Came in to assist on a clogged drain. Was quick friendly and was able to clear our pipes get water flowing. He walked me through what he found on the camera and educated me further on my pipes and things to know for the future. Absolutely amazing company and will hire year after year for my pipes. Trust these people!

I called Tom on a Saturday and he was able to come out on Monday to look at the drain. Tom showed up early for the appointment. He was very thorough and doubled checked his work to make sure everything was working properly be he left. He was very organized, clean, friendly, and polite. I would call him again if I have a problem. I would also recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing service. His pricing is fair and reasonable.

Great customer service! When my husband was sick, and we had to reschedule, the owner or manager wished us well in his recovery!!! What business does that? Totally top of the line. The service men “Nez” I think his name was with the curly hair (sorry if I forgot) and his partner, totally professional! Knows the job very well and educated is on what to do moving forward to properly care for our drains! Prices were affordable & great! No complaints here! I do think that there could be a network of affiliates they recommend, as I need other work done, like plumbing-hot water heater. But I thank everyone for their professionalism, hard work and dedication!!! My house would not run without them. As this is my second time using their service. I’m sure they will be back 🤗

The boys did amazing work! My drains were backed up all weekend and of course when they came this morning they were draining. However they still did the job and now I know with peace of mind the pipes shouldn’t backup again. They were very friendly and made the process feel easy. I appreciate their help and knowledge and I even got to talk a little Anime with them 🥰. I will definitely call them again if I need more help!

Really impressed with Michigan Plumbing. They were very responsive and helpful with a clog and root issue in our main sewer line. The quote from Sandy was accurate, and he wasn't pushy. He took the time to help us understand the situation and our options with that issue and other plumbing concerns we plan to address in the future. We initially had to reschedule the service due to illness, and then the issue later became urgent and we could no longer run water. We needed someone the same day, and they were incredibly accommodating. Joshua came out shortly after our call and resolved the issue quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything clearly and was great to work with. We highly recommend Michigan Plumbing and will absolutely use them again.

Next, Zach the service tech quickly identified and repaired two burst water pipes inside a wall. Done fast, on budget. Advised to call back Michigan Plumbing for any additional found burst water pipe(s) for fast repair. Am happy I called in Michigan Plumbing. My hot water heater was showing signs of a needed replacement. Everyone at American Plumbing made it occur within days. Aaron responded to my early morning email about the job hours before it was scheduled to start. I so appreciate their responsiveness and thoroughness. In the recent past, a sizeable team of professionals from American Plumbing helped to update aging infrastructure at my home with replacement of a water line. The next year, they helped replace the sewer/sanitary line. They even did a subsequent jet clean job for my old drains. Thank you, American Plumbing, for loving what you do. It shows in your pride of work. I also love that my new hot water heater was manufactured in Michigan. What an excellent way to help our communities here in Michigan.

I had a plumbing emergency this weekend and American plumbing came out quickly and sent a wonderful plumber to take care of everything. Kyle did a great job was very professional and very personable. I would highly recommend American Plumbing! They’re great!

Charged $537 to unthaw pipes. $300 service call for a Saturday (long distance from Lansing to Ionia). Honestly not quite that far. $50 for after hours call. $187 to unthaw the pipes. Still had no water when the guy left. Told us he does nothing with wells and basically good luck. Had a small business man come out today on a Sunday (no extra service call charges). Figured out our pipes were still froze and possibly never unthawed at all with all the ice chunks that were on them the guy said. Also had a bad well control panel and switch. Would not recommend this company at all! Price gouged us to death. Dishonest people. The world is hard enough right now and to have dishonest people like this is sickening!

These guys came to my two properties to clear the roots out of the main sewage pipes My houses both got done in a perfect matter.Me and my family are extremely grateful for the service. Andre provided exceptional service. He called ahead to confirm his ETA and arrived right on time. He quickly diagnosed the furnace issue, replaced the necessary parts he had on hand, and ordered an additional part for later installation. Andre also took the time to explain the heat ducts and dampers and shared best practices for filter replacement. His professionalism, knowledge, and pleasant demeanor were greatly appreciated. Whitney has a system to do all the booking on-line. This confirmed an appointment for Jacuzzi tubing leak. When no one arrived I phoned them. The phone rep. found nothing regarding the schedule visit. She also said they don't even repair Jacuzzi's. I had clearly indicated on-line that this was for a Jacuzzi. She was pleasant but had no explanation for this failure. One star! LDR

I loved the intro video as well. Chris was great. He explained everything needed for me and gave me guidance on preserving my system. We are very pleased with our a/c installation and other HVAC upgrades. When our 40 year old a/c (finally) took its last breath right before a heat advisory weekend too, Blake stopped by that evening to walk us through all the various upgrades available, financing options, and provided insight and suggestions specific to our living space. Two days later they had a team out with a completely new system with installation done before dinner! Jason and his crew did a fantastic job! While it’s customary for a client walk through with new products, Jason provided very thorough explanations and provided info on all features (when, where, how) and threw in some tips for improved performance and longevity. We’re grateful to have found such a reliable team and plan to stick with them as our sole home/HVAC servicer!

I called on a whim because I was following one of their trucks and saw the number, they scheduled me for the very next day. Saige and Garrett were perfectly on time, having texted while enroute. They both were very cordial and professional, they provided a price to swap out my toilet while on-site. I inquired about a leaky supply line for the toilet and they quoted that right away. I agreed to all work and they immediately went to work. They found the issue with the leaky line and explained why it was leaking. They were great at communicating and very efficient in their job. I'm happy with everything they did. I'll definitely call Aaron's again should I need a plumber in the future.

They fixed the pluming to my kitchen sink. It has been a problem that I tried to get fixed multiple times and no luck. I have a new water softener system installed and they did a fantastic job. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me an appointment for Monday afternoon. They were very kind and considerate and able to answer all my questions (even ones not regarding the softener).

Had them come out to my home and check out my broken disposal. They offered a new one with a 7 year warranty. It’s been working great. They were friendly, professional, and straightforward. Will definitely call them next time for my plumbing needs!

Called Saturday 1/24 on their emergency line for a frozen rental property. They called back & assured us that we were added to their schedule for Sunday, 1/25. They didn’t show Sunday, absolutely 0 communication. Will not be adding them to our vendor list for our portfolio. Very unprofessional -
