Expert Drain Cleaning in Holland, MI

Mr. Rooter fixed my kitchen sink drain 6 months ago. It's still working great. Wish I called them sooner.

Called late on a Saturday and I was able to talk to an actual person. Brandon was able to still squeeze me in and came out to fix my sewer problem right away. He even went over some different options with my wife and I. When we need more work done we will definitely call Mr Rooter every time

I had a clogged kitchen pipe and they visited me late at night to help. Although we had to cancel the contract because the landlord didn’t agree to the repair, the company was kind enough to refund the entire cancellation fee. I was very impressed with their professional service and integrity. Highly recommend

They were my 3rd call on plumbers. I had an issue with sewerline back up. I called to see who would help needless to say I was about to get ripped off my a company that charges 99$. I called great lakes because I felt something was wrong. Nick came out to give me a free quote on the sewerline. We didn't know what it really needed and I wanted to make sure. Nick put me at ease on my situation. He fully looked through their own camera. He was very knowledgeable..and Was surprised ..so was I with our ending out come. I'm glad I didn't go with the other companies. Great lakes plumbing is affordable and they a honest. I am glad to get jetting done with them..and any further needs. Thank you. For being honest.

They were very responsive and helpful when our tankless water heater stopped working. The tech, Alex, was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the tankless working temporarily while parts were en route and then took less time to fix it than originally planned. I would definitely call them again for service.

We were able to ge an appointment within a few days of calling. Our technician, Steve V, kind and knowledge. He was great in answering all of our questions. He gave us options for repairing our unit or new installation and felt absolutely no pressure whatever decision we made. I would highly recommend Vredevoogd and look forward to using them in the future.

Steve was great. He helped diagnose and explain why we needed to replace our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained things with great detail. I asked a lot of questions and he was happy to assist. He offered a couple space heaters for us while we wait for them to return and replace the furnace.

Once again, Vredevoogd got to us on the same day for our heating issue. Colton explained things thoroughly and didn't charge more than just our membership price (worth every penny) for the house call and the time he spent troubleshooting. They are always pleasant, prompt, and fair.

We’ve had to call Bob two times for emergency services regarding our downstairs pump. He was prompt both times and fixed the issue (both times right after Christmas!!). He was extremely helpful and FaceTimed attempting to troubleshoot the issue before charging for a service call. I truly appreciate that. I should also add both times were on a weekend and after hours, of course. Each time he provided multiple options for us. Fun story: we never received an invoice for our first service and never once did they hound us for a missed payment/unpaid service. We actually had to call him to be billed. There was a mix-up with the names, but he was thankful and appreciative! Bob’s very personable! I do have to detract a star only because our 2nd experience provided very little answers. Due to the lack of invoice from the first call, we did not have a record of what actually transpired so when we had an identical issue a year later, it was concerning. Both times it appeared that a towel-like object wrapped itself around the pump causing a complete blockage and destroying the pump in the process. When asked how this could happen, we were told that someone would need to flush it down the toilet. While we have a toddler, she was barely a year old the first time it happened. There was absolutely no way she could have flushed something, and the 2nd time she still didn’t know how to operate the toilet (she didn’t know how to work the handle). Me nor my husband are in the business of flushing hand towels and wash cloths.. That said, the 2nd time we did not receive notice of the cause until the pump was taken back to the shop and pictures were sent. The pictures looked identical to the first issue, so we were a little shocked and very confused questioning if there was a potential mixup. Due to the nature of the unexplained towel, it was denied as a warranty issue. Womp womp. Regardless, due to the overall efficiency and willingness to help, the good outweighs the bad and Bob is our go-to emergency plumber!

We’ve hired BT for two jobs now and both times were exceptional- fast, professional, and reasonably priced. Easy to communicate with and everyone we dealt with was incredibly warm and friendly. We won’t use any other plumber!

When my sump pump failed at 1:00 AM, I was in full panic mode—water rising and no emergency plumbers available. Thankfully, Bob answered his phone right away and was at our door within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, got everything under control, and truly saved the day. I'm highly recomendding Essenburg Plumbing of Holland michigan. Hayden showed up on time and worked the whole time he was here . Did a fantastic job on the new frost free outside faucets, and had him relocate them in different areas on front and back of house that made more sense. Also had Hayden also fix a sink drain that had a hole in a 90 degree elbow at the main cast iron sewer drain. I'm very impressed with the service I received and the cost . Last month I had a sump pump quit on me and my parents recommended Essenburg Plumbing. I called and Scott was able to come out right away and put in a new one for me and address an issue I was having with water draining slowly. The issue was resolved and at a very reasonable rate. Exception service, expert knowledge, fair pricing, and best response time. I was really fortunate to have found Bareman when I gave my daughter a new water heater for her new home. The service, price and quality of work was exceptional. Most recently, she had a clogged kitchen drain and was required to go through her home warranty; two plumbers and one week later they still could not solve the problem with water backing up in her kitchen. I called Bareman late on a Friday night, they arrived the very next morning, did not waste unnecessary time snaking the pipe after 30 minutes, used advanced technology to identify the clogged area, cut the PVC drain pipe at the source where they found a build up of concert from the previous owner. They were in and out in 3 hours and all the drains are working perfectly - Thank you Bareman Plumbing!!! You treated my Daughter and Son-In-Law like they were yours!

My water heater was starting to go bad. It was leaking. My cousin Jim works with this company. Within just a few days they replaced my traditional water heater with an on demand one. I love my new water heater! They were even able to move the on demand heater in a spot that gave me more space! Highly recommend!

After getting short notice of a potential power shutdown because of work that the electric company was doing we wanted to get a backup system for our sump pump out in. Bareman Plumbing was, quick to respond and got us on the calendar for install before we were scheduled to lose power. They have done other work for us as well and always have been timely, and you can always trust the job to be done correctly and professionally the first time. Called Van Rhee based on a recommendation and they did not disappoint. I don't know if just called at a lucky time, but they arrived with an hour of my calling and we only had a stopped up kitchen sink drain. They worked quickly and efficiently, but I never felt that they were in a rush. The 2 gentlemen were polite and professional and never acted put-out to chat with me about what they were doing while they were doing it, (like so many tradesmen often do). Highly recommend!

This was by far one of the best experiences that we have had with a company in Southwest Michigan. We had several quotes for a water heater and softener. None of the competitors came close to Ottagan Plumbing ‘s customer service. We received a same-day quote for a water heater through pictures. It was installed a few days later. While the installers were here, they took a water sample for the water softener quote and within a few days, we received a quote and a few more days, the softener was installed. Ottagan returned phone calls and emails in a timely fashion, they texted me when they were on their way and the estimates were detailed and reasonable. The day before they were scheduled to come out, our water main valve burst. The township handled their portion, but we were left needing immediate repairs on our end. Thankfully, Jim stepped in right away. He came out quickly, set us up with a temporary fix, and coordinated the larger repair without delay. Throughout the entire process, Jim was incredibly communicative, honest, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and truly put me at ease knowing my mom’s home was in good hands. Fast, efficient and courteous! I called in the morning to see if they work on tankless water heaters and Bryson had it up and running before lunch. Their response time was incredibly fast and he was able to accurately diagnosis the problem in no time as well. He was also super kind. This is the number I’m keeping on my refrigerator to call whenever I need a plumber!
