He asked questions to ensure he understood the issue and the how the house was plumbed. He explained some possible outcomes/risks and then snaked out the clog successfully. Ruben showed up on time and was able to complete the work within an hour and a half.

Ruben and his team got to my place quickly and unclogged the drain in my shower very efficiently. He even explained how I can prevent future clogs and charged me a very fair price for his work. Ruben showed up on time and replaced my kitchen faucet rather quickly I thought. Very fairly priced service and most of all he was very respectful, putting booties on before coming into the house and very kind in answering my questions.

He communicated clearly and with urgency over the phone and handled my job the same day, within a few hours on a Saturday. Other companies were not as fast to respond and were not as straightforward. I just left my sisters house in DC where James did some work to repair a cracked expansion tank. The insurance adjuster had already been to the property, had the damage assessed by a professional and authorized my choice to use The Drain Fighter; James and another gentleman came to do the repairs. My sister has had 2 other assessments since the repair. Both assessed that the water heater was damaged in the process of repairing the expansion tank because it wasn’t damaged prior to the expansion tank repair as noted in the insurance assessment. I heard this from the new plumber myself!! It looks like tiny holes were drilled or something in the water heater but we couldn’t see them until the new plumber showed us!! To be honest after completing the $350 expansion tank job, my sister was informed by James that the job was completed he then said “but you need a water tank” he offered to install a water tank for $2,100 !!! But here is the issue the tank had no problems no damage before he installed a new expansion tank! Water is coming from the pipe from the hot water heater to the new expansion tank . So she had to turn the water off until it is fixed. My sister texted to complain we have copies of the text and have submitted a complaint to BBB, FTC and we are now on to a massive social media complaint with pictures!! This is horrible .

I ordered a new washer and dryer but couldn’t have them installed because the existing shut-off valves were corroded. Pierre came out to assess the situation and provided several options with clear pricing. He arrived on time, was professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything in detail—what he was doing, the updated plumbing codes, why larger commercial companies often charge much more, and why emergency services are usually scheduled on weekends. By the time he left, I felt completely confident in the work and the service provided. Pierre installed new shut-off valves so the water to the entire home no longer needs to be turned off, and he properly secured the drainage pipe to the wall, including fixing issues hidden behind the drywall that hadn’t been secured by the previous homeowner. He was also able to install both my washer and dryer, and they are running perfectly. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working smoothly. Sorry it took me so long to write this review—but the service was absolutely worth it.

They were a bit more expensive than the sewer drain guy but they spent more time on problem solving and troubleshooting, which I really appreciated. Included DIY ideas in case the sewer line clogs or backs up again. The service was thorough and very helpful. They were very professional and helpful. I would definitely consider them again for future plumbing projects. The receptionist was also very friendly and positive!

We bought an older home with slow running drains that sometimes back up in the basement and fresh water supply lines built before the city increased water pressure in the neighborhood. In one day, Rema snaked the main line of our drains out over 100 ft to city service and installed a pressure reduction valve on our incoming water supply to bring everyone up to date. I was very pleased how efficient my plumbing work was done with our gas furnace pipe replacement. I highly recommend Mr. Juan & Mr. Amilcar for there fantastic work done at my house today with replacing our main 12 inch pipe and other pipes from our gas line. They move FAST!!! Allen and Cody were Punctual and the installation was quick. I had my water heater replaced and I am very pleased with the end result. The only Priority here is to separate you from your cash. This was a simple septic drain blockage and they tried snaking the line but were not able to go beyond 23 ft for dear of damaging the snake. After a few minutes of trying they packed up and left charging $540 which was indicated to be a flat rate for this job. Total time onsite less than 40 minutes. They did offer that the entire line could be replaced at upwards of $30,000. Thanks for nothing Priority, waste of money, waste of time.

Zach and Nick arrived and were very thorough in the explanation of our options for a new hot water heater. They did a great job installing the unit, cleaned everything up, and made sure that we understood how to utilize the new hot water heater. Excellent experience all around. Garza's family runs this business with great success. They really care about their customer and what they do. Adam (who, despite his position as VP, is still on the ground) replaced my water heater the following day. The replacement was complicated by A/C piping, but Adam patiently worked his way through it and improved the situation for the next time. I wish my A/C technician had considered what he was doing. Adam is honest and I appreciate that. He was objective when he compared the pros and cons of tankless vs. tank water heaters. Both are possible, with some differences in trade-offs. I chose the water heater tank so that my family could have hot water faster and at a lower cost. Adam is meticulous in his work and completes the job correctly the first go-round. He was friendly, courteous and wore a full mask throughout the entire time. Highly recommended.

Very professional and respectful of the property. I was impressed when the general manager came himself to give an estimate and to clean up our pipeline to ensure we had running water. Said he did not want us to go without. It's a great service. He told us that if any issues arose over the weekend prior to Monday's major fix, his crew would come and do it again. I attempted to DIY a faucet repair, and fell and broke the pipe under the sink. I called Star Plumbing after a quick Google search and he came out in a little over a hour. He fixed the pipe, fixed another issue I had that I was semi aware of, and replaced my faucet. He fixed it very quickly as well for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Mr. Curtis was Amazing. He walked me through everything and explained it so I would understand the process. He also advised me how to file a claim with my insurance company. Work is not completed yet, still working on extracting water. Then will install water heater. All technicians have been Great. I will definently recommend Caton's and would use them in the future.

My parents have an older shower set up and one of the hot water knobs seized up on a Sunday night The shower wouldn’t turn off and there were. no shut off valves at that bathroom shower. I called this company and they sent their technician Kevontay out within 20 minutes! The technician realize he may need some extra parts that we’re not on the truck so he’s scheduled with me to come back the next morning first thing and complete the job. We are satisfied and I definitely recommend this, and now my parents have Shut off valves at the shower.
