Carter's was able to get a technician out the same afternoon that we called with a drain clog in our main septic drain line. Steve quickly evaluated and corrected the immediate issue, provided followup recommendations, and was overall knowledgeable and helpful with both the primary concern and about our general home systems. We recently purchased our home so he offered advice on other areas to have checked out and resources to help us. Overall the service was quick, clean, professional, and well priced. I was especially glad he was able to resolve our problem the same day with the tools he had on hand. We'll definitely contact Carter's again in the future if we have any issues.

Josh was amazing and very knowledgeable about his craft. The job was done very Professional and in a timely manner. He was also very friendly and kind and patient and answered all of my questions it made me feel good about completing the job correctly. I also wanted to note That the service was done on a Saturday so it was a little bit more expensive but so worth it!

Called to request residential service on partially plug sewer line at 8:30 AM, spoke to Jessica, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Said she could have someone out between 9 AM and 11 AM today Friday, December 12 to clean drain in video the drain line. Received a call at 9:43 AM from plumber saying that he was just leaving the shop and should be here In 10 minutes. Both Cory and Craig were professional, Offered explanations and answered my questions. I would definitely call them back for further work. Ran 150 feet of camera line to the city sanitary from the point of entry in the house. Inspection revealed several areas which may need attention in the future, Hydro jetting completed at the same time sanitary sewer line is now patent and unobstructed Video of camera work to be sent to my email perJessica. Gold star plumbing & cleaning totally saved the day when our kitchen sink backed up. their plumber arrived on time, essessed the clog carefully, then worked efficiently to clear everything out. They explained what caused the blockage and gave tips on how to avoid it in the future. great workmanship and very professional will call them again

As a small woman who asks a lot of (maybe stupid) questions, expecting honest answers, I highly recommend Nelson Bros. They are always willing to walk me through what exactly is wrong and suggestions for fixes, and they have never once tried to upsell me on something I don't actually need (even when they stood to make 1000s off of me). We've had Rick out several times for drain scoping and cleaning and he's always straight up with me. I was ready to completely replace our sewer line, and he talked me off a $12,000 ledge. Today, Trevor came out to take care of our AC condensate drain line that was absolutely hacked together and leaking. His solution allowed us to have a quick fix to our issue that reuses perfectly fine existing copper drain line from our AC. All in, it cost $400, which I find to be an absolute steal compared to the $1700 another company wanted to charge to run an entirely new line through the ceiling and across the basement to our laundry tub. He left us with a proper solution that's up to code, kindly explained to me that the pipes aren't connected to meet code and to protect the AC in the event of a backup, and he was respectful of our home. He went above and beyond by making sure that our remaining copper line was properly mounted to the wall to avoid it getting knocked off the old brackets again and again (thanks, other local company...), and he left a clean out access on the new drain pipe (which may be necessary to be up to code code, but if it isn't, it is important for us because our real sewer cleanout access is cemented shut and that's all we have to use for sewer scoping and cleaning). Mitch was really great as was his assistant Brendan. The existing sewer tried to be hard to replace but both of them rose to the task and prevailed mightily. They needed to find a clean, strong, piece of pipe to latch the new system onto and ended digging right to the footing of the house to find it. Under very tight quarters, they were able to cut the pipe straight and are set up for another good day tomorrow in order to have my sewer system operational again. A plan is in place and I see them executing it flawlessly. Day 2 arrived, the old pipe was removed as was additional dirt from the trench. They tied onto the piece of solid pipe and reconstructed my sewer system. It's beautiful. We can run water from any of the toilets and sinks, and we can do laundry again. I don't remember the last time a hot shower felt so good!

Needed a water heater replaced. Jennifer was very patient and helpful, and worked on their schedule to get me in the next day. Tony and Owen were very clean, efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. Overall no issues and very happy with the price and experience. They did some previous work for us that was also top notch.

Having service professionals who you can trust and feel good about with helping you maintain your home is easier said than done these days. Thankfully, we discovered Putman & Sons Plumbing a number of years ago in an emergency situation and feel confident that any future plumbing needs we have will be well taken care of by this wonderful company. Over the years, they’ve done a variety of projects for us. Every plumber who came to our house was professional, polite, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, timely and did a quality job. Questions were always answered in an understandable way. It is also notable that they kept us informed of who was assigned to our work, when they would arrive, and if any changes to the schedule and/or work was required. We appreciated this communication.

I am giving this place 5 stars based on the fact that i called on a Sunday afternoon with a major backup they were there in 2 hours to get me back to flow. The details of what happened after that aren’t perfect, but I won’t discredit a company based on one bad apple. Nate, Lee, Dan, Craig were all great and very helpful. For my specific job the guy running the show was Travis, he was awful and I hope you ask for someone else if you can request anyone else but Travis you will be happy. I can nit pick pricing it might not be the cheapest place but the work they eventually did do was correct and Jessica in the office was great to deal with sending Craig back to my house to fix all of Travis mistakes for no charge. This is how Travis left my toilet after re mounting it himself this was his work. Craig came back and took care of business, my 9 month pregnant wife and me are very appreciative of that. Give this company a chance in any emergency situation, they were prompt and had all tools required to get rid of my backup right on the truck and cleaned out a major blockage after eventually gaining access to it. I will attach photos of the corrected toilet later today and edit this post. Honoring mistakes goes a long way! I added a photo of the corrected toilet done by Craig. It looks great.

Travis and Nate came out to do our drain cleaning and they were awesome. Super friendly, easy to talk to, and just all-around good guys. They showed up on time, got right to work, and had everything cleared up quicker than I expected. The price was very reasonable too, which was a huge plus. The H20 crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken pipe in my basement and clearing out a clogged pipe going to my sump pump. Having never gone through this issue before, they really helped out explaining how the whole process works and what needed to be done. Excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling, which is important with kids and work. I highly recommend reaching out to them with any plumbing issues! I know I will again if needed!

These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! Jacob is a another awesome true dedicated hard worker just be ware ladies when working he may remove his shirt. Great service from Northwest Drain Station today. The technician, Dawson, was thorough in diagnosing the cause of the smell in my basement and resolving it! He explained everything to me in detail, and also gave me recommendations on what I should consider doing in the near future with my old, cast iron sewer drain. I will definitely give them a call when I’m ready to get those things taken care of.

NORTHWEST DRAIN STATION absolutely delivered when we needed them most. Our drains started backing up the night before Thanksgiving, and we were staring down a holiday disaster. I am very satisfied and impressed with the work Universal Plumbing completed for me over the past week. Their quote for replacing a drain line beneath the concrete in my basement was provided quickly and was more competitive than others I received. They began the tear‑out the next morning and had my plumbing functioning again by noon the following day. The inspection and concrete restoration was accomplished efficiently in the days that followed, and the final result looks neat and professional.

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care.
