Super happy with this company's service. They came same day and were professional and affordable I was so happy to have everything flowing again and no back ups. I would absolutely recommend them for any drain job !

Had a shower drain back up that we couldn't get to move. Called them at 6:20am left a message and they got right back to me within an hour. They were able to get us right in that day. They showed up on time. Very polite young men they got right to work to unclog the drain had it done in less than an hour. Gave us advice on what to do the next time. Cost was very reasonable. They will be my first call if I ever need a plumber again.

Wow these guys are great! They came right out the next day after we called they said they could come sooner but it wasn't emergency. Luke did an awesome job. An old clean-out cap was halfway down our line out to the street and he got it out without having to dig it up! I highly recommend these guys, they will always be our plumbers🏆

We had an urgent plumbing issue on a Saturday and Quality Plumbing and Drain arrived within a few hours after our call. Joseph Varela did a fantastic job and was conscious of the fact that we were paying for a weekend call and worked, therefore, as fast as he could - the job was perfect! We were extremely grateful! Joseph was both polite and skilled. We would absolutely use this company again!

Amazing service! Jerad was so personable and easy to work with. He quickly identified the issue with our shower drain and fixed it within an hour. Pricing was very reasonable as well. Absolutely will be using this company again for any issues we may have!

I chose Quality Plumbing after seeing not only the rave reviews, but the responses to anyone who wasn’t satisfied. I was very impressed by this. Our dishwasher wasn’t draining, happened once, but we were concerned about trying to use it to see if it just needed to drain and leak everywhere. The technician was polite and knowledgeable and explained to me what to do if that ever did happen. He couldn’t find an issue but ran it to be sure all was well. He stayed until it had finished, about 20 minutes, and explained that if this happens again, same issue, there wouldn’t be a diagnostic fee as the $99 would go toward any work done. I love the company’s honesty and straightforward policy. I would HIGHLY recommend Quality Plumbing!!! The truth is in the name!! Something that doesn’t always feel true these days.

Have had a quote done with a very knowledgeable gentleman and decides to go with then. Scheduled them for a Friday to find out we never really got out on the schedule in office. Called this morning and they scheduled us for this same afternoon just to be a no show again. We can't have the pipes backed up any longer so definitely going elsewhere. Don't waste your time with these guys

Always have had good luck with these guys. Dominic T. was super courteous, professional, and helpful. He got here over an hour before scheduled appointment, which worked out great. Dominic was very thorough with his investigation of the problem and quickly came up with multiple solutions. No pressure at all, and left me with good food for thought.

I had had an Awesome appointment with Dominic T. For the last 2 days he came very promptly with his team member and got straight to work. He talked me through all the steps they were taking to improve my home.. Marcos quickly responded to my voicemail and sent two guys right over in the frigid temperatures. The guys were reassuring and kind. They spent a lot of time troubleshooting to determine the issue and had the water flowing again. I was very thankful!

I called Budget Drain and they listened to my plumbing issues and had a suggestion right away. They called me back within 10 minutes and schedule me for about an hour out. Same day service and very prompt! The workers that showed up were dressed in logoed uniforms (which is nice anytime a stranger comes to a house) and we're very polite and worked quickly. The checkout process was swift as well and emailed me a receipt for my records. I would highly recommend them if you ever need drain cleaning services.

I purchased a new house in Grand Rapids and call Budget on Monday 1/7 to come scope the main lines to make sure they were clear. I was told by the rep that they could come the same day and it would be $195 which was great. I let them know it was my wife that was going to be home. They sent someone from their "parter" company Whitney Electric and plumbing. It was like the tech and the rep who schedule the apt never communicated. The tech ended up using a camera to see if the lines had any issues instead of just clearing them, charged us $280 for the camera and $85 trip fee - $365 total. The rep I originally talked to never mentioned a trip fee or using a camera for $280. When I called to discuss the rep said the camera was $250 and he did $30 worth of "other" work - my wife said the tech was there for less than 30 min. I don't write reviews often but wanted to make people aware of this situation so they don't get taken advantage of either. Go somewhere else with your business.

Called them for service. They couldn't come out for 3 days, which was fine. I called the day before our scheduled appt to confirm and was told we didn't have an appointment. They had all of our info, but somehow managed to not put the appointment in their calendar. So they called us back with a time frame of 9-11 am the next morning. We also received a confirmation text. At about 11:10, given that they had made a mistake before, I called to confirm. I was told that she would have to contact the worker to find out when he would be here. I told her that if they can't do the job, to just tell me so I can move on to the next company. She literally said "if you want to move on, that's fine".....so I happily moved on to a company that wants our business. I had used them several times before they became part of Whitney Electric. Not sure if that's the problem or what.

This is an absolutely great company. They cared that our furnace was out and set up an appointment quickly. Dylan, the tech was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done and apologized when he had to order a special part that would leave us without heat for a couple more days. Very professional and the company communicates well with you. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional service , had electrical work and new service installed at my residence from Whitney service , the technician Josh was very helpful and very knowledgeable and was very good at his profession in the trade electrical work. They took care of a very stubborn clogged sink. Everyone was so friendly. From Hannah in the office to Jeremiah and the other young man who came out. They showed up on time, with only a two hour window which is half what most plumbers say. Very reasonable price. I will only use them from now on for any plumbing needs. Love that it's a small family run business. And they're dog lovers. :-) I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

We had Rhino's Plumbing correct a drain piping issue, fix a leaky faucet supply line, and install a new outdoor spigot. We received a quote quickly, and the technicians who did the work were thorough and were careful to clean up the work areas. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again!

A big thank to Rhino plumbing for installing the pot filler to our churches commercial faucet. All the ladies are excited to use. Comments are “this makes filling the sink so fast” “wish we had this years ago” “it’s so much quieter than the spray hose”. On another note, Rhino plumbing installed our commercial faucet with sprayer, made drain food service compliant and it’s still going strong after three years. Thank you Rhino plumbing!!!!

We had an outside faucet to replace. The plumber from Crooks came in, was very personable, professional and did it right the first time. He found bee hives within the wall where he was working. He handled that with real professionalism. When he needed an extra hand, I helped him. I also helped by discarding of the bee hives material when he got it outside. The job was challenging, he took it in stride and when he was done, we both laughed. Genius work.

They were very professional and experienced. Brought in the new water heater, installed the new one and took the old one out. Cleaned up after themselves. I was impressed! They charged less than the other companies I checked with. Big plus right there!! They will have our business from now on. Thank you!!!

Enthusiastic 2 thumbs up! These guys were GREAT! They installed a sink and faucet, removed a disposal, installed three bathroom faucets, removed a bidet, and hooked up my fridge water. They came out right away when I called for an appointment, and were super quick with the work. The quality of the work was outstanding, and the guys were really nice.

Recently had my hot water heater replaced by Wilbur's Plumbing. The whole process, from the phone call for help to the installation and removal of the water heater, was beyond my expectations. Dallas and Steve did such a great job with everything. They showed up right on time; they were fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. Hopefully, I don't need them here again anytime soon, but I will gladly be calling them again if I do!

I needed a main floor laundry service installed and a few other small jobs. We ended up replacing all my 78 year old piping. The plumber, Oleg, worked tirelessly and did a super job on all of it. Very nice people to work with. I'm so pleased that I had Wilbur's Plumbing do the work for me.
