Expert Drain Cleaning in Dearborn Heights, MI

As a small woman who asks a lot of (maybe stupid) questions, expecting honest answers, I highly recommend Nelson Bros. They are always willing to walk me through what exactly is wrong and suggestions for fixes, and they have never once tried to upsell me on something I don't actually need (even when they stood to make 1000s off of me). We've had Rick out several times for drain scoping and cleaning and he's always straight up with me. I was ready to completely replace our sewer line, and he talked me off a $12,000 ledge. Today, Trevor came out to take care of our AC condensate drain line that was absolutely hacked together and leaking. His solution allowed us to have a quick fix to our issue that reuses perfectly fine existing copper drain line from our AC. All in, it cost $400, which I find to be an absolute steal compared to the $1700 another company wanted to charge to run an entirely new line through the ceiling and across the basement to our laundry tub. He left us with a proper solution that's up to code, kindly explained to me that the pipes aren't connected to meet code and to protect the AC in the event of a backup, and he was respectful of our home. He went above and beyond by making sure that our remaining copper line was properly mounted to the wall to avoid it getting knocked off the old brackets again and again (thanks, other local company...), and he left a clean out access on the new drain pipe (which may be necessary to be up to code code, but if it isn't, it is important for us because our real sewer cleanout access is cemented shut and that's all we have to use for sewer scoping and cleaning). Mitch was really great as was his assistant Brendan. The existing sewer tried to be hard to replace but both of them rose to the task and prevailed mightily. They needed to find a clean, strong, piece of pipe to latch the new system onto and ended digging right to the footing of the house to find it. Under very tight quarters, they were able to cut the pipe straight and are set up for another good day tomorrow in order to have my sewer system operational again. A plan is in place and I see them executing it flawlessly. Day 2 arrived, the old pipe was removed as was additional dirt from the trench. They tied onto the piece of solid pipe and reconstructed my sewer system. It's beautiful. We can run water from any of the toilets and sinks, and we can do laundry again. I don't remember the last time a hot shower felt so good!

Robert and his brother came out to do a sewer inspection for a house in southgate Michigan. Very through and did an excellent job explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it. The H20 crew did a fantastic job replacing a broken pipe in my basement and clearing out a clogged pipe going to my sump pump. Having never gone through this issue before, they really helped out explaining how the whole process works and what needed to be done. Excellent communication and flexibility with scheduling, which is important with kids and work. I highly recommend reaching out to them with any plumbing issues! I know I will again if needed!

These guys just re-did the sewer in my backyard and they did an AMAZING job! They were friendly, professional and best of all it was the fairest price I have found ANYWHERE near us! They gave me the piece of mind I have needed! My basement is water free and the sinkhole in my backyard is gone! Joe, Mike, Jay were fantastic in everything thing they did and said. There work was professional done and the clean up was as well. I will continue using them for there honesty and trustworthy. Jacob is a another awesome true dedicated hard worker just be ware ladies when working he may remove his shirt. H2O worked fantastic with my insurance adjuster even he was felt there honest with them.

Im located in oak park, Tim and Amp came out and snaked my drain, quick and professional. Both were very kind and communicated everything they were doing. Also came with a 30 day warranty in case something goes wrong. Great work!

Tay Tay and Tae came out so presentable came and gave me a reasonable price in my toilet water was coming up in my tub so they had to take care of two lines just to clear the problem but they gave me a fair price so I recommend tnt plumbing to get the job done fast and clean

Nate at Meca was great and the whole staff was solid. I needed a last minute drain scope for a home inspection and they showed up fast and handled everything professionally. They were upfront about the cost too. If the toilet has to come off the price goes up a bit, but they worked with me and made it easy. They also went the extra mile and gave me a video explaining the issue so I could negotiate the home price with confidence. That meant a lot. Good people, good work, and real customer care. I will definitely use them again.

DJ Murray Plumbing came out to test the backflow from my sprinkler system. They were on time and very friendly. My system failed twice and the gentleman working on it troubleshooted and found the problem. After some cleaning, the part worked and my system passed. The price was beyond fair and they didn't even charge me for the extra work. Would highly recommend. I'll be calling them for future plumbing work.

Paradigm responded quickly and Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed two issues- bad shutoff valves and faucet. He had everything wrapped up in a little more than an hour, including a quick trip to the plumbing supply store for parts. The cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Made an appt by phone, office staff was a pleasure to talk to. Kevin arrived on time, heard what we were after, quoted, answered all our questions & sent quote within hours of visit. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier and was on our time (even though they were available sooner). Day of service with Mitch & Jessie was a homeowners dream. Outside was cold, snowy, salty (walk & driveway). They supplied and wore shoe covers to protect our floors without being asked. They worked together beautifully, putting new filter in optimal spot taking up least amount of space and they kept the space clean. Upon completion they explained new water filter system operation in detail and made sure we were satisfied with their work. Our hot water heater was gushing water and sediment this morning. I called Eddie and he was here within an hour. He immediately secured a permit with the city and had replaced our hot water heater within a few hours. He upgraded us from a 3,000 BTU unit to a 4,000 unit. Free of charge! Best of all, he got our baby blue 1953 toilet flushing properly for the first time in years. Another company told us in August it needed replaced due to calcium buildup. Eddie showed me that the 4 gallon tank was not set to fill to capacity. He made one tweak in 30 seconds and got the toilet flushing better than it has in the years we've owned this house. There was no buildup. He easily saved us more than $500, and more importantly we get to keep the original blue toilet that matches the sink, tub and tile. The other plumber told us it needed replaced. Truely can't thank Fairchild Plumbing enough and will be calling them for future updates and repairs.

Ken and Gabe have done a few jobs for me. First installing a new Central Air unit back in March. Then today installing a new vanity top and taller toilet in my bathroom. Needless to say I'm very happy with the jobs they did. These guys are very friendly and knowledgeable. 1,000% recommend Fairchild Plumbing, Heating & Cooling.
