Came exactly on time. Where ready to dig through frozen ground on the coldest day in a decade. Gave me ever option for the repair, and walked me through pros and cons. I was very pleased with my experience with Mid-State Sewer Service on 1/27/26. I called and talked with Jameson, he answered all my questions and was very pleasant. He said Steve would be out in a couple hours. Steve was very prompt and professional. He cleaned out the septic tank and was very helpful with the do's and do not's with Septic systems. They are very reasonably priced and Steve was very polite. I would recommend Mid-State Sewer Service to anyone in need of Septic issues.

Great service from Mid State Sewer Service! We had a last-minute septic pumping need and were impressed by how quickly they responded. After calling at 9:30am on a Sunday, they were able to come out and complete the job by early afternoon. The staff is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. To start, I should note that I generally do not write reviews but had to share in this case. I am a small business owner and always happy to refer other good people to my clients. I am very impressed with this service, which normally takes a lot for me to say. They are very prompt, knowledgeable, clean & nice, they are worth gold! I had a complicated issue with a shower leak, and they sent Mike, who was able to identify & fix it very quick! They make you feel good when you're in a bad situation, and get it handled quickly and painlessly. They offer very reasonable prices, and are available 24 hrs, which helps even more. So if you're ever in need of a great plumber, do yourself a favor and call this one first. And ask for Mike! Again, they are worth gold, I would rate 10 out of 5 if I could! I am blessed to have found Sam's Sewer & Drain Service! Their service was immediate, and they quickly identified a major problem I was really worried about. I was hoping for a simple snake, but unfortunately, the issue was much bigger. Luckily, I had another contractor on-site at the time to provide an estimate, and they confirmed Evan’s diagnosis — and even mentioned that his company would have charged me more! Evan and his team went above and beyond. They came out on a Saturday and worked hard to replace the crushed pipe in my basement. As promised, they returned Monday morning to clean up and set everything back up, including my washing machine. The area looks great now! I had a young gentleman come by for an estimate on labor to replace my sump pump that I believe had died. I have a brand new sump pump to be installed. I was quoted $300 to install with that pump, or $600 with a brand new one. I wasn’t satisfied with the price and some other things, so I called around. Well, my sump pump isn’t dead. Apparently it’s obvious it’s not. My drain line is frozen, so water has been leaking out and freezing (there are frozen puddles of water I didn’t even notice, that he should have). I want to caution anyone in utilizing this company. The man who came by got into my crawl space, he saw exactly what the plumber who is here now, is seeing. I’m disgusted that I was going to be overcharged to “fix” something that wasn’t broken. I’d recommend shopping around and hopefully finding an honest company/plumber to work with, because it’s not this one.

Our kitchen sink had a blockage and water was backing up into the sink over the weekend. This is our first house and we have never had an experience with a plumbing company before. We called here Monday morning and they sent guys out an hour and a half later. Brian and Logan were very nice and professional. They ended up needing to do a bit more than just snaking out the pipe and they explained it all to us and how much everything would cost. They were all finished after about an hour and fixed us all up. The price for service was great and we got a deal for being first time customers! Discovered my main sewer drain was clogged, called immediately late last night, they answered and showed up within the next hour. Very professional, informational and exceptionally experienced. Mike and his son came out on a Sunday to fix my parents sump pump. Upon arrival they determined their pump was fine…rather the water had frozen where it was to drain into the sewer. They brainstormed ways to address this issue…starting with the least expensive resolution…which worked and was greatly appreciated!!!

Came out and installed a new toliet and fixed a clogged bathtub. Was here less than an hour! Great service, price and friendly guys! Plus its a family owned buisness, always nice to support the smaller guys and community.

My sump broke and wasnt draining water from my crawl space. They came within 30 minutes of my call (new years eve). The tech was super friendly and knowledgeable. He had my sump fixed in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable. Would 1000% recommend!

My bathtub was not draining. Knowing it was Christmas time m, Josh tried the inexpensive way first. When that did not work he said we would have to replace the drain. He gave me an estimate and that was what I paid. Josh was very nice and professional and knows plumbing.

The laundry tub in the bsmt was filling up with “gunk” whenever we did laundry or run the dishwasher. Josh explained the problem and did an awesome job to “clean out” grease/build up of our kitchen and laundry drain. Very professional and highly recommended!

Called Maximum Flush Sewer and Drain after noticing my sump pump was not activating. They were able to schedule a visit within a day. Josh is fantastic! Explained what they were going to do, and got everything done much faster than I expected. There were absolutely no messes or anything left after the job. The price was very reasonable as well. Eric was absolutely fabulous. He understood the issues with the difference between frozen pipe and and a poly break in the line. He was very well informed on everything he needed to do and was very efficient about handling it even though he didn’t have to go swimming. I really appreciate having someone with actual knowledge of dealing with my situation and the fact that I will have to have the insurance company handle the rest. And considering that he had to deal with these issues over the weekend, it was a reasonable price.

Jeremy was really great. He gave me multiple options to fix the issue that I was having, and the options came with prices up front. Jeremy didn't pressure me in any way to make one decision over another, which I really appreciated. My issue was resolved very quickly. I would work with this company again.
