Expert Drain Cleaning in Annapolis, MD

I thought I had a clogged toilet and called 1st Choice to come fix it. I had used the company once before for a water line hook up and they were great - very nice, very professional. It turns out I did not have a clogged water line but, instead, had a break in my sewer line from the house to the grinder pump. 1st Choice came out yesterday with a snake and a camera so they could pinpoint exactly where the problem was. Today there were back at my house with their backhoe, dug up the pipe, fixed it and put my yard back to pre-work conditions! I couldn't be happier with the timeliness and quality of the work. Jason was very professional. Came out quickly to deal with an emergency in my house. Was extremely thorough, didn’t just slap on a quick fix and charge me. Called Jason from 1st Choice a night ago after losing heat in our 2-zone baseboard heating system and he was able to get it back up and running on short notice the next day. He ran full diagnostics and showed great expertise in what future repairs would be needed. Will definitely be calling for future plumbing/heating projects!

They were a bit more expensive than the sewer drain guy but they spent more time on problem solving and troubleshooting, which I really appreciated. Included DIY ideas in case the sewer line clogs or backs up again. The service was thorough and very helpful. They were very professional and helpful. I would definitely consider them again for future plumbing projects. The receptionist was also very friendly and positive!

The plumbing company provided excellent service. Our water heater began leaking on the side of the basement that was finished. I called a few plumbing companies and selected this one. I was impressed by the professionalism, honesty, and knowledge of plumbing when I spoke to their office. They kept me in touch all day long to determine the earliest time for an outing. Everything was fixed by the morning. Justin, the plumber, was a very pleasant man who was careful and knowledgeable about his work. The price was reasonable and we did not have to pay anything until the work was complete. Super happy with everything!

The service at Premier Electric is commendable. Allow me to explain. Their team exemplifies professionalism. Recently, Jason handled our faulty circuit breaker. His expertise was evident. However, we faced intermittent power issues afterward, which our warranty did not cover. The manager, Sarah, was understanding and offered a fair solution. Jason returned promptly to resolve the problem. Premier Electric succeeds due to their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had a clog that prevented multiple fixtures from draining properly in the middle of the afternoon. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day to fix it. He asked questions to ensure he understood the issue and the how the house was plumbed. He explained some possible outcomes/risks and then snaked out the clog successfully. Ruben showed up on time and was able to complete the work within an hour and a half.

Ruben and his team got to my place quickly and unclogged the drain in my shower very efficiently. He even explained how I can prevent future clogs and charged me a very fair price for his work. He gave me a very affordable estimate for the water heater I may need to replace, I'll definitely be calling HIM for the job. I highly recommend Ruben and his team

Ruben showed up on time and replaced my kitchen faucet rather quickly I thought. Very fairly priced service and most of all he was very respectful, putting booties on before coming into the house and very kind in answering my questions.

Holden and Nelson showed up when scheduled and we're professional and nice. Holden went above and beyond to find the clog in our main sewer line. After they cleared it they stayed to test that the water going to the line flowed freely. I started using Mahon 14 years ago for water line leak in my front yard. Greg showed up said he would have my water back on in 4 hours. He did after digging up my front yard and busting some concrete. Had it looking like new in that 4 hour time period. 4 years ago Mahon Plumbing showed up after I had a sewage overflow from my basement toilet. They found that it was a County issue by using a camera. I recommend them for any job large or small. They post up and take care of business. Also Rose, who works in the office is super nice.

Shane was the plumbing professional who serviced our home. He was very professionally and knowledgeable. He was very kind and courteous and explained our situation in great detail. A new sump pump was installed, and my family is very happy. I remodeled my laundry room and had to have the plumbing relocated. I have dealt with Mahon plumbing for decades. They always send courteous respectful and very knowledgeable technicians to your home. I have a very busy Schedule and they always show up on the day and the time they promised. They treat your home with respect and the work is always top-notch. When their work is completed they clean up and make sure you're 100% satisfied. I would recommend Mahon plumbing to anyone that needs commercial or residential work done. I promise you will not be disappointed or find a better company.

