Reed & Son are the epitome of good service. Excellent in every way. My sump pump drain pipe was leaking badly, and I called them to see if they could get someone out to my house right away. From the time I hung up the phone to the time the technicians arrived was only a matter of about 15 minutes (full disclosure: they were just finishing a job only about a mile away...but I'm still impressed!). They quickly assessed the problem and got to work. Turns out that when they repowered my 30-year old, mineral-clogged pump it refused to come back on. So...new sump pump. But they had the job completed in just a little over an hour, and at a reasonable price. Chad and Nicholas, along with being very knowledgeable and efficient, were friendly and courteous...and definitely assets to the company. In short, if I have any plumbing needs in the future I'll definitely know who to call...Reed & Son

Short backstory Bought a house here in Mount Airy about six months ago. About three months ago, we had some leaking in the basement that occurred from our sewer line being invaded by a tree root. Of course it was such a hassle Having just bought a new home and having to deal with this new headache. I called multiple companies and of course I used reading sons because they were highly recommended . From the phone call with Shannon To my first estimate with the contractor, it was hassle free. We’re upfront and honest being in the industry and contracting business myself. I really appreciate the knowledge that came with it. I ended up using them as the company and today everything was just finished and is now smooth sailing. They even found an additional problem. I did not know of, and continued to help me out at the original cost of the quote. Couldn’t ask for a better team of representatives for your area even if it’s a little bit farther out the Mount Airy definitely worth the call in the professional opinion. We used Reed and Son to repair some damaged pipes in our basement. Shad/Nicholas were technicians that came to access the damage. They were fantastic. They were punctual, worked efficiently and expeditiously, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and explained step by step the work that they did. I had my sewer line replaced about 4 months ago for nearly $18,000, and unfortunately the experience after the installation has been very disappointing. The cleanup was poorly done, the concrete work was subpar, and it caused my vinyl flooring (installed after)to no longer sit properly. I reached out two weeks ago through their messaging system and received no response. Additionally, my front yard continues to sink, which suggests the ground was not properly compacted after excavation. I now have to constantly re-compact the area myself. For the price paid, I expected far better workmanship and follow-up. Fixed my sewer problem thanks but left me with two other issues RESPONSE: I’m sorry but for $18,000 I don’t think it’s to much to ask to smooth out a small area of concrete just like how it was in the first place. Reverting back to saying “our contract says” is a pretty poor example of customer service.

This is the second time at our place with The Drain Guys, both times with Chris. Very knowledgeable and always professional. Both times he was there within 24 hours of us needing him and fixed broken pipes quickly on our old house. This last time he gave us invaluable tips to help avoid having similar problems in the future. Reasonable fees and yes, I would 100% recommend The Drain Guys!!

The Drain Guys is the best kept secret for pipe replacement. I went through two crummy plumbers who charged for camera work and didn't know what was going on with my drain. Called The Drain Guys and was glad I did. This team had master plumber Jay, along with his team, Parker and the rest of the crew to correctly solve the issue. The team provided insight on each part of the job, arrived promptly and even worked late. Job itself was extremely clean and was smart in terms of the geography of where my pipe needed to be. I now feel safe with a long term pipe in my property. I highly recommend this crew for your plumbing needs. Excavation can be a dirty job but these Michaelangelos made it look like a work of art.

Top of the line service and a plumber with years of experience! I called another company to fix my clogged kitchen sink and they spent 2 hours and couldn't fix it. Sailo fixed it in 30 min! And was cheaper than the original company. He also has great customer service and cleaned up after he finished. I will be using Masterpiece for all my future plumbing!

Thought I was going to need an overhaul of the plumbing that comes in from the street into the house - turns out it was just a couple of joints that needed tightening due to age. Additionally, he educated me on all the valves and what each did. Very helpful. This is the best plumber ever. Sailo is knowledgeable at his work and quite friendly. My Sump pump stopped working and I had to buy a new one which he replaced for me. He arrived on time and talked me through as he installed the new one. I will recommend him anytime.

Moco Plumbing did a fantastic job, we needed a few things done at the house, and they again showed why we'll ONLY use them. The drain pan for the washer was installed perfectly, and they set up the washer as well, it was so kind of them to do that, they truly didn't need to, but that's how kind and excellent they are. They did great work on all the tasks, and clearly are experts at what they do. Edgar and his team at MoCo Plumbing are the only plumbers we'll use!

