I've used Mr. Rooter twice so far, and both experiences have been great! Most recently Jeremy serviced my rental property when the main line got clogged up. His communication was amazing, and he was very detailed in explaining the issue. I also appreciate him answering my questions. He had the line cleared up in a timely manner and he double checked to make sure everything worked. The price was pretty much what I expected. I'd absolutely recommend this company!

Jeremy came out on two occasions to fix drain line issues for our new house. From start to finish he was professional, kind, engaging and thorough. This company and it's employees are just wonderful. Victor and Jeremy and their co worker did an amazing job on a ton of plumbing work we needed done at our new home. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, kind, curtious and conscientious. Even my dog loved them! Great, reasonable rates, easy to work with, and they offer all kinds of services. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Drain Monkey is a trustworthy plumber. It’s a family company that is very transparent on pricing. Very efficient and honest. As a bonus, the owner and his son are very personable and easy to talk to. He put me at ease immediately. I love to learn about how the issue can be avoided in the future and it was explained that our builder grade basement toilet has an area that easily causes backups and showed me the area so I could see myself. He didn't suggest a new toilet but I asked for a suggestion and he gave me 2 recommendations and explained why he suggested them. He didn’t try to upsell, it was my questioning. Plan on replacing toilet when we can and will definitely hire them for the install bc we know it will be done correctly by them.

Keegan showed up in the midst of a snow storm and took care of our problem skillfully, explaining every step. He had our best interest as his top priority the minute he stepped in the door. I had kitchen drain issues that had been a problem for quite awhile. I called the Drain Monkeys company and they came out the same day to fix the issue. Keegan was very kind, and knowledgeable of the issue and took the time to explain to me what was causing my issue and what he would be doing to fix it. He also, took time after to provide me helpful hints that would aide in preventing the drain from clogging again. I very much recommend them. I believe I was initially talking with the owner of the company and I was very pleased with his patience of listening to my concerns and worries because I had some reservations about plumbers and costly repairs. Would 100% call them first if ever needed again.

It was an okay experience, they did the work and did it pretty fast, but they ended up using my household items for stuff like cleaning up drain water, they also used my cooking pot to hold drain water while they ran to grab things from van or supply house, they used an entire roll of MY paper towel, and also ended up using my hand rags to clean drain water. Again they did the work, and it was fast , but they ended up using my household items when they should’ve been more prepared and brought their own, especially when I spent 400 dollars for 2 drains to be cleaned. They also put the pot back in the dish rack to act like nothing happened and they didn’t use it but it was still dirty from drain water. My girl took this pic before they put it back. Unprofessional in my opinion.

Was able to come in same day to unclog my kitchen that had been backlogging. Work was done quickly and professionally and the tech cleaned up afterwards--even the residue that had been left in my sink from sitting water! Afterwards the tech explained to me how the clog had occurred (cast iron pipe) and how to prevent it for a while.

I do most all my own mechanical work so I don’t normally have to call in a professional. However, a water heater replacement exceeded the tools and time at my disposal. I called around and landed on Roto Rooter/Zimmerman plumbing for their abundant kindness and willingness to answer my many questions. I cannot say enough good things about Spencer and Rob, the guys who came to install the new heater. They introduced themselves with a handshake and were incredibly kind, professional, and respectful of our home. Their work was a synergy of skill, diligence, and efficiency. This dreadful project of mine turned out to be an enjoyable and meaningful interaction with some of the best men you will find in the service business. Easy online scheduling. Put a request in after hours got a call back first thing in the morning for same day appointment. Transparent with pricing and no hidden fees. Work was done well and in timely fashion. Straight forward job for a clogged kitchen sink. Did not try to upsell me on another disposal system. Very clean and kept workspace tidy. We will definitely use again for our plumbing needs. Very highly recommend.

I requested my repair online at his website and received a call that day. I was able to get an appointment to meet my schedule which I appreciated. Brian arrived very promptly and was super polite. I really appreciated him wearing booties while he was in the house! He was very clear on my options allowing me to pick what worked best for my budget. He completed the work quickly and made sure to go over the bill and repair to make sure I was clear on what was done. I would not hesitate to call Brian again next time I need a plumber.

We had sewer backing up in our downstairs bathroom, I called these guys at 615 pm and a tech was there in less than an hour. He had the stopage opened up in no time. Highly recommended, very friendly and easy to work with. Even with the after hour charge it was still very reasonable. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I will be calling them again.****Edit***** I retract my 5 star and giving a 2 star now. After the initial visit it was working fine, however 1 week later the exact same thing happened so I called them back. The tech apologized and took all the blame saying he was supposed to camera it when he was done to make sure everything was OK. However after they came out again and DID camera like they were supposed to they discovered a second tank. So first time out they just pushed a hole in my tank giving it enough room to drain for a week. In my opinion the $200 service call should have been waived which the bill was 360. I have no problem paying for the time out here but I honestly feel they tried to get one over on me.. I contacted dispatch and discussed this with him and he agreed to give me my 200 back.. its been almost 10 days and I've yet to see my refund. Lots of reputable companies out there.. I'd reccommend trying somewhere else. Only reason for the 2 star and not 1 star is the tech was super nice and admitted his mistake.

We had an excellent experience with Portage plumbing. We got three quotes for a bigger job we needed and this company saved me a significant amount of money with a fair quote and did quality work. The plumber was professional yet personable and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. I had a very old large concrete utility sink in the basement that my washer and water system drain into that could no longer hold water. He removed the old sink, installed a new one, and installed new pipes underneath. He cleaned up everything well and checked his work carefully for no leaks. Thank you Patrick! I am pleased with everything and will certainly use this company in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! Mason and Luke arrived on time, were polite and knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and explained the problem and the repair process. Great company, honest and professional. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Update: Jason was back out today. He almost immediately said it was not the same as he left it. It had already sank a few inches by the time the office finally scheduled someone back out. After discussing it a few minutes it came to light that the sales guy I spoke with the day before was adamant about the placement, causing it to be installed on the frozen mud. Jason assured me they would come back out to level it with pea gravel in the spring when things had thawed. As difficult as the office was, the technicians were outstanding. We had Billy and Jason out to install an additional electrical panel, a new furnace, and an ac unit. They were leaving just as I got home so I didn't speak with either. We were mostly satisfied with our service. The furnace is running great, or house doesn't seem to have a many cold or hot spots, and it's much quieter than our old system. Then we went outside to were the ac unit was installed. They put it on a pile of dirt that was remnants of our fence being installed. I tried calling the company in good faith , was told the project manager would be in touch that day out the next, and here we are 3 days later without a word from them. Now that the snow is starting to melt you can really see how poorly it was done. The pad doesn't even touch the ground completely. And to make matters worse, after paying $23k already we will probably have to shell out more to get the unit moved.

Joseph came to our house and was extremely pleasant. Fixed the problem and then went at it one more time after clearing just to make sure it was perfect!. Truly enjoyed working with him he's a great communicator and made the project fun. My wife actually came and just to see why we're having such a good time had picture taken with her new friend. I was also surprised at the price the 19.95 special's the real deal I was quoted over $200 from another provider for just the first hour! We are very happy with the result!

The group of guys came out today to install a generac generator. Very polite, professional and knowledgeable! Everything works and looks great! I would recommend this company and especially the group of guys that did the work! I'll be calling if I am ever in need of anything else in the future!!

Isiah came out on a call to help replace some connectors on my water pipes that had an active leak. He helped walk through the work that would need to be done to address the issue and was very professional the entire time. Even when wrapping up the work, he showed pictures of what was done and made sure our needs were met before departing. For an unfortunate situation, it was a great experience. Would recommend!
