Had a nightmare waste pipe clog in 2 upper units of a 4-unit rental that had to be fixed immediately. We rented a snake but no luck clearing it. Called Universal and said we need your best snake guy for a difficult clog. They sent Jeff who was polite, hard working, and very knowledgeable and was able to clear the clog in about a half hour. He had to use a cutting head on the snake to get through the flushable wipes clog but it eventually cleared. And though I wasn't expecting it, he even brought in some spray cleaner and towel and cleaned the floor and walls from the mess the snake made. I can't say enough good things about Jeff. I was very stressed out over this situation as it was the weekend and my tenants were upset they could not use their water or toilets. Jeff not only did a great job he reduced my stress by joking around about some of the unusual plumbing issues we both experienced over the years. I own several rentals and have called many plumbers and Jeff is my favorite. And this was his last stop of the day and I imagine he was quite tired. The H20 crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken pipe in my basement and clearing out a clogged pipe going to my sump pump. Having never gone through this issue before, they really helped out explaining how the whole process works and what needed to be done. Excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling, which is important with kids and work. I highly recommend reaching out to them with any plumbing issues! I know I will again if needed!

These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! Joe, Mike, Jay were fantastic in everything thing they did and said. There work was professional done and the clean up was as well. I will continue using them for there honesty and trustworthy. Jacob is a another awesome true dedicated hard worker just be ware ladies when working he may remove his shirt. H2O worked fantastic with my insurance adjuster even he was felt there honest with them.

We had a backup in our basement and I will note that they got someone out very quickly on a Sunday night. However, the plumber was clearly rushed and didn’t get the clog out of our system, but actually pushed it further down. We had another backup the next day. Also, he cracked the toilet flange on our downstairs toilet. Went upstairs and removed our toilet, snaked in the wrong direction and it went on our roof and backyard. Then tried to put the toilet back on a clearly compromised wax ring, without saying anything. I spoke up and he charged us $100 for a cheap $2 ring. Left a huge mess in our bathroom with wax, mud, grass all over the floor. We had another plumber out 2 days later and they used the clean out under the utility sink (duh!). Got the clog out in 10 minutes and actually checked the main sewer line to see it was flowing. Don’t offer 24 hour service if you’re going to rush through every job.

Rick and his entire team were phenomenal! After doing a sewer scope and realizing we had some major repairs to do to our sewage system, Rick was available to talk through the inspection report and come up with a plan of action over the phone. Once he and his team were on site it was clear that Rick was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. He did multiple walk arounds of the property to get a sense of possible solutions for where our new pipes should go and all along the way he explained his thought process and kept me in the loop. Once they began digging and laying in new pipes they were quick and efficient and again very careful with how they went about doing this major repair. I am truly so impressed with Rick and his whole crew. Drain Detectives has been incredible and followed up with me to make sure that everything was completed to my liking and Rick himself came back to the property to make sure that lines were hooked up correctly and that the entire job was totally wrapped up to my satisfaction. I cannot recommend Drain Detectives enough. They have earned their name and are super helpful and get the job done right!

I highly recommend A&E Anytime. They were on site in less than 2 hours after I called. They had to cable out root blockage in the line. Steven S. and Isaiah S. did a thorough job, and had the line flowing in no time. Steven was very informative about what they were doing, and options I will need to consider later on. I will definitely be calling them for any future issues.

I called A&E Plumbing on Monday evening (after normal business hours) for clogged drains. Neither of our toilets would flush and the drains were backing up. A&E’s technicians arrived on Tuesday around 2:30 and within 2 hours Our family was happily able to use our toilets, sinks, showers and washing machine! The technicians were professional, courteous and even showed me the entire length of our sewer drain on their camera so I was satisfied that there’s no blockage and our pipes were good to go. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. If you have a plumbing problem, call A&E. Seriously. They’re a company that cares about their customers, which is getting rarer every day.

Toilet backed up on Friday. After calling a couple other plumbers with no answer, I called and they told me 45 minutes. It must not have been even 10 minutes later and they were knocking on my door. They had more work to do than I originally thought, but they were both quick and professional the entire time.

