Reached out to one plumber he was busy for today but he sent me information about his friend Jeremy out of Pikeville Gave him a call and he was able to come out and take care of the problem less than an hour! Jeremy was kind as well as his technician Omarion! Thank you for your fast customer service! I definitely will be using your services again!

Definitely recommend. Within three hours of calling, they had a new water heater installed. Noticed water dripping from my old heater, so called for an inspection. He was thorough and honest: need a new water heater. Began pulling the old and installing a new one an hour later. No hassle, just friendly business. Would recommend this local plumbing company.

It's hard to find honest, reputable service providers these days. But this man is legit. They came into our home being extra careful/mindful of the floors and walls while replacing our water heater located in our 2 story home attic space. This was no easy task, but they nailed it. His price was very reasonable and all of our expectations were met. His 2 additional service technicians were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. We couldn't ask for more. If you have any plumbing needs, give them a call. You won't be disappointed. I guarantee!

Had some septic pump issues and some clogged drains since my house was sitting empty for a while prior to my purchase. He was out the same day and fixed the issue. The entire experience working with Pikeville Plumbing was excellent from start to finish. My initial call was answered in a friendly and professional manner. I was given a spot on the schedule and the plumber showed up on time and even called ahead to let me know he was in route. When Carter arrived me made quick work of my concerns and the issues I called about were resolved at a price that was within my expectations and in my opinion, very competitive when compared to another company I worked with previously. My experience was a solid 5-stars.

UPDATE: After the initial incident I went in to talk to management about the ordeal and to see if they would provide a more realistic estimate. They sent out a new plumber who was very polite and knowledgeable about what needed to be done and provided a new estimate for only the drain and then returned Monday to complete the job and did a great job. They made sure to call and keep us updated on his estimated arrival. Thanks Original review (modified): I'm very disheartened with this company. We called to have them come out and fix our kitchen sink drain pipe as it came disconnected under the house. It appears that it was never glued. Since it was already disconnected, I asked if it could be moved to the left 6 inches so it didn’t interfere with our new sink cabinet. The plumber that came out provided a quote for the job in addition to a few other quotes of other things he thought needed to be done (nearly $20K). However, he would not fix the sink drain and instead quoted it would cost $2,700 to move the pipe 6 inches and reconnect! So I asked instead of moving it can he just hook it back up and make sure it is glued. He said no, there was too much work to be done. I proceeded to ask what work and he said there is other work that needed to be done. I asked for an explanation, and he said that there is a Y in the drain that needs fixing. We went back and forth on explanations of why the drain can’t just be reconnected like it was. He stood there with a smile on his face, looking me in the eye and said, "it doesn’t work that way it just can’t there is too much work that needs to be done." I call bullshit! He bold face lied to me...with a smile. That does not sit well with me. That pipe clearly would have gone right back into the drain pipe and there is clearly nothing wrong with that Y connection. In addition, he even went as far as putting on his suit and claimed he went under the house. I watched him, he put it on and walked around the house and never went under there to look at anything. The cobwebs at the opening are still in tact with all the dust. How did a $300 job turn into $2,700?!?!

Edelmar Morales and coworker came to pump out my septic tank. It was very easy to book online. They were on time, very professional, super nice and was the best price out of 3-4 others that I contacted. If you are in the Wilson area I highly recommend C & M plumbing and septic!! Thank you guys!

We have to get our septic tank pumped once a year due to old pipe lines. My father and myself wouldn’t choose another company for the job. The lady that scheduled the service was professional and patient which is hard to experience in customer service nowadays. The two men Al and John were quick, knowledgeable, and professional as well. Each year, we have had no problems nor complaints. As someone who takes long showers, I am truly grateful to not hear the toilet gurgling after the service is completed. 10/10 recommend.

I scheduled an appointment in December (2025) to have a kitchen drain leak repaired. I knew my old metal line was rusted out and had to be replaced. I didn't want to tackle it myself. Nate and Joe tagged team the issue in two sessions. I'm glad I didn't attempt to DIY it! They resolved the problem and I'm pleased with the results. When and if I need future work done Precision will be my go to company!

Thank you so much to David and Zach for helping to resolve a 4 month long fly problem in a spare bathroom. After paying $300 to have a toilet professionally installed (I won't name who) I started noticing one or two tiny flies over the course of a month. Didn't think much of it. I actually thought they were a fruit fly or a gnat. I started noticing a lot more over a period of a month. Purchased several Zevo's and put them throughout the house. Meanwhile I was investigating where they might be coming in from. After doing some research I discovered they could be drain flies so I started covering up my drains on my tub and sink along with the overflows and treating them with Bio Drain. After 3 weeks and still seeing these pesky flies, I knew they were coming in from another source. After a process of elimination the only thing that had been done recently to that bathroom was the new toilet installed. I called on a Friday and spoke to Brenna and told her the issue I was having and she immediately got me in that afternoon. David and Zach came at 4pm. They pulled up the toilet and lo and behold that was the source of my problem. They immediately tackled and fixed the issue that was causing the breach to allow the flies to come under the toilet. What I appreciated more about these two gentlemen was they wanted to find the issue ASAP. Here it was 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon and they could have said they would be back on Monday, but no they wanted to fix the problem right then. I have spent quite a bit of money, time and frustration trying to combat this problem when it was a previous plumbers failure to secure a flange properly. I will definitely be requesting these two gentlemen in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again, David and Zack

Precision did a great job! They replaced and installed a new water heater for our home! They encountered some issues because our old unit was so old! with installation of a bigger unit but checked the possibility of what they could do to fix the issue!!! They are clean, efficient and friendly!!! They came as scheduled, explained, shared how the new unit featured and we were just pleased with their service!

