The H20 crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken pipe in my basement and clearing out a clogged pipe going to my sump pump. Having never gone through this issue before, they really helped out explaining how the whole process works and what needed to be done. Excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling, which is important with kids and work. I highly recommend reaching out to them with any plumbing issues! I know I will again if needed!

These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! Joe, Mike, Jay were fantastic in everything thing they did and said. There work was professional done and the clean up was as well. I will continue using them for there honesty and trustworthy. Jacob is a another awesome true dedicated hard worker just be ware ladies when working he may remove his shirt. H2O worked fantastic with my insurance adjuster even he was felt there honest with them.

We had a backup in our basement and I will note that they got someone out very quickly on a Sunday night. However, the plumber was clearly rushed and didn’t get the clog out of our system, but actually pushed it further down. We had another backup the next day. Also, he cracked the toilet flange on our downstairs toilet. Went upstairs and removed our toilet, snaked in the wrong direction and it went on our roof and backyard. Then tried to put the toilet back on a clearly compromised wax ring, without saying anything. I spoke up and he charged us $100 for a cheap $2 ring. Left a huge mess in our bathroom with wax, mud, grass all over the floor. We had another plumber out 2 days later and they used the clean out under the utility sink (duh!). Got the clog out in 10 minutes and actually checked the main sewer line to see it was flowing. Don’t offer 24 hour service if you’re going to rush through every job.

Rick and his entire team were phenomenal! After doing a sewer scope and realizing we had some major repairs to do to our sewage system, Rick was available to talk through the inspection report and come up with a plan of action over the phone. Once he and his team were on site it was clear that Rick was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. He did multiple walk arounds of the property to get a sense of possible solutions for where our new pipes should go and all along the way he explained his thought process and kept me in the loop. Once they began digging and laying in new pipes they were quick and efficient and again very careful with how they went about doing this major repair. I am truly so impressed with Rick and his whole crew. Drain Detectives has been incredible and followed up with me to make sure that everything was completed to my liking and Rick himself came back to the property to make sure that lines were hooked up correctly and that the entire job was totally wrapped up to my satisfaction. I cannot recommend Drain Detectives enough. They have earned their name and are super helpful and get the job done right!

I highly recommend A&E Anytime. They were on site in less than 2 hours after I called. They had to cable out root blockage in the line. Steven S. and Isaiah S. did a thorough job, and had the line flowing in no time. Steven was very informative about what they were doing, and options I will need to consider later on. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

I called A&E Plumbing on Monday evening (after normal business hours) for clogged drains. Neither of our toilets would flush and the drains were backing up. A&E’s technicians arrived on Tuesday around 2:30 and within 2 hours Our family was happily able to use our toilets, sinks, showers and washing machine! The technicians were professional, courteous and even showed me the entire length of our sewer drain on their camera so I was satisfied that there’s no blockage and our pipes were good to go. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. If you have a plumbing problem, call A&E. Seriously. They’re a company that cares about their customers, which is getting rarer every day.

Toilet backed up on Friday. After calling a couple other plumbers with no answer, I called and they told me 45 minutes. It must not have been even 10 minutes later and they were knocking on my door. They had more work to do than I originally thought, but they were both quick and professional the entire time.

Had a nightmare waste pipe clog in 2 upper units of a 4-unit rental that had to be fixed immediately. We rented a snake but no luck clearing it. Called Universal and said we need your best snake guy for a difficult clog. They sent Jeff who was polite, hard working, and very knowledgeable and was able to clear the clog in about a half hour. He had to use a cutting head on the snake to get through the flushable wipes clog but it eventually cleared. And though I wasn't expecting it, he even brought in some spray cleaner and towel and cleaned the floor and walls from the mess the snake made. I can't say enough good things about Jeff. I was very stressed out over this situation as it was the weekend and my tenants were upset they could not use their water or toilets. Jeff not only did a great job he reduced my stress by joking around about some of the unusual plumbing issues we both experienced over the years. I own several rentals and have called many plumbers and Jeff is my favorite. And this was his last stop of the day and I imagine he was quite tired. Dwayne and Jonathan did a great job! Had a back up / blockage of the drain going to the septic field. They diagnosed it and used their camera to solve the problem the same day I called! Super friendly, quick, and clean! Highly recommend!

Needed a water heater replaced. Jennifer was very patient and helpful, and worked on their schedule to get me in the next day. Tony and Owen were very clean, efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. Overall no issues and very happy with the price and experience. They did some previous work for us that was also top notch.

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.

Our store had a major issue with the main water line break at parking lot. Other company came out to do the water and drainage excavation. After the work was done, sand started coming into our laundromat, toilet, washers, mop sink…We hired different plumbing companies and paid them to fix the problem twice, but nothing was resolved. I run a coin laundromat and dry-cleaning business, so this was a very serious issue for us. I asked ChatGPT for advice, and it recommended Delta Plumbing as the best fit after hearing my whole story. So I contacted them. At first, Alex from Delta Plumbing told me they normally don’t go out to Flint. But after hearing what we were dealing with, he said he wanted to help us and decided to come.
