Patrick was on time, careful with protecting our home from potential mess and tool damage to flooring, highly professional and an excellent communicator. UPDATE: Replaced my reducing valve recently and upgraded to brass the cutoff valve. They completed a big job for me a few months back, installing two tankless water heaters. Both jobs were priced fairly and scoped correctly. I found that both plumbers are extremely competent, and they clearly love what they do. They were both very personable, professional, and explained everything in a way non-plumbers would understand. They were extremely safety conscious, and took great care to not damage anything around the work area. The plumber I use is the best!

I've had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services. I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day. Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we're able to have it all done within a couple hours. They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.

Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway. Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits. The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned. Give them a call if you've ever needed plumbing or drainage work!

This plumbing service has been used twice. I used this plumbing service twice. The first time, it was for a new water tank. And the last job was to repair a leaky pipe. Other plumbers offered me quotes but they seemed to be very expensive. Justin was sent out to give me an estimate and explain my options the very same day I called. The price was significantly lower than other competitors. Both times, they returned the following day and completed the work on time and professionally. Everything went well and there were no surprises. They will be my first call for future plumbing issues.

My kitchen sink in my new-to-me-but-100-year-old home clogged and my puny manual snake just wasn't powerful enough. I called ABC Plumbing late in the day and Brian asked if this was an emergency or ok to wait until the morning and in the interest of saving some money, I asked for the next day. He wound up having to cut open the waste pipe and found all sorts of things (a whole chicken leg bone, how!?) trapped in the pipe before even reaching the clog. Brian patched everything up and even made a few minor improvements and we're good as we'll get without a full kitchen renovation.

Ed and his apprentice arrived at my home ahead of schedule to fix a leak around my furnace. They investigated multiple possibilities and quickly identified the source and the path to repair. We used a reputable plumber for a stop up in basement. We had a great experience with Chris. He came out the very next day to look at a possible ceiling moisture issue and was calm, thorough, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell us or jump to worst-case scenarios, which we really appreciated. After inspecting everything, he explained that there was no active leak and helped us think through likely causes, including how the shower may not have been properly sealed during construction. He even pointed out an exterior drainage/icing issue near our stairs that supports that conclusion. We felt informed, not pressured, and confident in the next steps after he left. Chris from North Point Plumbing and his team (Yeury and Jesus) did a fantastic job fixing a complex plumbing issue for us. Our upstairs bathroom's straight, 22 ft long, 55-year-old cast iron drainpipe leading to the main drain stack corroded and sagged over time, causing wastewater to backflow multiple times. Chris's estimate for replacement of the old drain line with PVC beat several others and included necessary extra work that the others didn't. Chris completed all this in one day but found that replacement of the drain line alone did not provide sufficient pitch for adequate drainage along the entire length. He determined the toilet drain stack would also need conversion to lower-profile PVC to achieve the correct drainage pitch. This added some extra scope to the job but altogether the cost remained within budget. I'm very grateful for Chris's attention to detail and resolution to get the job done right. Throughout the project Chris and his team were friendly, polite, and conscientious, and left my house clean. Most importantly, my home's drain lines are completely functional again. I absolutely recommend Chris and his team for any household plumbing needs and will be seeking their services again when needed.

Chris from Martinez Plumbing installed a new Rheem 50-gallon electric water heater for us and did an excellent job. The installation was very clean and professional, and he took the time to answer my questions about the system and maintenance. They arrived a little later than the original time window, but Chris communicated clearly and the work itself was done carefully and professionally. During the installation he also replaced our old expansion tank and a corroded shutoff valve. The piping work was neat and well organized, with clean copper connections and proper installation of the expansion tank and valves. Everything looks very professionally done and the system has been working perfectly since the installation. Chris and his assistants were courteous, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.
