These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! My dog and son are now safe from falling in the hole and my brand new Furnace is now safe from water damage! Thank you from the bottom of my heart H2O Plumbing Sewer and Drain! The H20 crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken pipe in my basement and clearing out a clogged pipe going to my sump pump. Having never gone through this issue before, they really helped out explaining how the whole process works and what needed to be done. Excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling, which is important with kids and work. I highly recommend reaching out to them with any plumbing issues! I know I will again if needed!

This is how they left my basement floor. You tell me. Would you accept this after 3 weeks of intermittent work, ghosting, and missed appointments? We’d go days, and then a full week after the inspection, without hearing from them. There’s no possible way to ever put tile or any other flooring over this. It’s uneven and sinks wildly by several inches in various places. The floor is destroyed. A total hack job, as you can clearly see. It will have to be redone along with the drains costing us thousands more for what was supposed to be a simple and common job. I pray nobody in my family trips and gets hurt due to this hazard that now exists in my basement. They left around 15 large bags of wet garbage, including asbestos tiles, in my basement when I have children in the home. After I called upset and requested someone come pick it up, Joe the owner, flipped out and became hostile. It was over after that. 100% pure hostility. He called us a “headache.” He spewed repeated insults (even personal, sexist, insults about me) at my husband. He used classic manipulator and intimidation tactics to avoid accountability. The implication is always that HE’S doing YOU a favor when you’re paying him thousands of dollars. They missed a two hour window appointment by an hour and a half. The email said between 9:30 am-11:30 am. I had to leave to get my kid from school at 12:50 pm. They knocked at 1:00 pm when I wasn’t there and started repeatedly calling us. Joe, the owner flatly says, “we knocked. You weren’t there.” Implying it was our fault. Zero accountability. It’s not yet been a week and my husband is already trying to fix a leak. We also have to go purchase hoses they broke for the laundry tub. Hiring this company was a colossal and expensive mistake. Not sure where I go from here. I am exploring options. But I’d rather walk on broken glass than speak to unprofessional and inept Joe Walters ever again.

Sprung a significant leak in a steel wastewater drain line under the kitchen sink just days before Thanksgiving. Damien and Max were able to resolve what could have ended up as demolition work with a creative and affordable solution, all in time for Thanksgiving Dinner. They were awesome to chat with and explained the work thoroughly before getting started. They were also very respectful of our home and left things as clean as before they arrived. Thank you!

Had a nightmare waste pipe clog in 2 upper units of a 4-unit rental that had to be fixed immediately. We rented a snake but no luck clearing it. Called Universal and said we need your best snake guy for a difficult clog. They sent Jeff who was polite, hard working, and very knowledgeable and was able to clear the clog in about a half hour. He had to use a cutting head on the snake to get through the flushable wipes clog but it eventually cleared. And though I wasn't expecting it, he even brought in some spray cleaner and towel and cleaned the floor and walls from the mess the snake made. I can't say enough good things about Jeff. I was very stressed out over this situation as it was the weekend and my tenants were upset they could not use their water or toilets. Jeff not only did a great job he reduced my stress by joking around about some of the unusual plumbing issues we both experienced over the years. I own several rentals and have called many plumbers and Jeff is my favorite. And this was his last stop of the day and I imagine he was quite tired. Mitch was really great as was his assistant Brendan. The existing sewer tried to be hard to replace but both of them rose to the task and prevailed mightily. They needed to find a clean, strong, piece of pipe to latch the new system onto and ended digging right to the footing of the house to find it. Under very tight quarters, they were able to cut the pipe straight and are set up for another good day tomorrow in order to have my sewer system operational again. A plan is in place and I see them executing it flawlessly. Day 2 arrived, the old pipe was removed as was additional dirt from the trench. They tied onto the piece of solid pipe and reconstructed my sewer system. It's beautiful. We can run water from any of the toilets and sinks, and we can do laundry again. I don't remember the last time a hot shower felt so good!

BELIEVE the reviews !!!! Some are positive but a lot of bad attitude and poor communication issues stated. I set up an online Whole House Drain cleaning appointment and their site indicated $130 to $205 “minimum “ charge .Bob Main snaked 4 drains he presented a charge for $665 . In Shock I asked about the booking app price and he said OH NO !!! It’s $140 per drain, holy smokes I said and after a discussion we agreed to use my credit card and was advised to call Management and explain and they would be the ones to make an adjustment. I don’t expect free or cheap service but I figured $300-$350 for a little less than an hour of total time on site was reasonable and in line with their online site pricing. I immediately called and a manager said he would investigate and call me back within 3 hours, a week later he called and told me that that’s the price and made numerous excuses and total bs statements about how the site was set up incorrectly and they were going to get it fixed, but no bill adjustment. I asked to speak with the owner and he said he would have her call me, I have left a message for her to call me and filled out an online request for her to call me but haven’t heard back at all. Instead of responding to reviews they would be better off to just respond to customers and return calls. I just don’t understand how my $665 that day seems to be the most important thing for Nelson Brothers Plumbing. ************************************************ Thanks for responding back just like I predicted instead of a call or any communication, it’s obvious online reviews are more important and easier than talking like I tried on numerous occasions. Yes after the fact “ it’s obvious “ each drain is billed separately ! Thanks for the little tidbit after the fact and all of the other little information that you provided about pricing that was NO WHERE on your online booking site. I wasn’t at anytime confused and was totally aware of your “MINIMUM PRICING “ But since the specifics about the first drain charge and then each additional drain charges appear NO WHERE on the booking site and the technician NEVER indicated such when he arrived or before starting their couldn’t be any confusion about what wasn’t and isn’t on the site. I could easily dispute the charges and get my money back but this is so ridiculous what you are doing and how you’re handling “YOUR “ site flaw that you can just keep the extra money as the saying goes “fool me once, shame on you “ . “Fool me twice, shame on me “ customers aren’t “confused “ at all .

