I texted David at 8pm on a Sunday, panicking about a clogged sewer line. He came the next morning and went above and beyond to fix my problem. Even after it was discovered that the problem was off my property, he worked to get it unclogged so I could at least shower while I waited for the town to come out. He has a forever customer in me and I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing issues.

We had found a puddle of water in front of the washing machine. Made an appointment that soon turned into an emergency. We had water coming up the floor in the kitchen, next in the hallway.. called them back and Fran headed over immediately. Within minutes a van pulled up. Matt found a clogged P trap and a broken pipe. Replaced it, flushed out the line and put the machines back in place. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was very impressed and will definitely call them again if we ever have any further issues. I have recommended them to others already.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. Not only did they fix the issue I originally called about quickly and efficiently, but they also went well above and beyond by identifying and repairing another problem I didn’t even know existed. Because of their attention to detail and honesty, they were able to fix an issue that will significantly extend the life of my grinder pump and likely save me a lot of money and headaches down the road. These guys were professional and had everything required to complete the complex plumbing issue I had in 2 days due to their preparation, when it would have taken others 4-5 days. Jesse is a solid guy who will talk through the project and any tweaks you would like to see. Very impressed with this company. Will use them again.

Sewer backup in garage is an emergency! I called Coastal Sewer and Drain after 5 pm on a Friday, and they responded almost immediately. Tom cleaned the sewer line in the house and out to the main. He was efficient and explained everything to us as he was working. Gave us videos of the cleaned line. Charged us exactly what he estimated when we called him. Very capable, nice young man, highly recommend him.

I had service to replace a toilet and was VERY pleased. My old toilet was running constantly and after talking to Tom it was decided to replace the entire toilet. I am more than happy with the quick service and knowledge of Tom. I would definatly recomend him and will use him again for my plumbing needs.

RJ and Mitch are my new heroes! They took on what started as a simple job but discovered a homeowner's nightmare, a completely blocked main line that was 95% filled with cement. (Crazy unusual) They were methodical and informative during the discovery and reparation phases of what turned out to be a very challenging and grimy job in 90 degree weather. No complaints from them, just plugged away at the job until its completion. They were courteous, skilled and expert. Bluewater is a reliable service and these guys were the BEST!

What a great experience getting a bathroom exhaust fan and a smart thermostat! Eddie and Cayden were on-time, professional, knowledgeable and their services were reasonably-priced. They took us through all the cool (pun intended) features of the ecobee thermostat and even showed us how to share it as husband and wife. Recommended by Duke Power and we will use them again for future needs.

He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way. His work ethic was impressive he was thorough, efficient, and truly went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I’m extremely grateful for his help and would 100% recommend him for any service. If you get Carey as your technician, you’re in great hands!

We experienced an urgent drain issue in the early morning hours on a Friday, concerned that we might have to go through a weekend experiencing issues, we contacted Roto-Rooter and they had technicians Carey Shaw & Lamar Hall out before 9am the same day. They successfully diagnosed the issue and began to work on a resolution. Both were very respectful, knowledgeable and professional and were able to complete the job efficiently. When we had the unfortunate situation to experience another plumbing situation (not urgent) that occurred the same weekend, we immediately contacted Roto-Rooter again and requested the same technicians to come out. They were able to be there first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed the issue quickly, but it was extensive and could not be corrected at that time. We got an appointment a week later and again technician Carey Shaw along with technician Jesse Jewell showed up prepared and ready to complete the extensive task ahead. Once again, both were professional & knowledgeable and completed the work efficiently. We will definitely contact Roto-Rooter again with any of our plumbing needs.

Stephen Taylor was my service technician who was very knowledgeable and did his best to explain every aspect of the job to me. What started out as a simple new toilet install turned into a much more complex septic repair. He and his assistant, Aaron, were polite and professional no matter what detour the job took.

Chris Applegate replaced filters for a whole house water filtration system and was a true professional. He shared his knowledge of filter replacement and went above and beyond in his explanation of operation. He covered filter replacement requirements and even installed a bypass the previous installer missed. I would gladly welcome Chris into my home anytime for plumbing matters that need attention. Very pleased with Dimone Parlier’s prompt response (50 minutes after call) for emergency service just as major snow storm was beginning. My home’s pvc water line cracked at the outlet of the CFPUA water meter. Could not have asked for any better or more professional service than what I received from Toby Maddox & partner! Can definitely recommend DPI.

We had an issue with our well pump not coming on. Gary came out and diagnosed the issue to a faulty connection at the well from the previous owner. Now the system is up and running again, and we have water! He's a great, honest, and hardworking guy and won't hesitate to call again for any plumbing issues or work!

Really impressed by their professionalism and communication. I needed help with a toilet leak and when Gary came out, he realized that it was simple, quick replacement. Did it in 5 min and just asked for the cost of the part and a good review. Outstanding service and value. Gary took my call on a holiday weekend and helped me troubleshoot a problem with a leaking PVC pipe. When I was unable to finish the repairs, Gary came out first thing the next day to professionally complete the job. He also identified and sealed another minor leak at no additional cost. Had some water coming out of the overflow/pressure line of the water heater so I called up Justin McKenney plumbing to get ahead of the issue. They not only answered right away, but came out same day to look at the tank. After looking at the tank, I was given some great maintenance advice and told that it is not needing repair at this time, but if things keep happening after the maintenance is done, call back. He also informed me of the equipments warranty and other helpful information. The conversation was good and customer service was excellent! Highly recommend!
