Robert and his brother came out to do a sewer inspection for a house in southgate Michigan. Very through and did an excellent job explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it. They even checked some other things out for me in the plumbing around the house and gave me 5 star advice. I recommend these guys to absolutely everyone and I truly believe they are the top #1. If. we had a sewer line burst, from word of mouth i called this company. I was glad i did, Paul came out, very nice man and knows his you know what! Showed us what the problem was and what it took to fix it. gave us a quote which was a very fair price. Did a great job. So when you need a plumber, call this company.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mat and this company. I will recommend them to everyone. He explained the issues in a calm manner and the next steps we had to have the septic tank drained once that was complete they came out and to recheck and determined it was a separate septic field issue. Dante took the time to listen to what we had to say, let us know what he needed to do, and did a great job with explaining every step of the diagnosis and repairs needed. Dante was kind and did really well with all of our animals too- specially with one of the cats who joined Dante as an apprentice to help make sure the job was done to completion. 😁

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.

Nate and Meca Drains have been to our house a few times over the past month for a variety of issues. They have been quick to respond each time. They have been personable and informative about every issue, and transparent about the process. They are first on our list of plumbers to reach out to!

We called Everclear sewer and drain cleaning at 9 pm and they were at our house the next morning. They told us what was needed to be done as well as what could wait but was recommended. They did the work quickly, left my kitchen sink area cleaner than they found it. What a great experience. Bill did a great job!

The worse of the worst thing happened to me this Labor Day Weekend..I had family and friends coming to stay at my house for our end of the summer party and my hot water heater stopped working I couldn't do my dishes let alone no one could even take a shower and with it being a holiday weekend you could only imagine how many plumbing companies weren't open. So I went on a handyman app and within 5 mins I got a phone call from a man that worked at Everclear sewer & Drain Cleaning. He talked to me for about 10 mins to get an idea of what I was dealing with and to see if he might be able to save my old one and me money or if he would have to replace the whole unit. Within the hour he was at my door ready to replace my hot water tank and the best part is he took the old one with him. So I didn't have to wait until my next garbage day. I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs. They saved our end of the summer party. And even tho it was a holiday weekend I thought the price would be double if not triple and it was their normal rate because a friend of mine a few weeks later called them and she paid the same price I did. I will refer all my friends and family to this company.

Highly recommend Paradigm and Jesse! Had a backup in our basement that led to water all over and they were able to get Jesse out quickly that same afternoon (in a snow storm no less!). He quickly identified our issue and explained to us what happened and how to prevent the issue in the future. Paradigm responded quickly and Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed two issues- bad shutoff valves and faucet. He had everything wrapped up in a little more than an hour, including a quick trip to the plumbing supply store for parts. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Made an appt by phone, office staff was a pleasure to talk to. Kevin arrived on time, heard what we were after, quoted, answered all our questions & sent quote within hours of visit. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier and was on our time (even though they were available sooner). Day of service with Mitch & Jessie was a homeowners dream. Outside was cold, snowy, salty (walk & driveway). They supplied and wore shoe covers to protect our floors without being asked. They worked together beautifully, putting new filter in optimal spot taking up least amount of space and they kept the space clean. Upon completion they explained new water filter system operation in detail and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Jordan and Jacob were very professional and did a great job replacing my main floor shower valve that was inside the drywall. They also added inline shut off valves for hot and cold water supply since the house was built with no way to turn off the water to the main floor shower. Very satisfied, highly recommend for all your pluming needs. They will be my first call if I have any other projects in the future!

I appreciate the fact that he was able to come same day, and fairly quickly (Within an hour and a half) but I was shocked that he charged me $250 just for a storm drain snake out. I've never been charged that much. He didnt sanitize it, change any pipes or even have to do any major work. They just wanted a quick dollar because I was in an emergency situation. And its crazy because I had at least 20 other people to refer to him, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

Great Service, explained what needed to be done to correct the problem. Arrived on time and was able to complete the job within a few hours. Was able to address additional issues that presented on the spot. I will be contacting them for any plumbing issues that I may have in the future.

Cant say enough about Right Way Plumbing as they surely didn't disappoint! Made an appointment on Mon. for Tuesday. Got confirmation text and email . Then got a courtesy call from E'bony 30 minutes prior to arrival. After only 8 minutes my problem was diagnosed, quoted a price, and finished in less than 25 minutes! Will definitely use Right Way in the future and definitely recommend them to others as well!
