Mike delivered excellent service at a fair price. He was extremely friendly and made an otherwise negative situation enjoyable. The task required tracking pipe over 100 yards, unclogging and locating a buried exit drain. I highly recommend these gentlemen and they have instantly become my go-to for plumbing beyond my ability.

A pleasant experience from phone call to arrival to completion. (Receptionist was excellent.) My septic pump/grinder was failing. Rather than wait for it to die and not be able to use any water in my house, my husband and I decided to replace the pump. Replacement was not cheap, but I can say Precise Plumbing's price was fair (neither too expensive nor suspiciously cheap). For those who aren't aware, there is an additional fee for processing credit cards. If you can pay with cash/check, I highly recommend that! Rich's estimate on both time and cost were accurate. He did a much better job than the whoever installed the original pump (I suspect it was the grinder that came with the house... which was built in 1999). The new grinder is from a reputable company and was worth having it installed correctly the first time. I have dealt with Precise Plumbing twice and, should anything come up in the future, I will call on them again! Highly recommend!

Woke up this morning to a plumbing dilemma and called several plumbers, but no one could get me scheduled until later this week. I then called Precise Plumbing, and Mr. Rich was able to come out quickly, take a look, and fix the issue right away. Having major plumbing issues and had seen High Tide on Facebook several years ago. I was so impressed that I knew they would be the one I would use. I was blessed having 3 awesome young techs, Michael, Anthony, and Jacob. I cannot say enough great things about these men and the company they work for. If you need any plumbing, wheather an emergency, a new project or upgrades, please call High Tide, you will not regret it. Also they had referrals from other businesses that could help with issues like installing Walk-in Tub, laying tile, and on a more serious note if they find an issue like mold, they explain and give you a name and number of someone that can help you. I cannot say enough positive things about the techs and the company. Not only the tech, but the young ladies that answer the phones, answer all your questions, always with a very positive attitude! I couldn’t be happier with the service from High Tide Plumbing. My technician, Alec, was outstanding. He walked up to my house, introduced himself, and the very first thing he did was shake my hand. That level of professionalism immediately stood out. A supervisor also stopped by (I hate that I can’t remember his name), and he did the exact same thing — introduced himself and shook my hand. You can tell professionalism is part of their company culture. They clearly explained what was going on, what needed to be done, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. They originally gave me a 10–12 arrival window, but called at 8:00 AM and were at my house by 8:15. I had dealt with someone that really tried to rip me off. I called ASAP Plumbing desperately needing help on a blockage down the line from the toilet. My grandson flushed something down it. Noel, very professional polite. Explain everything he was doing step-by-step as he was doing things. Any question I had he would answer where I would understand And answered my questions. He fix our problem, which I am so happy. It is so rare to find a plumbing company with such professional/ knowledgeable men working for them. They found a leak that was in my wall which the source was actually upstairs. With in an hour and and a few minutes they had it fixed and the prices they charge are actually very fair for the customers. This was the second time I have used them and they are just wonderful people. You can't go wrong in using them for your plumbing needs.

DM Plumbing was highly recommended to me by someone in the plumbing industry after I moved back to the Gulf Coast. Johnny and Justin replaced and moved a water heater and did a fantastic job. We ran into some issues and delays removing a tub/shower insert and installing a walk-in shower for a disabled family member, but Chris made it right, and Johnny and Justin came back out and made everything work just as intended. I found Danny Miller Plumbing to be very reasonably priced and polite and pleasant folks to work with. Would recommend. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. Fair price + nice folks + good work, you really can't beat that.

Do not use! This company takes advantage of elderly people. My mother, who is 74 and lives alone, called Danny Miller Plumbing about a running toilet she had. I live an hour and a half away and was unaware of the issue. Danny Miller Plumbing came out to troubleshoot what turned out to be a bad flapper and charged her $196 for a five minute troubleshooting effort. When she asked about the repair cost, they told her it would be $87 for the part, plus an additional $150/hr for the repair. They went on to recommend that she just replace the toilet for a little bit more. When she told me what happened, I ordered the $35 part and installed it in two minutes which corrected the problem. This company should be ashamed. Had I not found out, she would have been out almost $450 for a $35 part and two minute install.

Couldn't be happier with our first experience with Service Experts Plumbing and Drain Service. Brittany was so nice to work with scheduling the service call and the text/email updates are a super nice touch. Our plumbers, Doug and Deacon, arrived on time and were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. Service Experts was the company that Home Depot recommended to install the water heater I bought. Brittany was first person I talked to and she was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I had to order the unit and have it shipped to Home Depot and Service Experts were willing to pick up the unit and hold it for me while I was on vacation, and were ready to install as soon as I got home. Judson and Deacon were the installers and they showed up right at the time they said they would and had the job finished in half a day. I might add, it was a difficult attic installation on a hot day and a heavy water heater, but they got it done and did a quality job. I had some specific wishes on how I wanted it and the installers did the job just like I asked. They were polite and professional and cleaned up everything after. I am thoroughly pleased with the job and would hire them again.

Service was excellent. Plumber went beyond his work to ensure toilet was working properly. Box was missing parts to two bolts from Kohler and he was able to provide so I wouldn’t have to go back to Home Depot with complaint to have parts shipped.

This is my second time using Buchholz Plumbing and I will continue to use them any time I have an issue. Very professional, quick, and responsive. Called on a Sunday for an emergency and a few hours later we were fixed back up and running. Pricing is reasonable too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for honest professional quality work.

These guys offer a top notch service and are definitely expert plumbers. We had a collapsed laundry drain under our summer house in Biloxi. We called two other plumbers. The first wanted to cut open 25ft of our concrete slab to replace the drain for $12,000. The second plumber got my water hose stuck in my roof vent and cut it off then just took off. I passed the Rooter Wizard van on my way home. Gave them a call within 45 min they were at my door. Offered a free estimate. Gave us 3 options. Advised us of the best option. We decided to reroute the kitchen and laundry drain by using an overhead vent. Cost was under $2,500 and has worked great for weeks now. My wife was in fits about having our kitchen demolished and thanks to the Rooter wizards expertise we not only saved nearly 10k they were in and out in one day and our house was back to normal. Hats off to the these guys they are true professionals. All businesses should operate this way. Cheers- Joe

I called these folks and got a quote because the previous owner of my house left their card on the refrigerator. I narrowly avoided being ripped off by them. I was able to get the job done for about a third of what they were going to charge me. I'm sure they do good work (they better for that price) but I was able to get the job done quicker and much, much cheaper by calling around a little bit.

Very happy with my service. They were able to send someone out immediately and fix several problems we were having throughout the house. I was very impressed with how fast the job was done and how friendly Steven (the plumber) was. I would definitely use them again in the future.
