They were great! I had a clogged sink and flooded dishwasher! They fixed the garbage disposal connection bc it wasn’t installed properly, snaked the sink, and fixed everything! They came out the same day I called and completed the work! The tech that came was honest, friendly, had great communication I got this done for us! I 10/10 would recommend and call them again! Had a clog in my mainline a few months ago, and Providence helped solve the problem very quickly. I had called a few other plumbers in the area, and I was quoted as high as $1,300 to clear the line. Providence was a much more reasonable price and was able to get a technician out to my house within 24 hours of calling. Very happy with the service and cost.

My husband and I have used plumbing services done by Providence Plumbing several times. We have always been satisfied with the work they have done in the past. Over some time, our kitchen and bathroom sinks and bathtub were gradually draining slower and slower. We called PP and they sent "Raleigh" to our home. Not only did Raleigh completely repair the problem, he was extremely respectful, polite and an excellent listener. We asked questions about the problem we were having and Raleigh was patient and thoughtful. Raleigh and his assistant put blue shoe coverings on and off their feet as they entered and exited our house (many times they did this). He even went under our house to check on a drainage pipe. Although I wish we had not had this problem, I am grateful to have had such a nice person to fix our issue. Our sinks and bathtub drain very quickly now! Thank you Raleigh! Kyle and Jeanne

Just had Logan out to fix my slow draining shower. He was friendly, hard working and very professional. In fact both he and Mike who was out prior to perform maintenance on my on-demand water heater was also superlative. Can not say enough good things about these two plumbers. Yes I Can!!! I've found the plumbing company that I'm going to depend on for the rest of my days in the Charlotte area. For the home owner that is the toughest part to work out. Stephan is the best! He fixed a major toilet plumbing issue for me in a very efficient and fast manner. In about 2 hrs he had diagnosed the toilet drain flange had broken and been disconnected. Repaired and replaced all parts and reinstalled the toilet. Thoroughly checked for any further leaks or potential blockages and made certain there weren’t any further issues. And he did it all with some great hospitality and friendly conversation. The best part was he was prepared with everything needed. No trips to the store needed to get the job done. And he took care to make sure none of my possessions were damaged or dirtied while he worked. Kudos to him and Charlotte Plumbing organization. Couldn’t be happier.

Perfect Cleaner Greg and Plumber Stephan had awesome customer service. They arrived at my home within minutes and performed a miracle, stopping a major backup that had overflowed into my tub, shower, and sink. Greg thoroughly cleaned the affected area and provided excellent customer service, clearly explaining what he was doing and what the issue meant. Stephan made sure the pipes were properly straightened and went the extra mile by placing another order to have the drains fully repaired. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism, teamwork, and fast response.

Ryan replace my septic tank he was straightforward, Friendly and with my house being an older home main pipes needed to be replaced he had it done in like half a day which was awesome. Afterwards he did an amazing job leveled out the backyard very satisfied with the work.

We woke up to not having water in our toilets and our kitchen sink having water sitting still. We reached out to Ultimate yesterday, a Saturday of course because things never seem to happen on a week day after being given their information last year and we explained to them the issue. They responded quickly and got right to it. They explained what steps would need to be taken, what they would need from us and quickly sent over the invoice for the deposit. They said they’d see us on Monday morning to get started on the job. To our surprise, we woke up to the utility guy already making marks to show electrical/gas and so on. An hour later, 9am to our surprise yet again, Ryan showed up and got right to work. We could not believe that he decided to showed up a day early and on a Sunday and knocked it all out. He would take breaks throughout the work to show us, explain to us exactly what he was doing, what challenges he was facing and potentially what would need to be done next. To say we are thankful and grateful would be an understatement!! Thanks to Ryan and Ultimate, we didn’t have to go the whole weekend without water/sewer. In less than 24 hours he got us back up and running. This company was swift with communication and that shows with how they completed the work. Ultimate is now the company we will call first if we ever have any kind of plumbing issues.

The job required pulling a large built-in vanity sink to access and repair a faulty drain line in the wall. Contacted Nystrom for a quote to replace a leaky outdoor spigot. Spoke to Mike but his brother Joe came for the repair. Come to find out, it’s wasn’t the spigot but the hose attached to it that was leaking. (I know, I should have checked ) . I was very impressed by his honesty. He could have charged me to repair or charge me for a service call, but he didn’t . So he saved me a couple of hundred dollars. Ended up getting a quote to fix another issue and as soon as the part comes in, I will be reaching out to them to do the job. Honesty and integrity are rare nowadays. Joe is one of the good guys. Thank you Joe, we’ll see you again soon.

DJ and Davin were the technicians who serviced my septic issue. Very polite, informative and hard working guys. They were extremely helpful in explaining to me how to take care of my septic system. Crooks! Will tell u $399 over the phone then when they get to ur home and they know u r in a bind, will lie to you (and we know its a lie because we had a REPUTABLE COMPANY come out afterwards) will try to charge $1000 to $1500 and tell you all kinds of lies to get you to pay the outrageous amount!! I wouldn’t be surprised if the techs are keeping the extra money for their own pockets. I called the lady back and told her. She promised to talk to the techs and return my call but I never heard from them again. Lentz came and took good care of us for the PROMISED price and we will always use them in the future!!

Very unprofessional and disappointing. Scheduled me for 2pm appointment. Confirmed. Drove 45 min to the property to meet with them. No show and after calling to see where they were. Woman on the phone said it will be minimum of 2 hours before they get to me. What in the world? I guess appointment doesn’t mean a thing. So disrespectful with someone’s time in such busy world we live in.

Service Pro Plumbing is an excellent company. Our experience has been top notch from our initial call to following up to ensure the installation is working properly. They replaced a entire house water filter from LifeSource water. They came for a pre-site walkdown to ensure they understood the job and had the right tools, they advised on what needed to happen during the replacement as well as after to ensure the media settled properly. Then they followed up a few days later to ensure everything is working correctly. I would definitely call them again.

My job included sweating about 30 connections for a whole house water sensor shutoff valve with bypass as well as installation of main line cleanout. Work was done professionally. My house is over 50 years old and I had 3 toilets that were in various stages of leaking or not flushing properly. I called several plumbers and Rick the owner of Peace of Mind plumbing was the most helpful in discussing my issues as well as offering an extremely reasonable repair price, which was one of my major concerns knowing how expensive plumbing repairs can be. I was able to afford to have all 3 toilets fixed and the price was very fair. Rick was excellent as far as getting on his schedule and staying in touch with me. This is a family-run business and his son London was the one who came out to do the work. He was a very capable plumber and professional and worked quickly and got everything working great!
