Catons Plumbing was the most honest company when it came to pricing for my hot water heater replacement. They were easy to work with and even had the wherewithal to send out a water mitigation specialist in tandem with the plumber! I’d also like to shoutout Dave who was given the wrong fittings for the heater but drove to/from the supply house same day to finish the job. We’ll likely be using Catons more as they did an effective job for the right price.

I had a great experience with Hosanna Plumbing & Drain LLC. Tony fixed a leaking bathtub pipe that was causing major damage in my home, with water leaking through the wall. He quickly identified the issue as a damaged copper pipe and fixed it efficiently. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and how quickly he solved the problem. Tony was respectful, took great care of my property, and clearly cares about his work and delivering quality results. I highly recommend him and the business.

Excellent service and price. Tony will be my first choice for any future plumbing jobs. He and his partner came out the same day to snake out two backed up drains. Tony was friendly, effecient, and very respectful of my home. He discussed the problem, how long the repair would take, and the pricing upfront. Then they got the job done quickly and left the sinks in better condition than they found them. He has a one-month warranty on the cleaned out drains.

Tony did a great job replacing our old faucets along with repairing the lines and installing new shut-off valves. In the past we always worried about leaks using the old ones and they were also incredibly dated, but not anymore! I hired Drain And Water by Trench Free. Thomas and Axel corrected some drain piping plumbing in my home and I was very pleased with their service. FIVE STARS! I am one tough client, I believe in transparency, our two day service resolved both plumbing issues. Len Plumbing Heating & Air sent Jamarl who arrived Monday morning and was kind enough to explain step by step how our two ruptured pipes would be fixed. He provided a thorough estimate. Tuesday a team of two arrived, cleared away the affected area, removed the damaged pipes, repaired the pipe under our deck with copper, and the bathroom a mix between copper and PVC piping, and utrap. IMPORTANT: The bath has never worked better. Not going to lie my lack of knowledge caused some complications however Lens Plumbing was able to calmly explain what was done and the purpose behind the choices. Truly grateful!

All staff were extremely courteous, the appointment was scheduled in a timely manner.. our only complaint is the cost. The plumber arrived then left for an hour to get a pipe, worked for a bit then needed to leave again this time for over an hour for a blade- the total hour and a half of work was much more expensive - I was told since I signed off on the pricing before that’s the cost - be careful that’s were they get you. All in all the problem was resolved and I learned a lesson. I asked for a call back to discuss the logistics but never rec’d one.

Our technician James Long was awesome. He helped us get water back into our new home and gave us quotes and suggestions on what we should do to prevent it from happening. Would def recommend as he was very friendly. I would recommend to everyone.

Called them for a frozen pipe that burst. Sent out a plumber who did okay work. Have to redo the pipe he replaced because it's QPVC and his replacement piping is bent putting stress back on that area. Water remediation crew didn't check my flooring which had a lot of water on it, flooring is bowing in multiple areas after they finished. The crew also damaged my flooring when setting up a plastic tarp to isolate the area. Crew also didn't clean up any of the drywall dust from demoing, only did so after I asked them to. Going to have a GC tear up the floors to look for mold since they didn't even bother to. Edit: Changing review from 2 to 1 stars. I called Catons with my compliants and asked how they would remediate it. Supervisor Dennis I spoke with told me they could only offer to spray anti-fungal when I had someone else pull up the floor. He also said the threshold wasn't their fault as it looked, based off my pictures, that the damage was caused by the flooring they failed to remediate per the contract I signed. Haven't heard back in multiple days, going to file a complaint with the city.

This was the worst service call we have ever experienced. Complete lack of communication internally between technicians and management. Customer service was running interference and was misleading at best. I spent a total of three plus hours on the phone with them over this time period. We had 8 different people out here over the course of 7 days; some just left, some gave wildly different pricing scenarios and solutions. The first plumber cut the water line to our third floor and only made the leak worse - then left. That cost $400! It was a simple fix that was needed. Catons refused to apply a promised credit to our final bill until I made a loud and angry stink about it. I do not recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Excellent service from Kevontay. He was able to quickly diagnose an issue at one of our properties, develop a solution, and perform repairs in a timely manner. We definitely prefer to use Caton Plumbing in the future — especially if they send Kevontay.

