Expert Drain Cleaning in Burlington, NC

I've used them twice now and both times they've been quick, up-front, and professional. Once for a clogged drain and once for a water heater. All 3 plumbers I've met have been nothing less than delightful, and answer any questions I have. They're always on time even with the crazy weather and communicate well. The prices have been reasonable and they gave me a quote before doing the work which I really value. They also cleaned up and made sure everything looked nice before they left. I don't think I'll ever use another plumber if I can help it.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this company charged me 640 bucks for unclogging the main drain. $400 something in labor only for 30 minutes of work. And the drain is still not unclogged! Only good thing I can say is that they came out fast but for what if you were not going to do the job right and still charge me UPDATE 12-23-25 They came back and fixed the problem within the next 2 days. 4 stars. Still a little pricey but service great

Great company, fast response and very professional. Had a stopped up sewer line on a 70 year old house. Solved the issue with care and expertise. Price was great for all they did. Recommend!

I highly recommend this company! I had to have the sewer line replaced at my rental property due to damage from tree roots. Christy was so nice and helpful! She sent videos and kept me informed of the progress. She even contacted my tenants to let them know what was going on. Carlos and his crew did a fantastic job. They worked very hard and got things completed in a timely manner. A+++

After calling ten 24-hr srvc providers Able Sewer actually answered the phone and sent a contractor after hours (11:45p) They finished the job one hour later and my family and I were able to use our bathrooms. My home warranty company didn’t want to reimburse me but this company stayed on the phone and battled on my behalf until we were reimbursed and I am grateful. I had Great Customer service and positive experience!

Drain Express installed a new hot water heater. They were professional, courteous, did great work and showed up less than 4 hours after we called. Impressive to say the least. The price they quoted us was the price we paid, so no hidden fees, add ons at the last minute or taking advantage of our urgent need. Highly recommend Drain Express.

Drain Express was awesome. They diagnosed what was wrong, fixed and replaced toilet and facet. They didn't try to nickel and dime me. There were parts I needed that usually cost $20, which they supplied for free. Were on time and left no mess.

I have used Drain Express for many years for work large and small (including installing new sewer lines under part of my house, along with an external sewer pump). They have always been professional, courteous, punctual, and reasonably priced.

Mark spent all day fixing leaks, and replacing faucets and drains. He was prompt and professional and the fixtures look great! Most importantly, he was able to explain the issues with respect to what we needed to do, could do, and should do so that we could understand the recommendations. He gave us multiple options so we could decide what we were comfortable with and could afford. He came back the following day to address an additional issue that popped up as well. We really appreciate him and recommend him without reservation! That is superb service!

Mark Bailey was excellent with putting in an undersink reverse osmosis system that I purchased. He never worked with this brand before but was able to figure it out with great expertise. In the process, he also identified that my plumbing was not ideal and going to cause a major clog eventually. He was able to explain it to me (someone with no experience) in an understandable way. It was easy to see his point about the pipes being forced into position to fit my old drain connection to the garbage disposal but now the water sits in the disposal instead of draining out properly. Everything was much pricier than expected, especially with the extra work recommended, but Mark was working under my sink and in the crawl space all day to create a new drain system. In the end, installing the RO system was the easy part. He worked hard!! He also suggested other things to improve safety but was not pushy about it, which I appreciated. Will be a task for another visit. Thanks Mark! Addendum- had two slow leaks with the RO system so asked for Mark to come back. He was able to fix one but the other appears to be an issue with the product part. Mark patiently diagnosed where the leaks were coming from and sat for a while after fixing one to make sure it didn’t leak again. He also helped explore how to maintain the system with me. Appreciate all his hard work!

Justin was great at helping us fix a leak at our well, but his full house inspection was even more helpful in identifying a few issues we didn’t even know about. He kept us informed of everything he was doing and was super friendly. Will definitely use this company again for any issues in the future.

Absolute worst experience ever ! I specifically requested someone to come over and camera my clean out. They sent someone to snake my clean out , with no camera even though I told them specifically what I needed. Charged me $69 for a tech to drive to my house for nothing ! The tech himself attempted to be accommodating, called CS himself to explain this was a failed service called and they did nothing but say oh $650 plus tax to camera the clean out we can still send someone . Nah i’m good. My money will go to a company that offers proper customer service and competent staff. Shout out to the tech though , very respectable

Quality Service Today a family owned business out of Mebane pumped out our tanks for $299 plus tax! The best deal I could find around and I called a handful of companies for quotes! They did charge $44 extra for cleaning the filter. This is something I know now I should be doing yearly and can do myself easily once the lid is off, hubby will help with that! 😇 Neil Overson did a fantastic job pumping out the septic tank! He explained why a service tech could come out as a complimentary service to check on a few things he found during the pump out. Charlie S showed up and really educated me on my system and how it all works! He taught me the importance of doing maintenance and even scoped our line! They were professional and didn’t try to oversell things I didn’t need! I appreciate that honesty and integrity in people who are in the service sector as they are few and far between anymore! We from now are will be their customers and won’t go elsewhere!

Technician, Neal, with a truck. We were desperate, and he had some advance warning of the situation. I was impressed. I have a great deal of customer service experience. I think I know what its all about. Neal knows what its all about. He stayed for at least two and a half hours in cold , wet, muddy, unpleasant circumstances, and made sure that he satisfied all our needs. He did additional steps to ensure that I was satisfied. I am impressed with their response to an emergency situation.

I had a washing machine drain in my basement clog up and we contacted JT’s Plumbing. We have used them before and have had nothing but excellent service and pricing. Scheduling was painless and Matt and Ashton were at my house right on time. The guys did an outstanding job, were very professional, fast, and tidied up the work area. We had a tub with old tiles around the side which were caving in. Looked like a disaster in the making. JT came out with 3 of his crew and went to work. They took the old tub out, which they had to break up because it was cast iron, fixed the old drain, and replaced with bran new walk-in shower. Before they left that night(around 9:00) they fixed it so we could take a shower the next day. The next day they came back, fixed all the trim, caulked up, put in a hand rail, and finished. It is amazingly beautiful. Looked like a totally different bathroom. Thanks JT's Plumbing. Bill

JT's Plumbing was great! Water stopped coming out of the faucet and started pouring out from under our kitchen sink as my husband was leaving for work at 5:30 AM. We were able to get it turned off under the sink after it covered the kitchen floor. It was a very stressful start to our day. I called JT's as soon as they opened that morning and they arrived within an hour. The 2 technicians that came out were very nice and knowledgeable. Luckily we just needed a new faucet. I went to Lowe's, bought a new faucet and called the guys to let them know I had it and they were back in minutes to install it for me. Our day that started out terrible ended up great with running water (out of the faucet instead of from under the sink! 😂) and a beautiful new faucet. We will definitely use JT's for all our future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with this company. I called on Sunday and they were able to come out by Wednesday, which I really appreciated. The technician was very informative, took his time explaining everything, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.
