Mike and his team were super helpful, professional, and affordable. They fixed the tree roots clogging our sewage quickly and inexpensively after 2 other plumbers had told me the pipes needed to be replaced and estimated a cost of several thousand dollars. I highly recommend them.

Today I used these guys for the second time in the past week. First time for a clogged toilet with roots in the pipes. While they were at my house, I asked them about a new drain plug. Nick was very professional and sent me a quote for replacing old drain and old drum trap with a ptrap. Both crews were very professional and did an awesome job. This is a review for a few different jobs done by Josh @ Lakeshore way back in May. First he replaced my water heater and then he replaced a sewer ejector pump for us. Top notch service. Josh is always punctual, he is always knowledgeable and can explain things at a level I can understand, and craft/workmanship is top-notch. 3 months later everything is still perfect without any issues and (for what its worth) looking nicer then ever. Great experience with Z's Plumbing. Fast, courteous, fair, professional and a really great plumber. We had bought a new kitchen faucet and sprayer to have him install. Zack shared it was a cartridge issue and replaced the cartridge. Works great and we can return the faucet we bought. He saved us some dollars for sure. He also cleared our bathtub drain. Zack is an incredible plumber and business man. He jumped right on our request, was out at our house in two days, replaced both of our toilets with high quality, reliable toilets. His cleanliness and work are impeccable. His pricing is great! His work is so good, we hired him for replacement of our water heater as well. He would get the highest rating of a contractor that we would ever provide!!

Had an potential CO leak in my home. Family had to go to the ER and receive oxygen treatment. Made an emergency appointment with Field the next day. Customer service was very nice to work with. They shifted their schedule around to make time for me and my family. Something another local company wouldn't do. Upon arrival the technician did a quick inspection to see if we were getting any carbon monoxide in the house. And while we couldn't find any, they did inspect every aspect of where the exhaust gas could potentially be leaking out. And thank fully we found what could potentially have been the culprit. There was a bunch of dirt and debris nestled at the bottom of our chimney! Ordinarily they'd have to charge extra to clean it out but they saved me almost $200 by just letting me clear it out myself! I absolutely can not praise Fields enough for their technical skills and customer service!

My furnace broke down on one of the coldest days this year. City Hall recommended them and I called them. So happy I did. They were at my home in less than an hour. He checked it out ,told me the cost, and went right to work. He even had the part I needed with him. Within an hour or so my home was already getting warmer. Great job!.