As a small woman who asks a lot of (maybe stupid) questions, expecting honest answers, I highly recommend Nelson Bros. They are always willing to walk me through what exactly is wrong and suggestions for fixes, and they have never once tried to upsell me on something I don't actually need (even when they stood to make 1000s off of me). We've had Rick out several times for drain scoping and cleaning and he's always straight up with me. I was ready to completely replace our sewer line, and he talked me off a $12,000 ledge. Today, Trevor came out to take care of our AC condensate drain line that was absolutely hacked together and leaking. His solution allowed us to have a quick fix to our issue that reuses perfectly fine existing copper drain line from our AC. All in, it cost $400, which I find to be an absolute steal compared to the $1700 another company wanted to charge to run an entirely new line through the ceiling and across the basement to our laundry tub. He left us with a proper solution that's up to code, kindly explained to me that the pipes aren't connected to meet code and to protect the AC in the event of a backup, and he was respectful of our home. He went above and beyond by making sure that our remaining copper line was properly mounted to the wall to avoid it getting knocked off the old brackets again and again (thanks, other local company...), and he left a clean out access on the new drain pipe (which may be necessary to be up to code code, but if it isn't, it is important for us because our real sewer cleanout access is cemented shut and that's all we have to use for sewer scoping and cleaning). Mitch was really great as was his assistant Brendan. The existing sewer tried to be hard to replace but both of them rose to the task and prevailed mightily. They needed to find a clean, strong, piece of pipe to latch the new system onto and ended digging right to the footing of the house to find it. Under very tight quarters, they were able to cut the pipe straight and are set up for another good day tomorrow in order to have my sewer system operational again. A plan is in place and I see them executing it flawlessly. Day 2 arrived, the old pipe was removed as was additional dirt from the trench. They tied onto the piece of solid pipe and reconstructed my sewer system. It's beautiful. We can run water from any of the toilets and sinks, and we can do laundry again. I don't remember the last time a hot shower felt so good!

Years ago I had a major flood in my basement. I went to go to laundry room and stepped into water. I didn't know what to do or where it was coming from. I ended up calling mainline to have a plumber come check things out. David S showed up within the time frame I was given and right away had idea where it was coming from. Failed sump pump! He gave me some options to get the water out of the basement and got to work quickly. Within 1 hour, most of the water was gone and the new pump was working great. David was very patient with me since I had no clue what was going on or how sump pumps even work. David was able to give me other options to help alert me when the pump fails with an alarm and a emergency pump to get me by while I wait for help. Needless to say, i set up that appointment right there on the spot, i didnt want to go through that ever again. Everything has been great since then. So when I woke up recently to no water coming out of my kitchen faucet, I didn't hesitate to call Mainline and ask if David could come out. 1.5 hours after I called, I can happily say I have water again for a very reasonable price. David treated my home like it was his own making sure to clean up his work area, is very knowledgeable, patient, and it's obvious he takes great pride in his work. We have been happy customers of Mainline Plumbing for many years. They have done jobs of every type here, the sewer line out to the road, sump pumps, discharge sewer pump, water heater, drain cleaning, bath fixture repair, I can’t even remember them all. Each and every job has been top quality. Every employee has been very kind to us. Harold worked for a long time on my bathtub fixture issues recently. He’s very kind and never rushes me with all my questions. David has done remarkable work with our sump pumps. Unfortunately, we have a lot of ground water and sump pumps are something we must keep up with. He does careful work and checks to see everything is working properly before he leaves. I’m so happy with how much information he always gives me and advice about what to do in the future. I would recommend Mainline to anyone. It’s wonderful to know that we have people we can trust when we need them

Highly recommend Mainline plumbing! We had David and Jamie out today and they had to put in a new sump pump. Both are highly knowledgeable and professional. Northwest Drain Station is awesome. They fix the issue the first time. They don’t nickel and dime you. Randy is wonderful. He takes the time to let you know what he’s doing. And never ever talks down to you. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Great service from Northwest Drain Station today. The technician, Dawson, was thorough in diagnosing the cause of the smell in my basement and resolving it! He explained everything to me in detail, and also gave me recommendations on what I should consider doing in the near future with my old, cast iron sewer drain. I will definitely give them a call when I’m ready to get those things taken care of.

NORTHWEST DRAIN STATION absolutely delivered when we needed them most. Our drains started backing up the night before Thanksgiving, and we were staring down a holiday disaster. John showed up after hours, late at night, and still offered a fair, reasonable rate. He worked quickly, cleaned everything thoroughly, and made sure every part of the system was running perfectly before he left. Dwayne and Jonathan did a great job! Had a back up / blockage of the drain going to the septic field. They diagnosed it and used their camera to solve the problem the same day I called! Super friendly, quick, and clean! Highly recommend!

Needed a water heater replaced. Jennifer was very patient and helpful, and worked on their schedule to get me in the next day. Tony and Owen were very clean, efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. Overall no issues and very happy with the price and experience. They did some previous work for us that was also top notch.

Over the years, they’ve done a variety of projects for us. Every plumber who came to our house was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, timely and did a quality job. Questions were always answered in an understandable way. It is also notable that they kept us informed of who was assigned to our work, when they would arrive, and if any changes to the schedule and/or work was required. We appreciated this communication.

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.
