Everything in dealing with this company was 5 star! Communication from Kristina (actually one of the best we have experienced from a company), scheduling and the professionals that came to our house was amazing. We had a serious drain issue and they were prompt in getting it fixed. The price was reasonable. They were clean and respectful at and in our home. I would highly recommend working with them.

Very pleased with the service provided by Plumbers Service, inc. I believe Andrew did an excellent job cabling the outside sewer main 70 ft to the city connection. He also provided detailed explanations and suggestions regarding the root problem along with clear video during and after. Andrew and the individuals I talked to on the phone were all courteous, friendly, and informative !

John and Jodi and their crew were great! They installed a sump pump overflow on the discharge line outside and connected to the drainage pipe buried in our yard. Before they did the work, they both took the time to look at the job and then also both spoke to us personally on the phone to discuss it further. We appreciated that too! Prior to Brock mechanical coming out, I did some research on different plumbing companies in Livingston County. I decided to call Brock Mechanical and spoke with Doug Brock after looking at reviews. When I spoke with Doug, he indicated Ken would be out on Thursday morning. I received a text from Tom that morning indicating he was on his way, but had to stop and pick up some parts first.. Since I had the expectation of Ken coming out and had read his reviews, which were great, I had some hesitation on Tom since I did not know anything about him. He installed two toilets a stainless steel sink in the laundry room and replaced the kitchen sink with a new one in the kitchen. We had to make some decisions on the stainless steel sink for the laundry room Since it’s a nonconventional type sink I bought online. I am very pleased with the final results, Tim did a great job!! Just a sidenote, I had a great conversation with Doug in advance. And it’s great to speak an owner that’s down to earth and truly cares about his customers. Best interest. Just a side note: Tom explained that due to the severe weather and road conditions with ice and snow, Ken was not able to get out…

We called Everclear sewer and drain cleaning at 9 pm and they were at our house the next morning. They told us what was needed to be done as well as what could wait but was recommended. They did the work quickly, left my kitchen sink area cleaner than they found it. What a great experience. Bill did a great job!

The worse of the worst thing happened to me this Labor Day Weekend..I had family and friends coming to stay at my house for our end of the summer party and my hot water heater stopped working I couldn't do my dishes let alone no one could even take a shower and with it being a holiday weekend you could only imagine how many plumbing companies weren't open. So I went on a handyman app and within 5 mins I got a phone call from a man that worked at Everclear sewer & Drain Cleaning. He talked to me for about 10 mins to get an idea of what I was dealing with and to see if he might be able to save my old one and me money or if he would have to replace the whole unit. Within the hour he was at my door ready to replace my hot water tank and the best part is he took the old one with him. So I didn't have to wait until my next garbage day. I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs. They saved our end of the summer party. And even tho it was a holiday weekend I thought the price would be double if not triple and it was their normal rate because a friend of mine a few weeks later called them and she paid the same price I did. I will refer all my friends and family to this company.

My well water pressure tank needed to be replaced. Nick was very good at communicating with me and arrived on time. He and his apprentice knocked out the job really quick and the price was reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the company and will certainly call them again.

From the first meeting Nick made everything about a horrible situation feel better. He communicated everything with us threw out the whole process. We had multiple plumbers out and eveyone one of them wanted to over charge and be very aggressive. But Nick and his apprentice were very conservative. Finding out exacting what was wrong. Fixing the broken pipe fast and efficiently. Which was in our slap foundation under cabinets. And the cabinets needed to be removed and reinstalled. Nick was very detailed and clean. It literally looked like they were never here when they left. It was a very stressful situation but turned out to be a smooth finish. I highly recommend Z Pluming. And it’s always nice seeing a young apprentice learning a trade.
