Jaxson did an excellent job of assessing and fixing our problem. We weren’t getting water into the house and he diagnosed that it was a clogged PRV valve. He cleaned it and we are good to go. He also looked at some on our tankless water heater while he was there. He was quick, efficient and good!

Stephan is the best! He fixed a major toilet plumbing issue for me in a very efficient and fast manner. In about 2 hrs he had diagnosed the toilet drain flange had broken and been disconnected. Repaired and replaced all parts and reinstalled the toilet. Thoroughly checked for any further leaks or potential blockages and made certain there weren’t any further issues. And he did it all with some great hospitality and friendly conversation. The best part was he was prepared with everything needed. No trips to the store needed to get the job done. And he took care to make sure none of my possessions were damaged or dirtied while he worked. Kudos to him and Charlotte Plumbing organization. Couldn’t be happier.

Just had Logan out to fix my slow draining shower. He was friendly, hard working and very professional. In fact both he and Mike who was out prior to perform maintenance on my on-demand water heater was also superlative. Can not say enough good things about these two plumbers. Yes I Can!!! Mr. Richard did an amazing job here at my home. The water heater was very old and then he gave us a new one. Also placed a missing pipe the previous people should’ve done. Without Richard our water would still be flooding our garage. Thank you to Charlotte plumbing especially Mr. Richard. Very professional man and he’s so patient. Both sinks in my double bathroom vanity quit draining and one was making a scary noise (glub, glub, etc.), plus my kitchen faucet was leaking and spraying all over the place. I had used Providence Plumbing before with Josh, who was great, and today T.J. Kiker with Providence Plumbing came and fixed the draining problem plus provided and installed a wonderful new kitchen faucet. We really liked T.J. and appreciate so much the great work he did. He was so efficient , professional, and knowledgeable, in addition to being a very nice person. We will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

My home was damaged by a hot water pipe upstairs. I had rather serious damage to my kitchen and bathrooms. Sylvia and Antonio with Providence Restoration arrived very quickly, explained what needed to happen first and went to work. I was amazed how efficiently they worked together and how much was accomplished that day. Eli was in my home multiple times making sure everything was moving forward to his satisfaction. During the weeks that followed PRG continuously followed up by telephone or email checking on progress, setting up appointments, answering my questions, explaining in detail the stages of restoration. Throughout all stages Amy, Jim S. and Jim A. truly showed how much they cared about the restoration of my home. It seemed as if they were personally vested and this was not lost on me. It was important to every employee I met or communicated with that they were proud of their company. The work was completed on time and just looking at it made me happy. We've used Providence twice now and we have no plans to go anywhere else. Both technicians were timely, knowledgeable, and professional. Their office staff does a good job of staying on top of things. It may take a few days and a follow up call for you to receive a copy of your invoice but we have no complaints about the workmanship or the prices.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Called to get a quote on a faucet replacement on a pedestal sink after the half completed job was botched by a "handy man". He made time to get to me same day and was able to fix what got messed up and replace the faucet as well as replace the wall shut off valves with more sturdy and durable equipment. He was very prompt, professional, and great to work with. Dee's Drain Cleaning will definitely by my go to as well as my recommendation to anyone else needing plumbing assistance.

Jeff is very responsive and has a lot of great institutional knowledge. He was willing to work us into his schedule for a sewer line inspection with VERY short notice and provided us images and notes of his assessment. Jeff patiently explained each of the needed repairs and did an excellent job in restoring my water heater to a fully functioning status. Ever since we bought our house 3 years ago, we have been having back up issue, due to the prior owners plumping issues that we weren’t aware of and we finally had the time to get someone to come out to look at. Recently, we also have been water pressure issues and our water will cut off for a few minutes and turn right back on. We have been looking around and called Carolina Pipe to come out. Andrew and his partner, I think his name is Terry. They got to our house, we told them what was going on and they went right to work. They looked at the issue and were able to work/fix the problem for us. They were also able to help look and give us a quote for the our water issue as well. Bob is a great guy! I am so glad I found his company! My master tub drain malfunctioned and water was all over my living room. They came out inspected every thing and they were done quickly and the work was crafted extremely well. The pricing is fair and honest also! All Star Plumbing is awesome to deal with Rob booked our appointment weeks in advance. We had just bought the townhouse and needed a few inspection items corrected. Chanin showed up at the scheduled date and time and took care of the item on the checklist replacing a regulator and a couple of tub spouts. He was very professional and friendly.
