Very prompt & efficient customer service & scheduling. Luckily able to have same day service. Technician communicated appt time; Pleasant & professional, he assessed problem & explained plan. Repair required additional problem solving, but was completed, checked & re-checked to assure our system was working again. We would definitely reach out to West MI Septic & City Sewer again.

We have had water drainage issues for quite awhile. I called several places to ask specifically about a camera for the main line and this company was recommended by 3 different plumbing company's. I've got to tell you, they did not disappoint. The technician came out, ran a snake and camera through our system and cleaned out tree roots from our main line. He explained every step really well, gave us our options and did the job. He also had a few recommendations and even though he could have easily up-sold us services that we wanted, he told us we didn't need them, which saved us some money. I feel he did a great job, everything is working and draining perfectly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing issues.

Ryan George came out yesterday to clear a drain for us. He did a great job being aware of reducing costs to accomplish the task. They offered an appointment between 2 and 2:30 in the afternoon on Dec 23. I have never had a plumber who gave that short of an arrival time, text me when they are on their way, and arrive 2 minutes early! After the job was complete, they cleaned the area to look like the issue never happened! We normally tip when people come out and especially when they do such a great job. I forgot! Please look for a card for Ryan sent to the Muskegon office. Amazing job!

Terrible person couldn't find a clogged drain in a kitchen sink tried to get me to pay more for something I didn't need. Drove by this address and kids are outside giving me the finger. What a great greeting.not good.

Quick response, willing to explain and work well with questions and guidance, all while being very friendly. Very clean and respectful of my home. Listen to what I thought the issue was, even though I was wrong about how long the pipes were, he waited until the equipment he had on order ordered to come in before coming out and able to fix the clogged sink quickly! Would definitely recommend to my family and neighbors. And what matters most, it was reasonably priced.

The guys from Bulldog Sewer & Drain came to our home to clean our sewer line (it gets tons of roots at the joints which cause issues if left unaddressed). We went with their top jetting/clearing package and they told us we shouldn’t need it done again for about 2 years! They used a camera to inspect and guide the job as well, which gives me peace of mind knowing every part was taken care of. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient - we will definitely call them again in the future!

Over the last week we had quite the situation with our septic tank pump that was put in in 2019, from another company. Dan helped us after hours on the phone over the holiday weekend to figure out what was going on, then came out and removed that broken pump. He worked with us in person and over the phone on getting things done the right way, all while listening and understanding our questions, concerns and tight budget. He was incredibly patient with us and very honest and friendly. We really liked how thorough he was, explaining our system and how to maintain it going forward. Highly recommend! Our daughter bought an older home in Muskegon. We chose Lascko due to location and reputation. After an initial service call and furnace inspection we ended up needing unexpected and extensive HVAC, plumbing, and drain work. Through this time, Lascko has been amazing! They have been extremely responsive, sympathetic, understanding, accommodating, and professional. The sales/estimators have provided numerous options and quotes and have explained everything thoroughly. They are concerned that we get the best solutions at reasonable prices. The people that have come out to the house have been great - personable, professional, experienced, clean, friendly, and fun to talk with while here. Much of the work is already done, and the rest will be done next week, and my daughter will be able to move in on time as scheduled! Special shout-out to all the wonderful staff we’ve met or talked to: Jamie, Kaitlin, Nick x 2, Brian, Edgar, Daniel, Vincenzo, Henry, Joe, Tony and a few others I don’t recall names plus the crew that will be out next week. (Apologies for mis-spelled names). Edit: drain crew (Nick, Austin, Zack, Seth, Corey) were great and also found other problems while digging and replacing drain line from house to street. They were able to get in touch with the city and with more crew members to come out immediately and propose/resolve these issues too. Thanks to Lascko, by the end of today my daughter will have all concerns addressed, new services, and peace of mind for several years. We are committed to Lascko for life, or as long as our family has presence in Muskegon.

I’ve used Lasko for both my heating and cooling system, and most recently for a major plumbing project that included replacing all my plumbing, my water heater, installing awater softener, and reverse osmosis system. This last job was massive. From start to finish, I was kept informed and treated with kindness and respect. I truly can’t express how appreciative I am of the service I received. Awesome service ! My septic was extremely full and had back up problems in the toilet and shower on a Saturday. I was able to be taken care of in a timely manner. The office staff was very helpful when I called to set up the appointment. The guys who did the work called ahead to let me know when they would arrive. They were very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Not only did they pump out my septic tank, but they answered all of my questions about how the septic system works and how I can take good care of my system. Thank you!

Aaron was our technician and I’ve never had better service! He was honest, transparent, and helped us feel at peace. After being fear mongered by another plumbing company he saved us from making a huge financial burden that wasn’t even needed. After today I cancelled my membership with the other plumbing company and we’ll always go to Mr. Rooter from now on. And will always request for Aaron if he’s available. Though I have feeling that every technician is respectful and honest.

Mr. Rooter brought peace and confidence to potentially disastrous situations (frozen plumbing). Aaron was great, he helped defrost what was still frozen and tested every fixture and every appliance using water. Very thorough, very professional and very affordable. Thank you!

Where do I begin, with the great service or how pleased I was with the finished product!!! Greg and Ben did an awesome job from beginning to end. They came in and fixed someone else’s mess and gave me a competitive price as well!!! They were on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Do yourself a favor and just call Mr Rooter for your plumbing needs…Im sure glad we did.

Very responsive, affordable and great quality work. I moved 9 hours away when I had a septic problem selling my house. Bulldog could have totally lied and told me anything because I wasn't there. Instead they fixed the problem and it passed another 3rd party inspection. This company has integrity and I can't say how great they are. Thank you again for the great quality work.

I would absolutely recommend! I called at 8:00am on a Friday (frantically, I may add, when my sewer was beginning to back up)- and they were here by 10:00am. They showed me my problem (camera inspection!), fixed it , and gave helpful follow-up advice. Dan stuck with his (very reasonable) quote despite the fact that the job was more involved than originally thought. Very honest, knowledgeable, and hard-working guys!

Dan did a great job. Was on time to my home and was very efficient in diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Had some good options about future plumbing repairs in dealing with older drain lines. This is the second project concerning plumbing and sewer concerns. I would highly recommend him.

My generac generator showed an oil low pressure code. Brent from Vedevoogd came out promptly. Diagnosed the issue and fixed it, no problem. He also told me about their monthly service payment plan which is very reasonable. I went ahead and signed up. I'm extremely happy I called and tried Vredevoogd.

Andrew was exceptionally professional. He resolved my furnace issue while offering his expertise on future concerns with my 25-year-old furnace. It's nice to have found a company with such high standards and professional technicians. I have also used them in the past when replacing an air conditioning unit. I have had individuals tell me they are high-priced. Through my experience, for the possible additional cost, you're getting the best! Thank you.

Had a radiator pipe break in my master bedroom. Called Vredevoogd emergency number and they came out about 3 hrs later. They sent Brent out who was fantastic fixed the problem along with a bad valve I had in my basement. Didn't feel pressured to purchase anything and gave me some good advice going forward as I want to keep upgrading my home. Highly recommend and hopefully you get Brent!
