Expert Drain Cleaning in Hagerstown, MD

I called APPS on a Friday night at 8PM with an emergency sewage backup in our house. We had a plumbing professional from APPS at our home within the hour. Sebastian took the time to educate us on our entire home’s plumbing system (we were clueless) and explained in depth what he would do to diagnose and fix the issue before he got to work. The issue we had was so bad it required a backup call to a Master Plumber around 12:30AM. The Master Plumber, Bobby, came out and worked with Sebastian until 3AM to temporarily fix an issue that needed a much deeper repair. The fix allowed us to use our toilets and shower until we were able to schedule the follow-up repair!! We ended up having a massive sewer main break a few feet off our foundation. APPS was quick to schedule the repair, and when Miss Utility was slow to respond and mark the property, APPS personally contacted them and showed up at our property with Miss Utility in tow to mark all the underground utilities before the project started the following day. I can’t say enough amazing things about the attention to detail, cleanliness, and professionalism I experienced with this crew. The day of our scheduled repair, we had 5 or 6 plumbers at our property exactly when they said they would be there to begin working, and they got to work immediately. Throughout the day we had at least 10 members of their team here, and during lunch - when some of the crew went to grab food - the other guys stepped in to make sure there was no delay in getting the job done. The crew was here from 9am until about 10pm working, and they informed us of their progress and findings throughout the day. We never felt out of the loop, and we, without a doubt, knew we were receiving the best quality work we could have asked for on our home. As newer home owners experiencing devastating news regarding the original plumbing work done by the builder on our home, I felt like with APPS we had someone in our corner advocating for us. They took the time to fix the negligent mistakes of the individuals who did the original work on our sewer during building. I will never trust another plumbing company with plumbing work on our home, and I will recommend them to any one who is looking to get any kind of plumbing or HVAC services done on their homes. Our homes are supposed to be our safe havens where we can go to escape the chaos of the world, so when something catastrophic happens it’s important to feel like you have someone to call that you can trust. I TRUST APPS, and I can’t say THANK YOU enough for the time, care, and effort they put into the work they did for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt taken care of. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, APPS restored my hope and my sanity. Thank you to Sebastian and to Bobby and the entire crew for everything your team did for our family. Had a backed up sink in my kitchen on a Sunday. Tried to fix it myself with no luck. Snaked it up to 15ft. Called American Professional Plumbing and they were at my door in less than an hour. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Scott and his technician were right on time, very professional, and very efficient. He identified the problem, explained what he found, and took care of it quickly. This was a horrible clog, which he was able to show me with the camera the use. He and the technician worked very well together, which played into how quickly they got the job done. Payment was easy and everything was left clean and in great working order.

Our septic needed pumped asap because water was backing up in our tub. Couldn’t use water, washer or showers! Called them & had a servicer come out literally in 20 mins! Was shocked! Communication was very good. Chris Durbin is a professional and we appreciate his help with a difficult and confusing underground drain issue in our 100 year old home. I had the pleasure of dealing with Robby and Drew after needing the septic line leaving my house and going to the tank repaired. Excellent service! The 2 gentleman who serviced my kitchen sink and dishwasher clog were professional and incredibly kind. They arrived early to the appointment, and didn’t hesitate getting to work. They fixed my issue in about 20 minutes, all the while entertaining my dog. Thanks Mr. Ben’s for getting me brownie points with my wife. 🤣 11/10 recommend.

We were having problems with our basement drain so we called & scheduled an appointment. They were able to fit us in within a few days. We were told they would be here between 8:00 & 8:30 AM & they showed at 8:05! I’m so used to waiting around for people all day and they were right on time! The gentleman that cleaned our piping was super nice & professional. He was here for a little under an hour and left no mess behind. I was super nervous about what this would cost because this was the first “big” repair we needed in our new home. The price so was good!! Needless to say we will be continuing business with them for any future plumbing needs.

Western Maryland heating and plumbing delivered and installed a new GE oven that required a propane gas valve to be moved and relocated. Their work was as unobtrusive as possible, professional, and they took the time to install the oven as level as possible and at the right height. Very pleased with their service and highly recommend them for any of your propane gas line needs.

Putman Plumbing stayed in communication before, during and after the work. Technicians were courteous, clean, and clear on what they recommended and what work they were performing. The price, according to Average cost to snake a sewer drain per the internet, was high, but the work was efficient and effective.

We needed to replace our water heater. Spoke with Phil and he discussed benefits of tankless water heaters for our situation. We decided on 2 tankless. We received a text on the day before and then Phil, Zach, Landon, and Cam arrived per our scheduled time. They were all very professional, and gave a very accurate explanation of the process and how long it would take. The work is very well done including cleanup after. They took time to explain the heaters and using or adjusting them. We would highly recommend RT Services.

RT services responded quickly to my request to put in a propane/gas line. Caleb came out right away and gave me a fair estimate to put everything together. Our hot water heater died and we were able to get Maryland Clover out for a service call on the same day. They scoured local suppliers to find a new unit in stock that fit our very specific setup - it required a power vent - and we were back in business with hot water within 2 days! They also replaced a bad pipe in the process. A few days later, our kitchen faucet broke, so we asked Maryland Clover to come back out and install a new faucet. Both jobs were seamless and clean and the guys were great. Highly recommend!

I wanted a fireplace installed in my master bedroom. It had always been my dream. I reached out to Maryland Clover and they sent out Trevor. From the moment he walked in my home, his mannerisms, knowledge etc. was A1. He didn't know it but he had already won the bid on the job. And when he told me the price it confirmed I had made the correct choice. My project took a lot longer than we all had expected due to my work schedule. Through it all Trevor was patient with me, if I ever had a question he answered promptly. I am happy to say today 8.27.2021 we are all done. I will be hiring these guys for any future projects, as well as recommend them to others.