The only Priority here is to separate you from your cash. This was a simple septic drain blockage and they tried snaking the line but were not able to go beyond 23 ft for dear of damaging the snake. After a few minutes of trying they packed up and left charging $540 which was indicated to be a flat rate for this job. Total time onsite less than 40 minutes. They did offer that the entire line could be replaced at upwards of $30,000. Thanks for nothing Priority, waste of money, waste of time.

Dj (Darin) and Nick were incredibly responsive, took additional time to explain all parts and equipment and how they function to ensure my safety needs were met. They worked diligntly, efficiently and provided helpful tips on how to extend the life of the water heater. They were truly a godsend and saved me from a catastrophe of an over pressurized water heater that could burst at a moment's notice. They were incredibly professional, respectful and highly reliable. Our townhouse HOA just had a very timely routine inspection of our sewer lines with drainPro. I had several companies come and diagnose my pluming issue. Each gave me estimates that just did not feel right. A friend that was in the process of using DrainPro recommended them. Mr. Curtis was Amazing. He walked me through everything and explained it so I would understand the process. He also advised me how to file a claim with my insurance company. My parents have an older shower set up and one of the hot water knobs seized up on a Sunday night The shower wouldn’t turn off and there were. no shut off valves at that bathroom shower. I called this company and they sent their technician Kevontay out within 20 minutes! The technician realize he may need some extra parts that we’re not on the truck so he’s scheduled with me to come back the next morning first thing and complete the job. We are satisfied and I definitely recommend this, and now my parents have Shut off valves at the shower.

After a horrifying experience with a sewer line backing up into the house, we contacted big-name plumbing company. They seemed like aggressive sales-people rather than anything else. They only gave me 1 and only 1 option which would cost about as much as a new car. So we found Calvert Plumbing and Backflow Services online. I called the number and actually spoke directly to Jason, the owner of the company. Within a couple of days, he sent out Jeremy and Kyle who did everything they could for us (they were also really good with my dogs!). They were able to show me what the problem was and discuss different options available to get us back in working order (the sewer line had to be replaced due to alllllll the tree roots). Jason and Jeremy came back out to do the actual sewer line replacement. They were very thorough in explaining what was going on and even took pictures of inside the part of the line that goes under the street - also with alllllll the tree roots. They were a big-time life saver and fixed the problem on our end! All in all, Calvert Plumbing and Backflow was very professional, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and affordable. I would highly recommend them and would contact them again in the future for plumbing issues.

Outstanding customer service! I called to schedule a backflow inspection. I was scheduled for service the same day and the report/results were filed with the county the same day as well. Jason and the technician were extremely friendly. This was my third year using this company and i will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend their services!!

We use Calvert plumbing for backflow testing yearly for a very responsible price! We were admittedly late this year. Since we had already winterized our outdoor sprinkler, it was recommended to call the county & request for rescheduling to synchronize our due dates at the expense of the company. They could’ve gotten $$ out of us now & again in the early summer when it’s due but instead looked up the number for the county office & told me what to say to get the schedule changed. The lady in the county office was so sweet & understanding too! This is top notch customer service & we were already returning customers. I definitely recommend Calvert Plumbing & Backflow!

Prompt, professional and kind. Blaine was my technician. I was having issues with my water heater. I called Park Plumbing on Friday morning and Blaine came out the same day to diagnose the issue. He came out the very next morning before 9am, and replaced my hot water heater and had me back up and running before noon. I was very pleased with his professionalism and the work he did. Luke and Corey were great! They were on time, installed 2 toilets and had to troubleshoot a few issues relating with an old house but they knew exactly what to do. Park Plumbing went above and beyond to help us get our new water heater! It wasn’t an emergency replacement it just failed. We had some pipes that were not code anymore and they helped us come up with a solution that wouldn’t destroy our finished basement!! We are so thankful and impressed with them!! I've used Bodie a few times before. This was a more difficult job, replacing my hot water heater. I am a fan of small businesses, as this is usually a one-man operation. But his truck and appearance are impressive. The unit was higher quality and cheaper. He offers a 1 year warranty, followed by a 6 years oem. He took care of the registration of my warranty, which I thought was great. After using his plumbing services three times, I would highly recommend him. He told me that he's been doing this for over 20 years. He is very confident and knowledgeable.

Terrence is the best! He was there immediately when we had a toilet emergency. He was kind and professional. He worked for hours to fix everything.