This place is a joke! They DO NOT stand behind their work and the technicians don't know what the hell they doing. Technician Tre' Lang installed a new sump pump which caused a backup in my basement the next day, then claimed it was because the outside pipes was backed up. They sent another technician to do some pipe work, but it was December and the ground was froze so he didn't do it correctly. I called them back out in April 2026 to correct the piping because it was pumping out causing my backyard to flood. They sent Tre' back again and had the nerve to send a new guy with him. If he training him then he will be just as terrible as him. He told me i would have to pay $1400 to get them to snake out the city main drain. I told him i should not have to pay because this problem was caused by piping not being done correctly in cold December. I called the office and the lady secretary told me she would talk to a manager and call me back. SHE NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I should be suing this company because none of these problems happened before they did work on my property. Thanks to them, i had to pay $2400 for a water restoration company to get the water out of my basement. This company is shameful and needs to shut down!!!! Do yourself a favor and find a company that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their work... ***UPDATE *** I am happy to edit this review about the work and service Drain Detectives provides. The manager "Tracey" contacted me to get my issue resolved. She sent out another more experienced technician "Luke" and he did a great job. I really appreciate this company caring about the happiness of their customers. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing repairs i need...

We had a backup in our basement and I will note that they got someone out very quickly on a Sunday night. However, the plumber was clearly rushed and didn’t get the clog out of our system, but actually pushed it further down. We had another backup the next day. Also, he cracked the toilet flange on our downstairs toilet. Went upstairs and removed our toilet, snaked in the wrong direction and it went on our roof and backyard. Then tried to put the toilet back on a clearly compromised wax ring, without saying anything. I spoke up and he charged us $100 for a cheap $2 ring. Left a huge mess in our bathroom with wax, mud, grass all over the floor. We had another plumber out 2 days later and they used the clean out under the utility sink (duh!). Got the clog out in 10 minutes and actually checked the main sewer line to see it was flowing. Don’t offer 24 hour service if you’re going to rush through every job.

Rick and his entire team were phenomenal! After doing a sewer scope and realizing we had some major repairs to do to our sewage system, Rick was available to talk through the inspection report and come up with a plan of action over the phone. Once he and his team were on site it was clear that Rick was very knowledgeable and very detailed in his work. He did multiple walk arounds of the property to get a sense of possible solutions for where our new pipes should go and all along the way he explained his thought process and kept me in the loop. Once they began digging and laying in new pipes they were quick and efficient and again very careful with how they went about doing this major repair. I am truly so impressed with Rick and his whole crew. Drain Detectives has been incredible and followed up with me to make sure that everything was completed to my liking and Rick himself came back to the property to make sure that lines were hooked up correctly and that the entire job was totally wrapped up to my satisfaction. I cannot recommend Drain Detectives enough. They have earned their name and are super helpful and get the job done right!

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.

Dan G came out Monday and was outstanding. He efficiently pulled the toilet, snaked the drain, replaced the wax ring, and recaulked everything. What really stood out was his professionalism and transparency—he showed me exactly what he pulled out of the drain and took the time to explain everything clearly. When he was done, he didn’t just fix the issue—he cleaned up so thoroughly that the bathroom looked better than when he arrived. On top of all that, the price was extremely reasonable—especially compared to larger companies like Universal Plumbing and Sewer inc. Dwayne and Jonathan did a great job! Had a back up / blockage of the drain going to the septic field. They diagnosed it and used their camera to solve the problem the same day I called! Super friendly, quick, and clean! Highly recommend!

Needed a water heater replaced. Jennifer was very patient and helpful, and worked on their schedule to get me in the next day. Tony and Owen were very clean, efficient and friendly and did an excellent job. Overall no issues and very happy with the price and experience. They did some previous work for us that was also top notch.

Our sump pump failed on April 5th, Easter Sunday. I contacted Putman and Jay came out within an hour and installed a new sump pump. He did a great job. DJ Murray Plumbing came out to test the backflow from my sprinkler system. They were on time and very friendly. My system failed twice and the gentleman working on it troubleshooted and found the problem. After some cleaning, the part worked and my system passed. The price was beyond fair and they didn't even charge me for the extra work. Would highly recommend. I'll be calling them for future plumbing work.

This company reasonably priced. I was dealing with backed up plumbing, and Dillon was able to come out last minute and still complete the job quickly and thoroughly.
