I can't say enough good things about River Dog Plumbing! Matt was so incredibly knowledgeable and helped me get exactly what I needed to set up my flower shop with deep sinks! He also fixed the sink in the existing kitchenette that wasn't draining properly. Highly, highly recommend them!

Matt is extremely personable and knowledgeable. We had a septic issue, our pump stopped working and even though we were outside of his normal service area, he came to us, diagnosed the issue, contacted his supplier, drive 45 minutes each way to pick up the parts and then subsequently installed them. For any plumbing needs, I recommend him and will use him for any future needs

I just wanted to personally say thank you to Matt from River Dog plumbing. Just recently, NC was hit with snow that many warmer areas are not accustomed to. As a consequence I lost my hot water for 48 hours. When I finally called River Dog, the road ways were too icy to come to my home, but Matt was willing to answer my call and exchange several text messages with me in order to try and fix my frozen pipe issue. Finally, the next day, he came to the house and was able to quickly discern where the frozen pipe could be, he provided me a space heater to keep on the base of the pipe, and I finally I had hot water an hour later. Additionally, I wasn’t the only one in my neighborhood having issues with their water, my neighbors took advantage of the fact that Matt was at my house, and Matt took the time to visit my neighbor’s homes without an appointment and listen to their concerns and get them their hot water back too. Thank you for your level of concern and your professionalism. Highly recommend.

As a military spouse, you know everything happens when your husband is deployed. A1 sewer and drain gave me a timeframe estimate of when they’d be able to come to home same day. They were super quick with getting to our house & understanding that it’s just me & I’m working as well currently. James was super friendly and willing to show me the roots and explain things to me. I will recommend this company over and over again!

Alex and his young assistant came out today and did a tremendous job and fixing my repair. JJ the owner was very prompting contacting me back to schedule my appointment and follow up to make sure that the day that we had scheduled was still good. This company is amazing! My mother is elderly and had an issue with her washer draining. She was so worried about what to do. I live in Raleigh so I Googled for someone to fix it. She called them mid-morning and by mid afternoon, they had it repaired. AND they even gave her a ride to pick up her car from a repair shop. Not only did you make her day, you've made mine. So appreciative for all you did today. I can't say enough about them. First class!!

C-S Plumbing replaced my main water line. This summer. They did a great job of avoiding my fiber cable. Hard workers at a reasonable fee.

Call to see if they could come out to fix my water leak in my front yard. They were book that day but promised someone could come out before 12:00 they next day. They called me back mid morning and said they had a crew available a little after 12:00 . Had it fixed by 2:30 and the price was very reasonable. There employees were professional and worked hard to find the leak. Thanks again.

Needed to have the Distribution box on our septic system replaced. They scheduled an estimate, and completed the job within a weeks time. the yard looks practically untouched. Very pleased. Will use in future.

Randy and his apprentice did a fantastic job installing our tankless water heater. Turn key from start to finish. I contacted 4 different plumbers in New Bern and they were the only ones who called me back the same day, provided and estimate and started work a couple of days later. Install was flawless and Randy met with me the following day for inspection. Extremely happy with their work. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed

I had a leak in my plumbing around 11am. It turned out to be a crack in the water valve associated with the washing machine. The first three plumbing companies I called could not come because they were booked. Finally called Colonial Capital Plumbing Company about 11:30am and they rearranged their schedule and said they would be here between 1 and 3pm. David and Tony arrived around 1:15pm and replaced the value. They had completed the job by 2pm. Their work was professional and done in a timely manner. We were extremely happy to get such great quick service.

10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a trustworthy plumber to get the job done right! Quick service and care on the job! Upgraded my prehistoric shower valves/handles for a much easier shower experience.

Chris and his team have always been good to us. Chris recently installed a new hot water heater and was extra cautious with water spillage by covering all the floors , leading from the front door all the way to the hot water heater. He educated us on the importance of getting that taken care of, and made sure that everything was done correctly. I made a call to KLM plumbing late on Thursday evening for an issue with a running toilet in the mens room of my place of worship. The owner himself came out to repair the issue and not only did he resolve it but he went above and beyond to make sure we were compliant with all ADA requirements throughout the entire facility . Connor-Spear was the subcontractor for our builder and installed our tankless winter heater we’ve had issues with since we moved in. Finally had a technician out from another company who informed us parts were installed backwards and incorrectly plumbed. Also learned they installed a 3 year old unit on our home. When I called and spoke to Tim, he told me he felt sorry for me because I cared so much and hung up on me. Real class act. Avoid this company if you want someone who will stand behind their work.

Significant rat damage caused leaks in both shower and dryer vent. Legacy was incredibly responsive, professional, transparent and super easy to deal with--especially Tim who did all the work! Very fair pricing, too. If I could give it more stars I would!
