I highly recommend A&E Anytime. They were on site in less than 2 hours after I called. They had to cable out root blockage in the line. Steven S. and Isaiah S. did a thorough job, and had the line flowing in no time. Steven was very informative about what they were doing, and options I will need to consider later on. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

I called A&E Plumbing on Monday evening (after normal business hours) for clogged drains. Neither of our toilets would flush and the drains were backing up. A&E’s technicians arrived on Tuesday around 2:30 and within 2 hours Our family was happily able to use our toilets, sinks, showers and washing machine! The technicians were professional, courteous and even showed me the entire length of our sewer drain on their camera so I was satisfied that there’s no blockage and our pipes were good to go. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. If you have a plumbing problem, call A&E. Seriously. They’re a company that cares about their customers, which is getting rarer every day.

Toilet backed up on Friday. After calling a couple other plumbers with no answer, I called and they told me 45 minutes. It must not have been even 10 minutes later and they were knocking on my door. They had more work to do than I originally thought, but they were both quick and professional the entire time.

We had a backup in our basement and I will note that they got someone out very quickly on a Sunday night. However, the plumber was clearly rushed and didn’t get the clog out of our system, but actually pushed it further down. We had another backup the next day. Also, he cracked the toilet flange on our downstairs toilet. Went upstairs and removed our toilet, snaked in the wrong direction and it went on our roof and backyard. Then tried to put the toilet back on a clearly compromised wax ring, without saying anything. I spoke up and he charged us $100 for a cheap $2 ring. Left a huge mess in our bathroom with wax, mud, grass all over the floor. We had another plumber out 2 days later and they used the clean out under the utility sink (duh!). Got the clog out in 10 minutes and actually checked the main sewer line to see it was flowing. Don’t offer 24 hour service if you’re going to rush through every job.

Rick and his entire team were phenomenal! After doing a sewer scope and realizing we had some major repairs to do to our sewage system, Rick was available to talk through the inspection report and come up with a plan of action over the phone. Once he and his team were on site it was clear that Rick was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. He did multiple walk arounds of the property to get a sense of possible solutions for where our new pipes should go and all along the way he explained his thought process and kept me in the loop. Once they began digging and laying in new pipes they were quick and efficient and again very careful with how they went about doing this major repair. I am truly so impressed with Rick and his whole crew. Drain Detectives has been incredible and followed up with me to make sure that everything was completed to my liking and Rick himself came back to the property to make sure that lines were hooked up correctly and that the entire job was totally wrapped up to my satisfaction. I cannot recommend Drain Detectives enough. They have earned their name and are super helpful and get the job done right!

These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! Have had issues for better part of 2 yrs at a Warren house near 9 and Van Dyke. House built in 1950 and believe original main sewer/drain line. Called friday and was able to get an appt saturday. David came out and snaked the drain and fixed the issue. Also replaced my utility sink plumbing which was not what I orginally called about so I greatly appreciate it (was added cost though which I expected). It was crooked, leaking, and missing an AAV. Plumbing has been really frustrating and I finally had got to the end of what I could do without getting thousand dollar equipment. Joe and his staff were very detail with explaining the huge job (sewer line repair ) I was having done. They were tentative to all my questions. Northwest Drain Station is awesome. They fix the issue the first time. They don’t nickel and dime you. Randy is wonderful. He takes the time to let you know what he’s doing. And never ever talks down to you. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great service from Northwest Drain Station today. The technician, Dawson, was thorough in diagnosing the cause of the smell in my basement and resolving it! He explained everything to me in detail, and also gave me recommendations on what I should consider doing in the near future with my old, cast iron sewer drain. I will definitely give them a call when I’m ready to get those things taken care of.

Marc and Jake are incredible! DTE found four gas leaks in my basement today, and these guys were at my door within an hour. They walked me through everything, got right to work, and handled it like pros. We had After Hour Sewer & Water Service come out for a broken shut off valve under our bathroom sink which required us to shut off the water to our house. Dan and his coworker came out quickly on a Sunday to repair it. They were professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this company.

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I never give reviews, but this company really did go above and beyond to take care of me! They finished quickly and were very professional and knowledgeable. Jessie had no problem answering all of my questions about why our old water heater failed. Would recommend!
