They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed hydro jetting, and excavated and replaced the damaged clay pipe with PVC. The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less stressful. What really stood out was that they came back afterward to make sure everything was flowing properly. Their pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I truly appreciate their honesty and the quality of their service. Thank you again for doing such a great job. In follow up service (after septic tank vacuuming), Anthony and Jordan provided exceptional professional experience, resolving all issues with the least invasive measures necessary and taking great care to protect my property as they worked through a cleanout in family room. They thoroughly answered all of my questions, reviewed camera footage with me, and provided clear recommendations for future service. Everyone I’ve talked with at ED&P has been pleasant and clear, including a manager. Pricing seems very reasonable, and services rendered match the needs rather than maximizing profit.

Called to request residential service on partially plug sewer line at 8:30 AM, spoke to Jessica, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Said she could have someone out between 9 AM and 11 AM today Friday, December 12 to clean drain in video the drain line. Received a call at 9:43 AM from plumber saying that he was just leaving the shop and should be here In 10 minutes. Both Cory and Craig were professional, Offered explanations and answered my questions. I would definitely call them back for further work. Ran 150 feet of camera line to the city sanitary from the point of entry in the house. We called Everclear sewer and drain cleaning at 9 pm and they were at our house the next morning. They told us what was needed to be done as well as what could wait but was recommended. The worse of the worst thing happened to me this Labor Day Weekend..I had family and friends coming to stay at my house for our end of the summer party and my hot water heater stopped working I couldn't do my dishes let alone no one could even take a shower and with it being a holiday weekend you could only imagine how many plumbing companies weren't open. So I went on a handyman app and within 5 mins I got a phone call from a man that worked at Everclear sewer & Drain Cleaning. He talked to me for about 10 mins to get an idea of what I was dealing with and to see if he might be able to save my old one and me money or if he would have to replace the whole unit. Within the hour he was at my door ready to replace my hot water tank and the best part is he took the old one with him. So I didn't have to wait until my next garbage day. I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs. They saved our end of the summer party. And even tho it was a holiday weekend I thought the price would be double if not triple and it was their normal rate because a friend of mine a few weeks later called them and she paid the same price I did.