Rob provided excellent service. I needed a new water maker shut-off valve installed. Rob evaluated the situation and provided me with solutions. The work was done quickly and cleanly. Rob also provided me with knowledge about my home and gave me some ideas and suggestions. Very satisfied.

I reached out to Prime Plumbing several years ago to have my hot water heater moved to accommodate waterproofing installation in my basement. The man that came out was quick and very respectful and the price was reasonable. When I had a very minor plumbing problem (moving an outdoor hose bib to accommodate deck steps), reaching out to Prime plumbing was a no-brainer. The man that came out saw the issue and jumped to a solution... extending a pipe from my basement. The pipe was brought up to an external wall (which I later found out was against MD code) and was also not properly insulated. He also removed a frost proof hose bib and replaced it with a regular hose bib. He put a ridiculous wall patch and went on and on about his side hustle to make more money (buying and renting out properties in Africa). It only took less than two years for the pipe to fail and cause significant damage to my main and lower levels of my home. I reached out to Prime to rectify the issue. The woman that answered was incredibly rude. I came home to the water damage and was in shock as I was trying to explain the damage that I was seeing. She was very curt and insinuated the pipe bursting was my own fault. How?!? She set up for someone to come out the next day. He was equally as rude. He quoted a completely ridiculous number for the repair and reiterated that I was the cause of the water damage. My friend had a pipe burst and was quoted $300 less than what he was quoting me. The pipe that was installed by Prime caused the water damage to my home and they continue to deny any fault. I've attached photos that show the hose bib that they moved, the patch he installed after he cut a hole in my wall and the subsequent water damage after the pipe burst. I also attached a photo showing there was insulation around the pipe, but the pipe should have never been ran to an external wall. Please do your due diligence before reaching out to this company. Len the Plumber rectified Prime's mistakes and were much more knowledgeable and respectful.

Rob Richter from Prime Plumbing came to install our dishwasher when Home Depot bailed on us due to finding (older style) push pull valves under our sink. Rob came and upgraded all our valves for the price of one and then installed our dishwasher. He also hauled our old dishwasher away for no extra charge! Rob stayed with us for several hours making sure the fitting was correct, checked for leaks, and even helped sus out some pressure problems in the house on his own time. He taught me about the new valves and how to problem solve pressure issues in the future. We offered him pizza and coffee not only because he was working hard but he did so on Xmas eve. Definitely will be calling prime plumbing again for all our future plumbing needs from annual county mandated checkups to future work! Thanks Rob! Merry Christmas and happy new year!

Trust was wonderful to work with. My water heater busted and flooded my basement. They got to my home quickly, competently diagnosed the problem and took the time to explain my options for replacement as well as each of the pros and cons of each option. They also got to work quickly and installed a new water heater and a smart shut off valve on my main water line. My new water heater works terrifically. After the install I learned I may have insurance coverage for replacing the water heater. I called and asked if they could provide a letter to send to my insurance company. They responded super fast and I got notice from my insurance company that it was covered incredibly quick.

Zack did such an amazing job with the quote, and Stephen and Derek did amazing work to replace my ~24 year old A.O. Smith gas water heater with this beautiful Rheem, connected to an Aquatherm. The pipe work is beautiful! I could not be happier having safe, hot water before the holidays and cold arrives. You all are an answer to the prayers of MANY people on my behalf!!! I was very pleased how efficient my plumbing work was done with our gas furnace pipe replacement. I highly recommend Mr. Juan & Mr. Amilcar for there fantastic work done at my house today with replacing our main 12 inch pipe and other pipes from our gas line. I contacted Redbeard Plumbing, LLC to repair an internal water pipe that was leaking and had caused a great deal of damage to my basement. I was in need of getting someone out fairly quickly bc my water had to be turned off to prevent further damage. I spoke with Sam and shortly after I was assigned a plumber who was scheduled to arrive within hour. Donovan arrived and immediately diagnosed the issue. He thoroughly explained and demostrated exactly what needed to be done. He worked on the pipe inside, as well as changing the hose bib outside (despite having to walk through ice). Within a couple hours my repair was completed and I had running water again! Donovan also provided information on options for future updates to some of my dated equipment which I appreciated.
