Ryan replace my septic tank he was straightforward, Friendly and with my house being an older home main pipes needed to be replaced he had it done in like half a day which was awesome. Afterwards he did an amazing job leveled out the backyard very satisfied with the work.

Had some issues with my main drain line. Ryan was sent out same day, quick to diagnose and fixed in less than an hour. Also gave me a quote for future repairs related to the issue. Super friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Price was significantly cheaper than the big name companies for the same servjce.

Beware, do not use this company. We had one of our toilets overflow and become clogged in our newly purchased home. This was the second time it happened so we called them to diagnose the issue. We also noticed our water bill had been high since moving in. They came out and told us we had a severe root infestation and needed $6500+ of work and they would have to replace 40 feet of sewer pipes. We had a second estimate from another company and were told that nothing needed to be replaced at all and none of that work was necessary. The high water bill was diagnosed by running toilets from not having the correct flapper type on the toilet. We mentioned to Ultimate Plumbing that our toilets ran, but we had recently replaced all of the hardware and instead of them checking the toilets for us, they automatically recommended to replace the toilets for $700+ each and we have 4 in our home. The issue is simply a flapper and they wanted us to replace all of our toilets!! I was also told by Ultimate Plumbing that our water meter was abnormally far away from the house and our sewer lines were way longer than normal. The other company said the water meter is in a normal proximity and the water lines are completely appropriate for our house. Please just beware when using this company and get a second opinion if they estimate that you need work done! We also paid $910 for them to unclog our sewer line when the toilet was overflowing, we received no bill until we asked about it. Our card was just charged

We hired dees to complete a sewer scope inspection for a home we were in the process of buying, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Called for an issue i had at previous home and responded on-time and done an excellent job while explaining everything done. He also came to new home when an issue arose and completed the work. He gave advise and options instead of doing anything not needed. Very well pleased with will contact in the future if needed.

Stephan is the best! He fixed a major toilet plumbing issue for me in a very efficient and fast manner. In about 2 hrs he had diagnosed the toilet drain flange had broken and been disconnected. Repaired and replaced all parts and reinstalled the toilet. Thoroughly checked for any further leaks or potential blockages and made certain there weren’t any further issues. And he did it all with some great hospitality and friendly conversation. The best part was he was prepared with everything needed. No trips to the store needed to get the job done. And he took care to make sure none of my possessions were damaged or dirtied while he worked. Kudos to him and Charlotte Plumbing organization. Couldn’t be happier.

Just had Logan out to fix my slow draining shower. He was friendly, hard working and very professional. In fact both he and Mike who was out prior to perform maintenance on my on-demand water heater was also superlative. Can not say enough good things about these two plumbers. Yes I Can!!! I've found the plumbing company that I'm going to depend on for the rest of my days in the Charlotte area. For the home owner that is the toughest part to work out. Mr. Richard did an amazing job here at my home. The water heater was very old and then he gave us a new one. Also placed a missing pipe the previous people should’ve done. Without Richard our water would still be flooding our garage. Thank you to Charlotte plumbing especially Mr. Richard. Very professional man and he’s so patient. He also taught me some good pointers to look for next time. :)

So incredibly grateful for Service Pro Plumbing! Their customer service is fantastic- both over the phone and in person! Will installed a new kitchen faucet for us after a “do it yourself” disaster. We are ecstatic with these guys. To make a long story short, the price wasn't bad but the timing was quick, service and communication was perfect! The work they did was a shower faucet fix replacing very old parts with new parts. Compared to other services called, we saved literally $10K. No kidding. The other companies either didn't do this kind of simple repair or didn't even bother to come out and look at the problem.

Service Pro Plumbing is an excellent company. Our experience has been top notch from our initial call to following up to ensure the installation is working properly. They replaced a entire house water filter from LifeSource water. They came for a pre-site walkdown to ensure they understood the job and had the right tools, they advised on what needed to happen during the replacement as well as after to ensure the media settled properly. Then they followed up a few days later to ensure everything is working correctly. I would definitely call them again.

Gary replaced 2 parts in my water heater that was under warranty and did an excellent job. His price compared to the quotes I was given was more than reasonable. Lucas was excellent! He fixed our water pressure and installed a new shower head, demoing all the features for us. Really appreciated all the helpful advice he shared, from preventing frozen spigots to keeping the shower dry, plus explaining our options for water filtration systems. He was professional, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell us. We've already scheduled him to come back for the under sink filter installation. Highly recommend!

I was unfortunate enough to need my ranch home completely repiped after a leak sprung under my slab. These guys made my stressful experience better than I thought it could have gone. Tom and Lucas spent two days in my attic and were efficient, informative and worked so hard to keep me updated on my options when issues arose through out the project. Not only that, but they didn’t change their quote even when the job was larger than originally planned for. I had received quotes from other plumbers since this was such a large project and their pricing was competitive and the communication could not have been better. They also installed a new water heater at an excellent price while out (mine was 21 years old and this saved me a huge headache later) 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

We had a wonderful experience with Three -Way Plumbing, we had a hard freeze and naturally had a pipe bust. We didn’t actually realize this till late in the evening after the water had been running all day. We called around 7pm, I believe his name was Steve was here within 30 mins. Got our hot water back up and running but we also needed some repairs. Parts were ordered and he was back out at our home by 10am repaired everything. Quick, Polite and very Professional, we will be calling them for our future plumbing needs. Highly recommmend!!

We had a blockage at end of the sewer line. Brian and his team at ACC Plumbing immediately came out, inspected the situation, and explained our options. They then worked with our insurance company and other utilities to get the worked approved, and then removed the blockage and installed a clean-out valve by house. They kept us informed while doing the work, were courteous and respectful of the property. Their prices were very fair and service excellent. We have since terminated a service membership with another plumber and will call ACC Plumbing in the future for all our plumbing needs.

Highly recommend. We have used David twice. He is very personable, professional, and punctual. The first time we used him was to reroute the HVAC drainage. Our HVAC put out so much water the area where it drained was constantly a muddy mess. He was very thorough and did an excellent job. We also had him come out for an issue with our garbage disposal. In comparison to others his prices were great. We have been extremely pleased with him and his work.
