Robert and his brother came out to do a sewer inspection for a house in southgate Michigan. Very through and did an excellent job explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it. They even checked some other things out for me in the plumbing around the house and gave me 5 star advice. I recommend these guys to absolutely everyone and I truly believe they are the top #1. If. We had a sewer line backup caused by tree roots, and this company did an excellent job helping us resolve the issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed hydro jetting, and excavated and replaced the damaged clay pipe with PVC. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less stressful. What really stood out was that they came back afterward to make sure everything was flowing properly. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I truly appreciate their honesty and the quality of their service. Thank you again for doing such a great job. On initial visit for drain backup symptoms, Andrew worked hard to investigate and triage, exposing a deteriorating connection in addition to the backup. Clearly explained options. In follow up service (after septic tank vacuuming), Anthony and Jordan provided exceptional professional experience, resolving all issues with the least invasive measures necessary and taking great care to protect my property as they worked through a cleanout in family room. They thoroughly answered all of my questions, reviewed camera footage with me, and provided clear recommendations for future service. Everyone I’ve talked with at ED&P has been pleasant and clear, including a manager. Pricing seems very reasonable, and services rendered match the needs rather than maximizing profit.

Fry and Jordan came out to hydro-jet our main sewer line, and they were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the insight and advice they provided, explaining everything in terms that were easy to understand. Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.

Nate and Meca Drains have been to our house a few times over the past month for a variety of issues. They have been quick to respond each time. They have been personable and informative about every issue, and transparent about the process. They are first on our list of plumbers to reach out to!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Mat and this company. I will recommend them to everyone. He explained the issues in a calm manner and the next steps we had to have the septic tank drained once that was complete they came out and to recheck and determined it was a separate septic field issue. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Mat and Carters plumbing.

5 stars to Carter’s! Our rep Dante was professional and knowledgeable about the situation we had with our toilet. Dante took the time to listen to what we had to say, let us know what he needed to do, and did a great job with explaining every step of the diagnosis and repairs needed. Dante was kind and did really well with all of our animals too- specially with one of the cats who joined Dante as an apprentice to help make sure the job was done to completion. 😁

Jordan and Matt were great. They arrived on time, accessed my issue explained what needed to be completed and did a great job fixing and replacing my kitchen drain line. This is the 2nd time I have used Best Plumbing, I highly recommend them!

Jordan and Jacob were very professional and did a great job replacing my main floor shower valve that was inside the drywall. They also added inline shut off valves for hot and cold water supply since the house was built with no way to turn off the water to the main floor shower. Very satisfied, highly recommend for all your pluming needs. They will be my first call if I have any other projects in the future!

Thank you to Joel and Sheldon for their excellent work replacing our hot water heater. They explained what was needed and were very quick to call us back. We are very grateful that they came on a Saturday to help us out when we had no hot water. Also a great price! Highly recommend their work.

I appreciate the fact that he was able to come same day, and fairly quickly (Within an hour and a half) but I was shocked that he charged me $250 just for a storm drain snake out. I've never been charged that much. He didnt sanitize it, change any pipes or even have to do any major work. They just wanted a quick dollar because I was in an emergency situation. And its crazy because I had at least 20 other people to refer to him, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

Great Service, explained what needed to be done to correct the problem. Arrived on time and was able to complete the job within a few hours. Was able to address additional issues that presented on the spot. I will be contacting them for any plumbing issues that I may have in the future.

Cant say enough about Right Way Plumbing as they surely didn't disappoint! Made an appointment on Mon. for Tuesday. Got confirmation text and email . Then got a courtesy call from E'bony 30 minutes prior to arrival. After only 8 minutes my problem was diagnosed, quoted a price, and finished in less than 25 minutes! Will definitely use Right Way in the future and definitely recommend them to others as well!

I've used Clarke's Plumbing before and once again, Sean was amazing! I had a pipe leading to my sump pump completely break but I wasn't going to be home until 9pm (Friday). I figured he'd tell me they'd come out on Monday but he said he'd be there after I got home! He was friendly, respectful, explained everything to me so I understood and was fast. Kermit came over for our sprinkler pipe valve replacement. He was exceptional in his knowledge and expertise. Very professional and polite! He took care of the task in limited time and did a brilliant job. I just wish the price was lower, which, I understand, is not in an employees hands. Highly recommend Paradigm and Jesse! Had a backup in our basement that led to water all over and they were able to get Jesse out quickly that same afternoon (in a snow storm no less!). He quickly identified our issue and explained to us what happened and how to prevent the issue in the future. Paradigm responded quickly and Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed two issues- bad shutoff valves and faucet. He had everything wrapped up in a little more than an hour, including a quick trip to the plumbing supply store for parts. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
