We bought an older home with slow running drains that sometimes back up in the basement and fresh water supply lines built before the city increased water pressure in the neighborhood. In one day, Rema snaked the main line of our drains out over 100 ft to city service and installed a pressure reduction valve on our incoming water supply to bring everyone up to date. He quickly identified the issue as a damaged copper pipe and fixed it efficiently. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and how quickly he solved the problem. Tony was respectful, took great care of my property, and clearly cares about his work and delivering quality results. I highly recommend him and the business.

Excellent service and price. Tony will be my first choice for any future plumbing jobs. He and his partner came out the same day to snake out two backed up drains. Tony was friendly, effecient, and very respectful of my home. He discussed the problem, how long the repair would take, and the pricing upfront. Then they got the job done quickly and left the sinks in better condition than they found them. He has a one-month warranty on the cleaned out drains.

Tony did a great job replacing our old faucets along with repairing the lines and installing new shut-off valves. In the past we always worried about leaks using the old ones and they were also incredibly dated, but not anymore! I ordered a new washer and dryer but couldn’t have them installed because the existing shut-off valves were corroded. Pierre came out to assess the situation and provided several options with clear pricing. He arrived on time, was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail—what he was doing, the updated plumbing codes, why larger commercial companies often charge much more, and why emergency services are usually scheduled on weekends. By the time he left, I felt completely confident in the work and the service provided. Pierre installed new shut-off valves so the water to the entire home no longer needs to be turned off, and he properly secured the drainage pipe to the wall, including fixing issues hidden behind the drywall that hadn’t been secured by the previous homeowner. He was also able to install both my washer and dryer, and they are running perfectly. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review—but the service was absolutely worth it.

I had a clog toilet for two days after searching for people to help everyone told me that my toilet may have to be removed. I went on the website to get another opinion because prices are to high. I called Catons plumbing and they sent someone out the same day. Demetric the service technician came within two hours of my phone call. He was very knowledgeable , respectful and able to fix the clog without having to remove the whole toilet. He accomplished the job in no time. I defiantly recommend this business….. exceptional job. We had an emergency pipe clog on Xmas night… total nightmare…. and Catons was the only company that was available (we called about 6 other places). They promised to be there within an hour and sure enough they were. Our plumber Henry Helwig provided amazing service as he methodically worked through the issue over about 3-4 hours. He was clear about the process, pivoted when necessary to be more efficient, and communicated everything well. He was also extremely clean and courteous while working in the house. I would definitely hire them again

I'm beyond pleased. The professionalism, expertise, and "bedside manor" of Jason was amazing. His trainee, Richard, was nice as well. They came on Thanksgiving day, and the value was better than I prepared myself for. They fixed my issue perfectly. Priority Plumbing has been fantastic! I had a crisis with my primary drainage line, and called Priority on a whim. They definitely didn't disappoint. They showed up within a couple hours to help, and quickly identified the root cause of my issues. Josh, Nick, Zach, and DJ were the main guys helping me out. Not sure how to post another review so I'll add to this one. Mike came out again to install some pipes for a kitchen sink... During the time the glue was drying, instead of taking a break, he taught me how to replace a valve on a toilet that was constantly running. He is extremely knowledge, patient and generous. Thank you! My radiator pipe was rusted and leaking. The valve, rusted pipe, and elbow had to be cut out and replaced after draining the system. Mike was very professional and conscientious. A live and pleasant receptionist took my service call. Service was same day, and our tech Charles was terrific. I'm an engineer and could tell he knew his stuff. He worked to fix the issue and not unnecessary repairs. Before Metcalf I spoke or tried to speak with 2 other companies that did not go well. Metcalf is now our first call. I was very pleased how efficient my plumbing work was done with our gas furnace pipe replacement. I highly recommend Mr. Juan & Mr. Amilcar for there fantastic work done at my house today with replacing our main 12 inch pipe and other pipes from our gas line. I got there company name from my neighbor who they had done work for. I am very pleased with there service and work, I highly recommend these two guys from All Clear Plumbing & Drain Service.

It was so easy to book with Drain Works online, they texted me right away with details and updates. They made communication very easy, and were super responsive. Jorge came out to replace a disposal, he was so honest with me that I actually needed a cheaper fix than what I had requested! He manually got my disposal started within minutes of seeing the issue (without charging me for that more expensive service). It is so great to have a plumber you can depend on and trust! He texted with me, without any delay, to make sure I got the correct part needed and came back as soon as I told him I had a free day to be home. Similar to the poster below me, I discovered that my water heater was 19 years old. after doing some research, and although it hadn’t leaked - I didn’t want to come home one day to a disaster in my basement. I reached out to Jorge after a few emails and he was very accommodating, able to change my request for an estimate last min, and then finding time to squeeze me in before a potential blizzard. All of this happened from the Friday of us meeting, and the replacement installed the following Wednesday). He and Rubin replaced my water heater and my main water shut off valve which I believe was original to my home. He was very communicative, nice and they the entire appointment ran smoothly. I would highly recommend Jorge and his team!

My old water heater was biblical (22 years old). Jorge came out and offered me three options for replacement: gas, hybrid tankless, or hybrid 50 gallon of water tank. Great plumber. Instead of first requiring a visit (and mandatory service charge) to provide an estimate, Mr Lan requested that I text some pictures and provided an estimate over text. He was then able to schedule me quickly, did very good work, and was even able to charge a bit less than the estimate on the final bill. Would highly recommend.
