Expert Drain Cleaning in Indian Trail, NC

Wow is all I can say. I called last night due to a water back up in the outside drain. It was scheduled for first thing this morning. Eric called me with an ETA and showed up right on time. First, Eric was super kind and very personable, which I love to get service technicians like that. Eric explained everything to me after I told him what was going on. He used this very powerful machine to get the clog unclogged, so that was a relief. He was so thorough as he also checked our crawl space just to make sure everything was dry. Thankfully it was, but he was certainly thinking of all possibilities. He called his partner to bring out the camera and they scoped it. Thankful they did not find anything. They show you the camera while they are scoping it so you can see the pictures as well. These men were extremely honest and their pricing was average for this job. They do offer a 3% discount if you pay cash, if you pay by check no extra/no discount, if you pay by CC then it’s a 3% fee, which is normal these days. They also gave a 5% discount because my hubby is a veteran. I am having them back in 4 months to scope it again to see if there is any tree roots that have grown in there as this was my second blockage. This is my first time using this company and now they are the only plumbers I will use!! I absolutely had great confidence in them.

We had a pipe burst with the winter weather and reached out to All good plumbing around 8:30pm. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone said they could have some one out to us that night but we opted for the following morning. We were contacted asking if they could arrive earlier than discussed and we agreed. Ben was able to quickly diagnose the problem and pointed out a few issues he saw with our current setup. He gave us quotes on fixing the problem, adding recommended preventative measures to protect the life of the plumbing and a quote on replacing all of the pipes in the house. We opted for the middle option. He worked fast and efficiently getting the water back on for us same day. He had to come back the next day to add a thermal expansion tank for us and was in and out in under an hour. Ben was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We did not feel like we were being up sold or led to spend more money without good reason. I would 100% recommend All Good Plumbing to any one in need of a plumber.

Called All Good Plumbing at 1pm on Wednesday afternoon and they were at my house the same day, 3 hours later at 4PM to fixed plumbing problem. No fee charge for initial visit and estimate to complete work. Had problem with stripped plastic threads on cheap valve fitting and could not attached metal hose to water line necessary for new dishwasher install. All Good Plumbing changed out plastic valve & plastic threads with a higher quality metal ball valve within 15 minutes and metal threads for connection and I was able to complete my dishwasher install. Good quality work. Prompt service and friendly technician. Highly recommended.

We have a ranch house with a basement that was built in the mid 60's. After we installed a new washing machine, the 2" cast iron pipe that was encased in the cement foundation became clogged. We had 2 plumbing companies to come and access the problem but they were unable to clear the clog. We were referred to Integrity Plumbing in Monroe, NC. They came over the day after we contacted them and gave us a quote to replace the old pipe with a new 3" pipe. This required opening up the cement foundation and installing a new pipe and hooking it in to the 4" pipe that led out of the house. The office team and the onsite team were very professional and competent. They worked diligently for several days until everything was repaired. Tex and his team deserve the highest of praise tor a job well done!

I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I had a true plumbing emergency and Joe the owner picked up his phone and got Matt, the technician, out here within 1 1/2 hours. Matt was AMAZING! Hard working, polite, and worked until he resolved the not so easy issue. I’m definitely keeping this company and team as my go to Plumbing Company. Thank you so much!

Art Fix Plumbing team have been one of the best plumbing I have worked with at a reasonable price. I was remodeling my kitchen one of my bathrooms. I had one vanity in my bathroom and I wanted to turn that into two vanity sink and the plumber delivered and did a great job. He added an extra pipeline, installed both new piping to the new and existing, and installed my new faucets and sinks. In the kitchen he installed my new garbage disposal, did brand new piping and also did my faucet. He took him time, did it well and stayed until everything was completed. Everything looks amazing and no issues. They have definitely become my plumber services and very comfortable around our dog. I will work with them for all future plumbing.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Called to get a quote on a faucet replacement on a pedestal sink after the half completed job was botched by a "handy man". He made time to get to me same day and was able to fix what got messed up and replace the faucet as well as replace the wall shut off valves with more sturdy and durable equipment. He was very prompt, professional, and great to work with. Dee's Drain Cleaning will definitely by my go to as well as my recommendation to anyone else needing plumbing assistance.

I cannot say enough good things about Kevin. I have been a home owner for 10+ years and have been looking for a honest and professional plumber and finally found one. This guy is awesome, his prices are competitive and not at all on the higher side for the work and the detail he provides. I wish I had found him sooner. He provides details like a big corporate such as estimates through the website he uses and by email, provides credit card option for payments so that you dont have to have cash, provides pictures of before and after and everything is documented for warranty purposes. All this service would cost double of what he charges when we deal with big companies. In short, you get the same level of customer service for a very reasonable price. We had a new addition with a butler pantry on first and bathroom on second and he did all the plumbing work. He also helped with fixing some issues with my rental property. I had a burst pipe in my laundry room due to a snowstorm followed by extremely low temperatures. Ben and Seth were at the house, amazingly, within a few hours even with the extra high volume due to the storm and cold. Super friendly guys. They explained everything they were going to do and were able to finish quickly. I had never used these guys before, they were recommended by someone in my son's mom's book club group (a powerful force, iykyk). Super impressed, they were extremely friendly got everything fixed and wrapped up pretty quickly, and at a very respectable price. This company is great. I needed my water heater replaced and needed some education on the process. Stellar job from all employees involved. And when Ryan and his assistant came to my house to do the work, they were so friendly, kind, informative and respectful of my property and time. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood how the system works and set up my system with long term use and maintenance in mind. I would recommend them 100%. I am not one to leave reviews either, but this company and employees deserve it.
