Expert Drain Cleaning in Mooresville, NC

Have previously used Zoom Drain to check and remove roots from our underground pipes at church where they were very thorough and the work performed was very efficient. We called again as a preventive maintenance and once again roots were discovered in our pipes. Michael was very thorough in his evaluation and very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the corrective actions. Would definitely recommend Zoom Drain.

They were great! I had a clogged sink and flooded dishwasher! They fixed the garbage disposal connection bc it wasn’t installed properly, snaked the sink, and fixed everything! They came out the same day I called and completed the work! The tech that came was honest, friendly, had great communication I got this done for us! I 10/10 would recommend and call them again! He was able to get onsite quickly to my commercial location to clear out the lines before the city handles their portion of the main line repair. Ryan replace my septic tank he was straightforward, Friendly and with my house being an older home main pipes needed to be replaced he had it done in like half a day which was awesome. Afterwards he did an amazing job leveled out the backyard very satisfied with the work.

Beware, do not use this company. We had one of our toilets overflow and become clogged in our newly purchased home. This was the second time it happened so we called them to diagnose the issue. We also noticed our water bill had been high since moving in. They came out and told us we had a severe root infestation and needed $6500+ of work and they would have to replace 40 feet of sewer pipes. We had a second estimate from another company and were told that nothing needed to be replaced at all and none of that work was necessary. The high water bill was diagnosed by running toilets from not having the correct flapper type on the toilet. We mentioned to Ultimate Plumbing that our toilets ran, but we had recently replaced all of the hardware and instead of them checking the toilets for us, they automatically recommended to replace the toilets for $700+ each and we have 4 in our home. The issue is simply a flapper and they wanted us to replace all of our toilets!! I was also told by Ultimate Plumbing that our water meter was abnormally far away from the house and our sewer lines were way longer than normal. The other company said the water meter is in a normal proximity and the water lines are completely appropriate for our house. Please just beware when using this company and get a second opinion if they estimate that you need work done! We also paid $910 for them to unclog our sewer line when the toilet was overflowing, we received no bill until we asked about it. Our card was just charged

We woke up to not having water in our toilets and our kitchen sink having water sitting still. We reached out to Ultimate yesterday, a Saturday of course because things never seem to happen on a week day after being given their information last year and we explained to them the issue. They responded quickly and got right to it. They explained what steps would need to be taken, what they would need from us and quickly sent over the invoice for the deposit. They said they’d see us on Monday morning to get started on the job. To our surprise, we woke up to the utility guy already making marks to show electrical/gas and so on. An hour later, 9am to our surprise yet again, Ryan showed up and got right to work. We could not believe that he decided to showed up a day early and on a Sunday and knocked it all out. He would take breaks throughout the work to show us, explain to us exactly what he was doing, what challenges he was facing and potentially what would need to be done next. To say we are thankful and grateful would be an understatement!! Thanks to Ryan and Ultimate, we didn’t have to go the whole weekend without water/sewer. In less than 24 hours he got us back up and running. This company was swift with communication and that shows with how they completed the work. Ultimate is now the company we will call first if we ever have any kind of plumbing issues.

Called at about 7:30 am and had my clogged drain clear by 10:00 am! Fantastic service! Will be calling Mr. Sifford again if we have any issues in the future.

Great customer service and friendly experience. We called every single 24 hour plumbing service and everyone gave us the run around. We either got someone hanging up on us, or no one picked up or I'll let the technician call you back. Only person who showed up was this nice gentleman here. He came when he said he was coming and did a awesome job with the issue we had. I give him a 5 stars 🌟 for taking care of my family!

His work was acceptable, but his customer service skills are very lacking. He took longer to complete the job. Did not clean up any mess he made, leaving it for us to clean up.

Joe Nystrom is an amazing professional! Quick to respond, courteous, friendly, incredible work ethic, knowledgeable, honest, clean and very reasonable pricing! The job required pulling a large built-in vanity sink to access and repair a faulty drain line in the wall. I highly recommend Joe with Nystrom plumbing! After finding myself in quite the predicament with some DIY plumbing, he was able to come to my rescue and find a solution that a large plumbing company was unable to do. He saved me from 1k+ unnecessary work and charged an incredibly fair price for the work he did complete. He was very friendly and easy to work with. He’s also extremely knowledgeable and was happy to educate me as he went. It was refreshing to find someone who does honest, thorough work and I have found my go-to plumber moving forward!

Both sinks in my double bathroom vanity quit draining and one was making a scary noise (glub, glub, etc.), plus my kitchen faucet was leaking and spraying all over the place. I had used Providence Plumbing before with Josh, who was great, and today T.J. Kiker with Providence Plumbing came and fixed the draining problem plus provided and installed a wonderful new kitchen faucet. We really liked T.J. and appreciate so much the great work he did. We've used Providence twice now and we have no plans to go anywhere else. Both technicians were timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Their office staff does a good job of staying on top of things. It may take a few days and a follow up call for you to receive a copy of your invoice but we have no complaints about the workmanship or the prices.

Gary replaced 2 parts in my water heater that was under warranty and did an excellent job. His price compared to the quotes I was given was more than reasonable. He is very much experienced and knowledgeable. Gary arrived on time,was very polite and cleaned up after the job was done, provided my receipt which included warranty for his labor. Bob is a great guy! I am so glad I found his company! My master tub drain malfunctioned and water was all over my living room. All Star Plumbing is awesome to deal with Rob booked our appointment weeks in advance. We had just bought the townhouse and needed a few inspection items corrected. Chanin showed up at the scheduled date and time and took care of the item on the checklist replacing a regulator and a couple of tub spouts. He was very professional and friendly. We are ecstatic with these guys. To make a long story short, the price wasn't bad but the timing was quick, service and communication was perfect! The work they did was a shower faucet fix replacing very old parts with new parts. Compared to other services called, we saved literally $10K. No kidding. The other companies either didn't do this kind of simple repair or didn't even bother to come out and look at the problem.

Service Pro Plumbing is an excellent company. Our experience has been top notch from our initial call to following up to ensure the installation is working properly. They replaced a entire house water filter from LifeSource water. They came for a pre-site walkdown to ensure they understood the job and had the right tools, they advised on what needed to happen during the replacement as well as after to ensure the media settled properly. Then they followed up a few days later to ensure everything is working correctly. I would definitely call them again.
