Kyle and Kayla did a fantastic job. Kyle replacef the iron pipes under the house that was rusted and was leaking. He made sure everything was up to par before he left. Company was top notch from the time I called to the time the project was completed. I had my old hot water heater in the attic so it was tough to get the old one out and the new one in. No damage was done and the new one was installed in no time. Justize the technician was the best. Very friendly and professional. The new tank and installation was a good price. Very happy!

Drain dogs came to clear a clog in my sewer line. They were able to determine, using camera's in the line where the problem was. It was roots from two trees. Rick gave me an estimate within a couple of days. After 3 quotes he was the best. Gave me a start date and started on time. Replaced the line from the house to the city. Great job! Highly recommend them.

Great communication & timeliness! We had to get our water heater replaced due to lots of sediment build up. They promptly scheduled a technician who was able to diagnose the issue quickly, get the new water heater, and install it in under 4 hours. It was an average price from what I researched.

I am writing this review for All Dry USA in Jacksonville, NC. Our home was damaged during Hurricane Florence and we had to have extensive work done to include replacing the subflooring and flooring in our home. The professionals at All Dry USA were amazing from start to finish. They consulted with me about my insurance claim and called and spoke with the claim adjuster to discuss our situation. They walked us through the entire process and told us how everything would work, which drastically reduced the anxiety of the extensive work that had to be completed. Once the work began, the crew completing the work were truly amazing. Their work was of the highest quality and their attention to detail dramatically improved the aesthetics of our home. We cannot say enough about the true professionals of All Dry USA and would recommend them for any renovations or restoration work. The Supervisor, Project Manager, & Technicians have excellent communication, prompt responses, addressed every issue, concern, great work ethic, patience, and excellent time management. The entire process was seamless & efficient. We are hiring them to do additional work on our home separate from the mold and rebuild. Great company & great people. Highly recommend!

Garrett and Charlie did an amazing job. They were very professional getting my new vanity installed and beginning to install my shower today. They kept me informed throughout the whole work day with what they were doing. They made sure that everything was clean and organized before leaving and discussed what was done today and their plans for their next visit. I discovered a water leak under my commode.. I called Mr. Meready to schedule a repair appointment.. said he’d be out directly .. true to his word… he showed up.. assessed the problem .. had the issue corrected within 30 minutes… and even educated me on why the problem occurred in the first place .. this is the third time I’d depended on Mr. Meready to take of my plumbing problems and will continue to do so … for price for the quality of his work and expertise is very reasonable…

We had a plumber come out today to reinstall our toilets after the flooring was redone in our home, he did everything we needed him to and more! He noticed one of our sinks wasn’t draining, and fixed it without being asked, he also cleaned up not only after himself but after the flooring company as well. Which is something I never would’ve expected, but being 7 months pregnant I greatly appreciated it! I wish I would’ve gotten his name, so I could give him a personal shout out, but he really went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of their services!

We were disappointed with our experience with Boot’s Plumbing Inc., based on an incident that occurred during a service visit while I was not present. The following concerns are based on what my wife, who was present at the time, reported to me. According to my wife, the plumber’s communication was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. He did not conduct a thorough inspection of the garbage disposal prior to turning it on and immediately assumed the issue was a jam. Prior to the appointment, my wife and I had both inspected the disposal. The night before, we hand-washed dishes because our dishwasher was not working, and a spoon had accidentally fallen into the sink. However, the disposal had not been used for several days, and I personally inspected it multiple times using my hands and a flashlight to ensure there was no obstruction. I also checked the breaker and pressed the reset button, and the disposal did not power on at all. Despite this, the plumber reportedly stated—while speaking to my wife in a condescending tone—that there had been a spoon jammed in the disposal. Based on our prior inspections, we do not agree with that assessment and were frustrated that no proper diagnostic process was explained or demonstrated before reaching this conclusion. Most concerning was the lack of professionalism and respectful communication during the visit. We expected a plumber who would inspect the issue carefully, explain findings clearly, and treat clients with courtesy. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Boot’s Plumbing Inc.
