Expert Drain Cleaning in Meridian, MI

Came in to assist on a clogged drain. Was quick friendly and was able to clear our pipes get water flowing. He walked me through what he found on the camera and educated me further on my pipes and things to know for the future. Absolutely amazing company and will hire year after year for my pipes. Trust these people!

I called Tom on a Saturday and he was able to come out on Monday to look at the drain. Tom showed up early for the appointment. He was very thorough and doubled checked his work to make sure everything was working properly be he left. He was very organized, clean, friendly, and polite. I would call him again if I have a problem. I would also recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing service. His pricing is fair and reasonable.

Great customer service! When my husband was sick, and we had to reschedule, the owner or manager wished us well in his recovery!!! What business does that? Totally top of the line. The service men “Nez” I think his name was with the curly hair (sorry if I forgot) and his partner, totally professional! Knows the job very well and educated is on what to do moving forward to properly care for our drains! Prices were affordable & great! No complaints here! I do think that there could be a network of affiliates they recommend, as I need other work done, like plumbing-hot water heater. But I thank everyone for their professionalism, hard work and dedication!!! My house would not run without them. As this is my second time using their service. I’m sure they will be back 🤗

The boys did amazing work! My drains were backed up all weekend and of course when they came this morning they were draining. However they still did the job and now I know with peace of mind the pipes shouldn’t backup again. They were very friendly and made the process feel easy. I appreciate their help and knowledge and I even got to talk a little Anime with them 🥰. I will definitely call them again if I need more help!

Really impressed with Michigan Plumbing. They were very responsive and helpful with a clog and root issue in our main sewer line. The quote from Sandy was accurate, and he wasn't pushy. He took the time to help us understand the situation and our options with that issue and other plumbing concerns we plan to address in the future. We initially had to reschedule the service due to illness, and then the issue later became urgent and we could no longer run water. We needed someone the same day, and they were incredibly accommodating. Joshua came out shortly after our call and resolved the issue quickly and thoroughly. He explained everything clearly and was great to work with. We highly recommend Michigan Plumbing and will absolutely use them again.

Max was wonderful and helped us out so much! Not only did He replaced both valves under our kitchen sink (we had a bad leak), he cut down the copper feeds to make them easier to reach. Additionally, he installed a new faucet for us that I was trying to put in when all of this came to light. Highly recommend and would definitely work with him again.

I'd give this company 10 stars if I could. I'd refer them over and over. Don't waste your time with another company. Whoever put or filtration system in obviously had no clue what they were doing. Bruce came and went above and beyond getting me all fixed up.

One grateful customer today. From the initial contact with Ashley to the craftmanship by Christian and Kyle, Thank you for your dedication to a job well done. My hot water heater was showing signs of a needed replacement. Everyone at American Plumbing made it occur within days. Aaron responded to my early morning email about the job hours before it was scheduled to start. I so appreciate their responsiveness and thoroughness. In the recent past, a sizeable team of professionals from American Plumbing helped to update aging infrastructure at my home with replacement of a water line. The next year, they helped replace the sewer/sanitary line. They even did a subsequent jet clean job for my old drains. Thank you, American Plumbing, for loving what you do. It shows in your pride of work. I also love that my new hot water heater was manufactured in Michigan. What an excellent way to help our communities here in Michigan.

I had a plumbing emergency this weekend and American plumbing came out quickly and sent a wonderful plumber to take care of everything. Kyle did a great job was very professional and very personable. I would highly recommend American Plumbing! They’re great!

Charged $537 to unthaw pipes. $300 service call for a Saturday (long distance from Lansing to Ionia). Honestly not quite that far. $50 for after hours call. $187 to unthaw the pipes. Still had no water when the guy left. Told us he does nothing with wells and basically good luck. Had a small business man come out today on a Sunday (no extra service call charges). Figured out our pipes were still froze and possibly never unthawed at all with all the ice chunks that were on them the guy said. Also had a bad well control panel and switch. Would not recommend this company at all! Price gouged us to death. Dishonest people. The world is hard enough right now and to have dishonest people like this is sickening!

I have had a backyard drainage problem for a few years. The township and county drain commission have not really offered advice or help. These guys came out twice, did a thorough evaluation and offered multiple ways to address the problem, some of which I can address on my own. All for no cost. Very respectful, answered all my questions (and I had alot). Wow. Would recommend that in a second

Another great job by Service pro Lansing team, who fixed my leaking kitchen sink, bathroom valves and another cooper access point. Tyler my tech was amazing, fast, found a budget friendly solution and completed the job no leaks. Highly recommend him for friendly, quality job done right!

Chris and the team were amazing. From the time I made the appointment they followed up, provided text and a call to confirm service, and provided up to date status of arrival. I loved the intro video as well. Chris was great. He explained everything needed for me and gave me guidance on preserving my system. I look forward to using them again (when there’s an issue with my heating system)!

We are very pleased with our a/c installation and other HVAC upgrades. When our 40 year old a/c (finally) took its last breath right before a heat advisory weekend too, Blake stopped by that evening to walk us through all the various upgrades available, financing options, and provided insight and suggestions specific to our living space. Two days later they had a team out with a completely new system with installation done before dinner! Jason and his crew did a fantastic job! While it’s customary for a client walk through with new products, Jason provided very thorough explanations and provided info on all features (when, where, how) and threw in some tips for improved performance and longevity. We’re grateful to have found such a reliable team and plan to stick with them as our sole home/HVAC servicer!

Had them come out to my home and check out my broken disposal. They offered a new one with a 7 year warranty. It’s been working great. They were friendly, professional, and straightforward. Will definitely call them next time for my plumbing needs!

Called Saturday 1/24 on their emergency line for a frozen rental property. They called back & assured us that we were added to their schedule for Sunday, 1/25. They didn’t show Sunday, absolutely 0 communication. Will not be adding them to our vendor list for our portfolio. Very unprofessional -

They came out to look at basement flooding due to heavy rain. They were able to get us an appointment, and quickly diagnose the problem and get it resolved quickly. Very courteous and explained how the issue occurred and ways to prevent it in the future. Would 100% use again for any plumbing needs.

Tyler and his crew are absolutely amazing professional and timely every step of the process I have used them on four projects now and every single time they have had to deal with problems work through them but only bring them up as if it’s no big deal they take care of everythingin a very clean professional manner. I am so grateful for finding this company. They came and set up. I saw this water, filtration system, tankless hot water heater, and a cold and hot water hook up for the exterior of my home for my dogs. These guys are top-notch.

10 out of 10 recommend these gentlemen! Tyler and his partner came in and re-plumber majority of my 150 year-old home. These gentlemen were so respectful of my home. I believe they left it cleaner than it was when they arrived! They installed a water softener as well as a water filtration system. They installed two new toilets. They did some repairs on my water main which required them to dig out 5+ ft of dirt in my freshly landscaped mulch beds. They restored all of my landscaping to be exactly how it was when they started. They came in with a quote that was much more reasonable than anything else anyone had quoted! Not only that, they were so honest that they actually LOST money from the original quote! Not because they did a single thing wrong! The exact opposite! They found that some of the original items quoted were not needing quite as extensive repairs. Instead of continuing on and just simply doing the repairs, Tyler was honest and let the choice be mine. Because of this I would re-hire them for any plumbing needs I have on the future. I would also highly recommend them to anyone! They were amazing, knowledgeable and kind. I left them alone in my home to attend appointments and had 0 concern. 100% call them is you need plumbing help!!! They are wonderful!!!
