I had a stopped up commode. I called Roto-rooter and they responded quickly. Davy came out and cleared the septic line. He was friendly and fixed the problem. My commode is working fine now and I am pleased with the services provided to me by Roto-rooter. The lady who took my order was also friendly and proficient. I made the call and they answered, they ask what the problem was which was to much paper flushed down drain and it was time for a periodically drain clean out anyways, they got some information about my location, they had a technican to call and ask about problem as well he came right on out and got started. And finished in good timing.

DrainGo was dispatched by my warranty provider to repair a failed water heater. Instead of diagnosing or addressing the actual issue, the technician immediately pushed a complete overhaul of my setup—removing my dual water heaters and installing a single tankless unit. They tried the exact same upsell two years ago when the other heater failed, and once again the “solution” came with an extra $1,541 out of my pocket, the same price they quoted back then. I ended up paying $100 for a service call that lasted barely three minutes. No troubleshooting, no repair—just a few photos taken and a promise that someone would follow up. This kind of behavior is exactly why companies get a bad reputation. They show up to sell, not to perform the work they were sent for, and they still collect an easy $100 for doing virtually nothing.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! We only used them because that is who American Home Sheild sent out. However, I was told by other plumbers to be aware of them. We had a tub draining slow, but the main concern was the drain to the washer draining slow. Well, the technician came out and told my mom that he can unstop her washer and tub and the price was $693.00. However, he left and told my mom that everything was good to go, and everything is flowing just fine. She tried to be washed and discovered nothing has been fixed. We called the next day and was told the charges were valid because the drain was attempted to be cleared. He never communicated that to my mom. I asked for a partial refund of $450.00 because what sense it makes to pay for a drain to be cleared and we can't even wash. They eventually offered me a credit only if I had preventable measures performed that would cost $3700.00. The fact that you all tried to offer a credit suggest that you all know it wasn't the best experience, but to leave someone in distress and not being able to wash their clothes before the ice storm and the only option that you all have is pay $900+ dollars with no negotiation. It's an older house and yes it needs modifications but to say that you all need all that money to get the issue fixed is insane. You all just want to force people to give you all money. We had a local licensed plumber come out and clear the drain with no issues and said that you all could have did the same. I would not recommend and we have told AHS that next time we need plumbing to not send yall out! The person that answers the phone was sweet; I would give her 5 stars because she tried to help after listening to our concerns.

I had a great experience! They came out to check my bathroom sink, toilet, and tub, and were extremely professional, quick, and thorough. It has taken me some time to write this review because I wanted to get my wits about me and have a clear mind. My issue began on January 2, 2025 when my husband noticed that we had a sewage leak. We called Roto-Rooter to fix the issue. The guys came out to assess the leak, gave us a price and work was set to begin the following Monday. One of the guys was new and the other 2 were on light duty. During the repair, my main water line was broken. The guys supposedly repaired it when they repaired the sewer line, free of charge. My yard was completely destroyed, but I was promised that someone would be out as soon as the rain stopped to put down soil, seed, and hay. In February, we received an alert from the city that we had another water leak. I checked the front yard where the previous repair was made and it was very evident that there was another leak. Called Roto-Rooter back. They sent out the guys who were previously on light duty because the “new guy” was no longer with the company. The guys repaired the line and made the statement that the other guy should have never been allowed to complete the initial repair, but the company was short staffed and had no other choice. The leak was fixed. It was found that the connectors had been put on too tight and caused a split in the pipe. Nothing could be done to my yard at the time because of the amount of rain we were getting during that time. In March, the same guys came back out to “fix” my yard. In April, I received ANOTHER leak alert from the city. Went to check the area again, and there was yet another leak. At this time, I called in a different company to repair the leak. This time the pipe was bent at an angle and the pressure caused a slow leak. I called Roto Rooter to file a complaint, I was asked if I would like one of their technicians to come back out to assess. However, NONE of the previous technicians worked for them anymore. Let me also add that I was initially told that my line was too deep to be hand dug and so I incurred an extra charge for the use of the heavy machinery. The second company was able to dig the line up by hand/shovels. I am very displeased in the level of work and service I received. I will not use them again. Oh and my front yard is still an eyesore. Yet another cost we have incurred due to Roto Rooters incompetence and lack of care.

We were more than pleased with the service from CJ Rivera we had a water leak which they repaired & proceeded to apply air & a dehumidifier to the wet area to assure no mold or further damage! Could not have been more pleased with workmanship & professional approach. Bravo!!!

I cannot say enough about Shaun. He installed a water filtration system today. Instead of leaving the faucet lying down until I can get someone to cut my marble, he made a wooden holder for it!