Edgar and his partner were professional and Edgar explained every step of the process to me and answered questions I had. He came out and gave me a fair estimate which included all the work. Ran into a secondary issue which we needed WSSC for and he contacted them they came out and the problem was resolved. All work was at a reasonable cost compared to another quote I was given. They were prompt, efficient and cleaned up all of their materials. I have and would recommend them to other. All of the work is warrantied and already appreciate no more knocking pipes.

This company is absolutely wonderful. I was so surprised I could get service the next day, and the price was more than reasonable. Had a gas leak at the back of the stove. The gas company shut the gas off to the condo. Edgar arrived with his assistant and made the repairs so fast I couldn’t believe it. Both gentlemen were so nice and professional. Pipe burst... Other companies didn't have availability for at least 4 days due to the weather. Your1Plumber had the issue fixed in under about an hour once they arrive which was amazing since we didn't have water access. The gentlemen who did the work, Wilmer, explained everything well as far as the issue and repairs were concerned. Prompt. Polite. He made sure to let us know what to expect during and after repair. Oh! I was home alone during the visit and dude wasn't creepy... so, that was kinda great- felt safe. He was pretty patient with my dog, who goes kinda 'Cujo' when company comes, and that was pretty nice since Dog was on my last nerve trying to eat the plumber person again... when will she learn that we don't eat our friends? Not sure if the price was competitive since we never had this issue before- but according to my bff, chat, it was fair. Included 1 year warranty on work which was a bonus we didn't expect. 10 outta 10 would not want my pipe to break again during a winter snow, but I would call this company again if it did.

We appreciate the prompt service we got from #1 plumber. They installed our hot water heater 5+ years ago and came today for routine maintenance. They were prompt, cordial and completed their work quickly. We would highly recommend Wilmer if you need that service.

Best service ever. I called in the morning and by the afternoon I had a new 50 gallon electric water heater. The service was amazing! They cleaned the area after the repair then explain how to operate the system. I cannot tell you how happy I am with this service. Mario you are number one! It wasn't the cheapest estimate. We were very fortunate to discover Mallick Plumbing and Heating when it came time to replace our 75‑gallon water heater. They immediately answered the phone and addressed all of our questions about the replacement. Rob promptly came to our home, treated our space with respect, and thoroughly discussed the options for our unit replacement. When Rob and his assistant arrived with the new equipment, they were extremely careful with our surroundings during both removal and installation. They used new white floor tarps to protect our home and performed an exceptionally precise and neat installation. Rob even added a drip pan and plumbed everything flawlessly. Abbas.. and Koli came to hookup the gas for my new cooktop. Both very friendly and professional. They both knew what they were doing. I greatly appreciated they took the initiative to reach out to the ApplianceLand installer asking exactly what was needed to hookup the cooktop because the wall oven needed to be reinstalled under the cooktop. Eric (The Big E) and Mark (Mighty Mark) both did an excellent job between the both of them replacing about 20 ft of pipe and fittings. They fixed a pin hole leak and heavily corroded pipes. Very thorough, professional, trustworthy and personable. We were blessed to have Eric show up early and his cohort show up to help out as well.

Had a PVC pipe leak in my ceiling below the master bathroom and I needed someone fast. Called Zo Plumbing and they were incredibly easy to reach, quick response and great communication from the start. They got out to my house promptly, diagnosed the issue, and went above and beyond on the repair. SOLID professional work! When you have water leaking through your ceiling on a weekend, you find out real fast who actually shows up and delivers. Eric recently replaced my water heater, and he did an awesome job. He's super knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He patiently answered all my questions, which I appreciated because I had a lot. His helper Arello, was good too, they made a great team! On top of that, Eric had wonderful customer service. He's always ready to help and quick to respond. I was really impressed with how he kept my house clean while working. He covered his shoes and protected the floor. Plus he was prompt. Now, my water is working great - no leaks at all, and he made sure the temperature was just right. All the pipes were nicely done. I even reached out later with a plumbing question about my water heater, and he was kind to give me the answer. So, if you need work done, you can't go wrong with Mallick. Eric and Mark did a great job. They were able to discover a leak in a vent pipe. They had to remove a large section of our bathroom wall and did the best they could of removing all they needed. They worked quickly and got the job done in a few hours. They did a great job cleaning up after. They were polite and informative. I would recommend then for any plumbing job you need and will use them again if ever needed.
