3 months agoToby from All Rooter came to our home on December 11th to do our annual clean out and was very professional and courteous. He did a great job. Christmas Eve we were having a problem with our kitchen sink not draining and called to have Toby back to help us. He came yesterday and helped us determine that our drain had been improperly installed during a kitchen remodel we had done 4 years prior. He went into our crawl space and fixed it. Much appreciated!
5 months agoAfter calling about a plugged outdoor drain line, All Rooter had Charlie here in less than 2 hours. He was efficient and friendly and did not take long to clear some roots and other debris from our drain line. After that he made the extra effort to dig down to our septic tank to double check for proper drainage. Now we can breath a sigh of relief as our family starts to gather for the holidays. We had our new furnace installed within 2 days of calling and asking for an estimate, and when it’s below freezing with your old furnace out, that’s priceless! 2 months agoIf I could leave a lower rating I would. The system was not installed to how it was agreed upon. The tech made changes that they never consulted the sales person or homeowner about. They shredded the pipe insulation of my newly installed HVAC systems. They cut into the air intake of my new HVAC systems, their intake and exhaust was not installed how we agreed upon. Their intake looks like an amateur did this. I expressed my frustration to the techs who said a manager or sales person would be reaching out to me. No one did. I would not recommend this company at all. I have serious concerns about this installation.
