All right they came out and did another job for me this time replacing an old cast iron drain excellent job and fair pricing. I wouldn't call any other drain cleaner or plumber. Highly recommend.

Big Dawg did a busted pipe repair for us which involved a crawlspace that was under 4 layers of wood and flooring. They did a super job and were very responsive. Very knowledgeable and prepared. I appreciate their work and highly recommend them!! Thanks so much Jack and your helper!!

I’ve used my fair share of plumbers over the years and Stone with Rocket Plumbing was by far the most responsive, quickest service and a very reasonable price. He came out the very next day, fixed my sink and leaking toilet and clogged bathroom drain. Incredible efficiency, and super nice guy. Highly recommend

Stone is very knowledgeable, he came to my house in a timely manner and gave me an estimate. I had pipes redone and a new bathroom drain with shower head and faucet put in. I will definitely recommend him and use Stone (Rocket Plumbing) again, if needed.

I initially called thinking it was time for a new water heater, and I would of gone ahead with that work, if I had been told that I needed one. instead, I got an assessment that it didn't need to be changed and everything looked fine. A company not creating business for themselves but instead being honest. how refreshing. After calling 6 different plumbers for two days, to help us with a leaking water heater, and we were about to give up, because no one could come right out to fix our problem, then we found 1-tom plumber.. and thank GOD, here comes Jacob, within an hour, To the rescue ! He was very professional, pleasant, knowledgeable about the product, and even went back to Granite Falls to get us a new water heater, and then “HOT WATER AGAIN.” What a relieve! He was awesome !! We now have a life time plumber for sure ! We would 100% recommend this team, for any plumbing job, big or small. They aim to please ! Thanks Jacob ! Great Job !!!

Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

Initially called for a sewage smell in my house that’s been going on for a long time and getting worse. During technician’s assessment he determined that our pipes were not in code and needed to be replaced. He was a hard worker and stayed on task. He did find the source of the smell and fixed it.The job took 2 days plus a 3rd day to come back to fix some of his work after inspected by his supervisor. During that visit one of the fixes unfortunately caused a gap in the tub as seen in attached picture. I’m giving a 4 star because he usually came 1.5 hours or more after the time he told us he would come. One day he didn’t come at all or call. Again, our problem was fixed and he took care of an extra request, but dependability was lacking.

Anyone can make mistakes. There can be miscommunication. But when someone treats a customer rudely, there is no excuse for that. My wife had bought a ventless insert to replace the one in our fireplace. The person she spoke with on the phone when she scheduled the service gave us an estimate of $500. We realize that was an "estimate" and could be more. It was made clear on that call that we were talking about the whole insert, not just gas logs. Today the rep came out. He seemed like a nice guy to start. As soon as he came in he commented that he had backup coming. A little later my wife called me out in my office and said he wanted $1300. The rep said he was told it was just gas logs. Which he did not say when he first arrived. So while my wife is on the phone, I asked the rep if there were extra connections or something. He said no just that he needs help lifting it out. Then he said he didn't know it was an insert when he walked in. I was not upset with him as I knew he was trying to do his job. However, he suddenly just says "you can get someone else to do it and rudely walked out of the house. I followed him and told him that I was not blaming him for anything but just because I asked a couple questions you suddenly make that comment and walk out. That is rude and was uncalled for. Do not call Ben Franklin Plumbing.

None of my drains would drain and both of my toilets would not flush and it came out of nowhere and I needed a plumber ASAP. They told me they could come out the day after I called but they ended up coming out that afternoon, and took care of my problem. They were so pleasant, so helpful, answered my questions, and true lifesavers. Highly highly recommend them. Samantha in the office was just a true pleasure to deal with. She was so kind and understanding.

Clint and Garrett serviced our rinnai heater today, performed the work quickly and professionally and kept us updated upon their arrival. My only critique would be wearing shoes in the house and having to clean after. Foot coverings are an easy fix for next time. Other than that, good experience!

Recently a cable company broke the water main to my house while laying underground cable. I noticed the water leaking on a Sunday and Quin and his co worker from 3rd Rock Plumbing were out here early Monday morning. They initially came out just to assess the situation, but were able to fix it within a couple of hours! And with a very reasonable price! I could not be happier with the fast response, the courteous conversation and overall outcome. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!

Brandon was fantastic. I have had a lot of service needs over the past 5 years, and he was by far one of the best I've had. Prompt response, arrived on time (early actually!), took the time to explain my issue and went above and beyond with a few other items I needed advice on. Just moved to the Hickory area and needed a new kitchen faucet and hardware in my guest bathtub swapped out. I wanted to use a local company so I called A&B Plumbing and was able to speak with someone immediately! Branden and Son stopped by and spend quality time with me discussing my options and once the parts were in, they came back and installed them. Great people. VERY Knowledgeable and professional. They were respectful of my home, they wore shoe covers and cleaned up after the work was done. I recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work!

Branden at A&B Plumbing has done all of our plumbing work for the past several years. He has replaced our gas water heater, as well as the toilets in our house to accommodate ADA needs. Branden responds quickly and is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly explains what you need and what you don't need, even if that means his profit will be less. A&B Plumbing does high quality work for a fair price. It's terrific to have someone we trust work in our home.

We recently experienced a water heater problem which was caught by our HVAC repairmen while they were fixing our furnace. This happened during the aftermath of a very serious winter storm. I did not expect our plumbers to be available for a few days and thought that we would just deal with having no hot water for a while. But despite the very cold conditions and icy roads, in addition to surely having many calls from other homeowners, our plumbers came out quickly, literally only a couple of hours after I called them. They assessed the situation and fixed the water heater fast! We always appreciate the care, kindness and expertise that the crew from All County Plumbing demonstrates. Highly recommend!

Within a week or so, I used A&B plumbing again for another plumbing project (installing water filtration system). As usual, great job. Professional, clean and courteous. Answered all my questions. I like that Branden gives at least three choices to choose from to resolve an issue. Furthermore, the price that he quotes is the price that you will be charged. There’s no hidden fees. I recommend A&B!

Service was fine, but two stars for the pricing. It was $399 plus tax to replace a cartridge for the shower. It was about a 20 min job. A quick search on google says on average this service is $300. And for a rural area like Conover I would expect below average cost for this repair. I wouldn’t use this plumber for any future repairs.

Brandon came out with his assistant today and replaced our tub/ shower combo hardware and replacing the inner pipe connectors.. The tub was leaking pretty bad. They came in did the job and were just awesome! Thier pricing is fair and reasonable. They come out quickly and access your situation and give you a straight forward quote. So, these guys are always my 1st choice for any plumbing issues..
