jeremiah and Ralph… basically two Jedi knights with all the right equipment. They assessed the situation, went to battle with the roots, and handled it like absolute pros. And the timing? Perfect. A massive rainstorm rolled in right after they finished — and for the first time in a long time, the basin didn’t turn into a swimming pool. Punctual. Professional. Personable. LiningWorks was top notch. We had a sewer main that got damaged and was completely blocked up. They were able to clear the drain, remove all issues, and reline the entire sewer main without cutting out my driveway and yard. And they were able to get the job done in one day. I would and plan to do business these guys again in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

Where do I begin? Let's just say I had an absolute nightmare on my hands for about 5 years with my sewage. I had one company qoute me 7k after he snaked my sewage line and from there I just kept snaking it every year. I dreaded the oncoming financial disaster but I bit the bullet and called LiningWorks. BEST home decision of 5 years. Jeremiah came out and tackled this chaos with grace and integrity. Come to find out my my line and lining is in pretty good shape. Now he could have very well charged me for a whole new liner and I would have never known that that wasn't the problem (until it happened again next year) but he got down to the "root" of it. After years of money, anxiety, and frustration he found out it was a city problem!!!!! HALLELUJAH and wouldn't you know the city came out the next day to clear it! Get this guys Jeremiah is going to come BACK out to make sure that the city cleared it. I will definitely be calling LiningWorks when my lining needs replacing!!!! Called at about 7:30 am and had my clogged drain clear by 10:00 am! Fantastic service! Will be calling Mr. Sifford again if we have any issues in the future.

Great customer service and friendly experience. We called every single 24 hour plumbing service and everyone gave us the run around. We either got someone hanging up on us, or no one picked up or I'll let the technician call you back. Only person who showed up was this nice gentleman here. He came when he said he was coming and did a awesome job with the issue we had. I give him a 5 stars 🌟 for taking care of my family!

His work was acceptable, but his customer service skills are very lacking. He took longer to complete the job. Did not clean up any mess he made, leaving it for us to clean up.

Price was higher than I wanted but he was patient with my desire to learn more so I could do it myself if there is another time I need to do this. Good tips on need for annual draining to extend life of a water heater. He was very professional and went the extra effort at last minute to get the part reqd to fix it same day. I recently had this company come out to repair a leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. They arrived on time and were pleasant to work with. They located the leak inside the wall beneath the sink and completed the repair for $706.37, which seemed quite high for the scope of the job. Additionally, they left a mess behind that I had to clean up myself, and they attempted to sell me two sink drains for an additional $470.00. Instead, I purchased two quality drains from a local hardware store for $40.00 and installed them myself. I also have to close the wall back up myself. Based on this experience, I would recommend exercising caution when working with large, well-known plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies, as the pricing may be significantly higher than expected.

Ben the service technician was great! He was very professional; punctual, friendly, neat, and he knew exactly what to do! He completed the job in a very timely manner also.much more quickly than I imagined! I purchased an electric range for our little downstairs kitchen, and it would not fit into its space between the wall and the counter because of an issue with the location of the socket. Been relocated the outlet and voila!!!! It now fits perfectly! I’m elated with the results! I have more electrical work that needs to be done and I’ll definitely call Pro Plumbing Air and Electric!

The two guys you sent did a great job especially for being 12 foot up. And for working on a 6 inch line live because of it was the main drain line going out to the street. Again they did a great job.

Ever since we bought our house 3 years ago, we have been having back up issue, due to the prior owners plumping issues that we weren’t aware of and we finally had the time to get someone to come out to look at. Recently, we also have been water pressure issues and our water will cut off for a few minutes and turn right back on. We have been looking around and called Carolina Pipe to come out. Andrew and his partner, I think his name is Terry. They got to our house, we told them what was going on and they went right to work. They looked at the issue and were able to work/fix the problem for us. They were also able to help look and give us a quote for the our water issue as well. They gave us a reasonable price and are very knowledgeable guys. We highly recommend Carolina Pipe Cleaning ! Their pricing is reasonable and affordable! We look forward to working with y’all again!

I had a broken sewer pipe and I had gotten several quotes. One quote was really high and they were going to bring in heavy equipment and tear up my whole yard. Another quote was exactly the same but the guy did not convince me he knew what he was talking about. Mike was very knowledgeable, pleasant and explained everything in detail. His price was fair and he did a good job. I would call him again in a heart beat. It is nice to know there are reliable contractors out there!

First of all they do not charge extra for the weekends. They came quickly after I called and fixed my leaking problem plus a couple other things I needed doing. And they are very,very reasonably priced! When Michael came in he immediately knew what to do and did it fast and professionally! I'd also like to mention how kind and down-to-earth they both were and I appreciate that a lot. I have no problem recommending them for any of your plumbing needs. That who I'll use should the need arise again!

Two guys that came out were outstanding! It was raining and they respected my floors by removing their shoes. They explained the features of the fixtures they installed clearly for me. I thought they were installing the wrong fixture, yelled in disbelief, and they were so kind that their attitude calmed me down and then explained they had the correct fixture and they were right. John from Transou Plumbing was very efficient in replacing our primary’s bathroom toilet. He also addressed the draining problem in our sons’ bathroom caused by their long hair. The plumbing now drains quickly in their bathroom. The pricing was fair and the phone representative was very transparent with pricing and adjustments. I will say the truck with the duck is a respectable company to call with any plumbing issues or upgrades.

I highly recommend this company, they were amazing! I needed the shut off valve under my kitchen sink replaced asap due to the steady leak coming from it and they were able to come out the same day i called and went ahead took care of both the valves for me. The gentleman who came out was super nice and had the job done in less than 30 mins with no issues. I WILL be using them again for all my plumbing needs!!

Service Pro Plumbing is an excellent company. Our experience has been top notch from our initial call to following up to ensure the installation is working properly. They replaced a entire house water filter from LifeSource water. They came for a pre-site walkdown to ensure they understood the job and had the right tools, they advised on what needed to happen during the replacement as well as after to ensure the media settled properly. Then they followed up a few days later to ensure everything is working correctly. I would definitely call them again.

There’s nothing quite like the feeling when you realize you’re hot water has gone out. Even more so for me since I’m currently dealing with some pretty serious post surgery health issues and absolutely cannot be without hot water. I needed a good plumber and fast! After a quick google search I found My Plumber Today. I’d never heard of them, but they had almost 100% five star reviews which I found to be remarkable. I called, let Maddie know my situation and I had a technician on site in less than an hour! My tank seemed good, albeit outdated, so in an effort to keep cost down we just replaced the heat elements. Unfortunately, despite the appearance of my tank, it needed to be replaced as well. They had a comparable tank in stock and came back the following day to swap it out. Tony and Mitch arrived and brought their A-game. They were the epitome of professionalism and worked with integrity as I had to leave for doctors appointments, working above and beyond all expectations. The cost of parts and labor was very reasonable, but more importantly, the peace of mind that I have now is priceless! A huge thanks to Maddie, Bill, Trent, and especially to Tony and Mitch for making this such a positive experience!