This company is amazing. They always come quickly and the prices are the best around. One place charged over $400 to fix a clogged tub and he was pushing for a whole replumbing of the house when he couldn't fix it. Rosewood plumber came out same day and fixed it in 15 min. Only charged me $145.00.

Outstanding job!! Andy and Carlos quickly identified the clog problem and fixed it without overcharging. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Earlier this year I had septic issue and my son recommended them. They came right out, found the issue, fixed it and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Last week I discovered an issue with the outdoor shower at my place at the beach that required the water to the whole home be turned off. I was surprised there weren’t shut off valves for those lines. I called first thing Monday morning and they were able to combine my job with another in the area and came out the following day, again not charging me an exorbitant amount. They added shut odd valves for both the hot and cold lines and are currently looking for either replacement knobs or a new fixture. I told them no rush, since it’ll be at least May before anyone might need that shower. 🙂Their staff are so friendly and professional! They are my plumbers for both of my places and I definitely recommend them!

Was having issues with my septic tank backing up. They came out and looked at the distribution box (for free which was nice) and told me it was broken. They said I needed it completely replaced, the tank pumped, the lines jetstreamed, and wanted to charge me almost $5,000 for it. We got a second opinion, the box is not broken and the tank didn’t need to be pumped. The issue was a clog, and we paid $275 to a different plumber to have the issue fixed. It really felt like Myrtle Creech knew that I wouldn’t know any better and was trying to pull one over on me. I’ve included pictures of our d box and of the email from Travis Creech Plumbing telling me it was broken and would cost $4,800 to fix.

Travis Creech plumbing came out and rectified the problem. Tank was replaced again and they made the misdiagnosis of clogging from cap right with me by including a concrete tank and risers which are up charges, they included them in repair for the inconvenience and the money I had previously paid. System has been working properly for several weeks now. They took care of the issue at hand. Due to the number of times I had issues I can not say it was a 5 star experience but they did right the wrong. Followed up by sending an invoice to replace a tank that was damaged since it was installed (a month or two) sent invoice after updating review saying problem was rectified. Laughable leadership. I would not reccomend for installing septic systems. I also would not recommend for repairing septic systems. After my tank floated out of the ground on a new construction, and after nothing in the house draining right, I was told I broke off a piece of the cap that was blocking the pipe and charged 500 and some dollars. They never ran an inspection camera in the pipe or recovered a piece of a cap. About two weeks later it was overflowing everything in my month old house(again). They come back out and found the pipe from residence to the tank had been done very poorly(was admitted to be wrong by the two employees present) all the pipe flanges were backwards giving debris a place to catch and pile up. Well that repair did the job for about another month and I have everything overflowing yet again. Also after finding the botched and rigged piping I requested a refund on my payment for the broken cap, which all messages and calls have gone ignored.

Keen Plumbing Company did an outstanding job! From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. We had multiple issues going on, including a toilet repair, drain cleaning, and a plumbing leak, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Chad in the office—he was amazing! He made scheduling easy, communicated clearly, and was so friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. That kind of customer service really makes a difference. The team took the time to explain what was going on, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It’s hard to find reliable, honest plumbers these days, but Keen Plumbing exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done!

John and his crew did an excellent job installing my new water heater! John is caring, compassionate and has excellent skills in his job! Also did an awesome job cleaning and putting everything back in place! I am a renter so I can’t answer the questions regarding price.

Dixie Plumbing installed 2 toilets and sink in 2 restrooms , did fantastic job and also followed up a few days later to make sure all was well with the installation. Highly recommend.

Same day availability. Ran into a bit more than anticipated, and still able to complete the repair, including clean-up, in a reasonable time. Less expensive than anticipated, including labor. And they've an apprentice, learning the skill. Well done.

Charged $139 just for the house call, didn't repair the shower faucet and it's a week later and the faucet is still broken. Find a better repair service!!!!

I gave one star because there is not option for zero stars. I had Mr Whitley do a repair on my shower. He turned the water off to make the repair using the water meter. I found the meter broken when I got home that night. I was billed for the meter repair by the water company, and I deducted the repair cost from the his bill. He denied breaking the meter, and the person at his business was unpleasant when I talked with her. She finally hung up the phone on me while I was talking. I cannot recommend this company.

Called Mr. Whitley this morning for a water feed line problem at our church. He was there within 2 hours, assessed the repair approximate costs & was done with his work & cleaned up in 3 hours. I highly recommend this company. Thank you for your prompt service.

Called these guys to fix a couple of toilets and then to install a couple of faucets. Top notch work! Would definitely recommend!
