Clogged outside underground pipe. To replace the pipe, they had to dig up most of my yard. Dion, his crew and the whole project were fantastic. They worked quickly and efficiently. They provided excellent customer service, and were respectful. My front yard looked great after they completed the work. No clogging and no more issues with my drains. They are great.

This company and technician are amazing! They deserve 10 stars. I requested an appointment online very late at night and the technician showed up the next morning, 8AM!!! The toilet in the second floor bathroom of my home was leaking into my first-floor living space. The technician had a clean cut and was very nice. He was also professional and knowledgeable. He was able solve my problem for only $64! I couldn't believe how cheap it was! I thought it would cost hundreds of bucks! I highly recommend this company to anyone searching for a trustworthy plumber. I'm looking to remodel two bathrooms and add a 1/2 bath in the future, and will definitely give them a call!

These people have great service! My ac was serviced via their affiliation to Home Depot. After moving into my new townhouse, I wanted to have it serviced immediately. After a few days, I realized that the unit was no longer cooling. I made a call for service. They came and performed a new inspection, and charged my system without any charge. Thanks! I will refer you to anyone that needs ac repair and service. I have a home warranty, and I hope they call you. If not, I will ask that you be sent out.

We had for the first time ever a major kitchen sink clogging issue yesterday. I called Rhino Rooter this morning and left a message for David. He called me in a very timely way and asked for an explanation of the problem and gave me a good sense of the estimate over the phone. He came in a timely way on a busy snowy day. He is very friendly and most pleasant to interact with. He was very clear in explaining what the problem was, and using his machine unclogged the pipes and all is working well now. He even fixed a problem I had caused trying to do it myself as a complimentary gift. You will not go wrong with this gentleman and his professional service at Rhino Rooter. He is very upfront about anything that may cost and does not recommend anything to be fixed if not essential. We are most grateful and have arranged with him to fix a couple of other pluming problems on a less busy day. This was emergency for us and he met our needs perfectly. The big lesson he taught us was not to try to fix it ourselves since we can make things worse (I did), and those liquid solutions do NOT work (and can be dangerous) and can damage pipes as well. Rhino Rooter did a great job clearing the blockage in my main drain this morning. After breaking up the stubborn blockage, he ran the auger 100ft to the street two more times to make sure all the debris was cleared, then tested it to guarantee the problem was truly solved before he left. David was easy to reach, easy to deal with, showed up when he said he would, and left the area clean when he was done. Best of all, his price was very fair.

THEY ARE THE BEST!!! I had a serious problem with the main drain to my house. They were here first thing in the morning and were able to fix the problem. And it was a huge problem! They were so kind and friendly and I was shocked at how inexpensive it was. Definitely a company you can trust!

Patrick was on time, careful with protecting our home from potential mess and tool damage to flooring, highly professional and an excellent communicator. I called 4/8/2021 and got the calling service that dispatched me out to the Matt who returned my call (within an hour), and was very professional over the phone and was able to schedule me in for the next morning 4/9/2021! Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway. Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits. The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned. Give them a call if you've ever needed plumbing or drainage work!

Vince arrived and cleared the toilet in just 30 minutes. He was extremely nice and left the area clean. Also told me about the 6 month guarantee for call outs and work. Ira was fantastic. He was very thorough in his work and fixed multiple issues with the original water heater installation. He also provided us with the names and numbers of a water damage company to help clean up any water damage that was caused by an improper installation. Iras efficiency, care and attention to detail would make your entire staff an amazing one.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The name to know when your drains don’t flow — and they just proved it again. I could tell we were heading toward a full-blown main sewer line disaster at one of our rental properties, so I called John’s Sewer & Drain first thing Saturday morning hoping for help before things got… unpleasant. Within about 2½ hours, their tech Paul Kelly was already on site and ready for battle. Paul was awesome — super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right. He walked through the issue, explained everything, and handled the whole situation like a pro from start to finish. He even made sure everything was well cleaned up before he left (which, given the nature of sewer work, deserves an extra five stars on its own). As someone who manages rental properties, having a company that shows up quickly and sends technicians like Paul is priceless. I’ve used John’s Sewer & Drain before and never had a bad experience, but this one was next level. It was a great reminder of why they truly are the name to know when your drains don’t flow. I just had John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning out for some maintenance work on my drainage system, and the experience was outstanding. Mike (#312) arrived within a few hours of my call to inspect the main sewer line from my house to the city street sewer. He thoroughly explained their video inspection service and how it takes a close look at the sewer line, keeping an eye out for clogs, cracks in the underground pipes, and tree roots breaking through the pipe. He walked me through the entire process and even provided a USB stick of the video when he was finished. We had an issue with our septic pipes and John's was great. Aidan came first thing in the next morning and cleared up our issues. He was very nice, quick and cleaned everything as soon as he was done. The service was reasonably priced for the work done and I'm very happy with the service provided.

My kitchen sink in my new-to-me-but-100-year-old home clogged and my puny manual snake just wasn't powerful enough. I called ABC Plumbing late in the day and Brian asked if this was an emergency or ok to wait until the morning and in the interest of saving some money, I asked for the next day. He wound up having to cut open the waste pipe and found all sorts of things (a whole chicken leg bone, how!?) trapped in the pipe before even reaching the clog. Brian patched everything up and even made a few minor improvements and we're good as we'll get without a full kitchen renovation.

I have never worked with a contractor of any kind more willing to go the extra mile, educate the customer, and respond when needed. ABC is aces.

This was an amazing experience! I had waited all day for another company to show up and eventually had to cancel because it was already 4pm and I still had no idea when they were coming. It was Friday night with a major snowstorm expected this weekend and I made a last-minute call to Mr. Drain to see if they could help unclog my drain. I called at 5:18pm, and Aaron had already come and gone by 6:30pm! My pipes are now draining perfectly. Aaron was wonderful, and Christine, the owner, was equally incredible. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I called Johnson Brother's Plumbing in a panic as the main drain out to the pipes in the street was backed up. I have tenants and there was a bad smell in the basement. I called three plumbers and Nate Johnson was the only one who answered his phone. He was incredibly polite and was able to come to the house that same day, diagnose the problem, and clear the line. He was professional, skilled, and he did it all for a very fair price. He helped me out of very tough day, and I can't say how grateful I am for his help. They were very responsive and got the job done in a very timely fashion. They came within 2 days of my call. They replaced my vanit and I would strongly recommend them- nice service. They will be coming back to finish the back splash. I am very happy with their work.

It would have made much more sense (and been a great deal less obvious) if the plastic tubing was anchored along the wood shelf and run through the garage wall as there was space to place the outside faucet further down. Also, curious as to why two holes were drilled through the plasterboard where the tubing exits the garage. Bill was paid with an additional 10 percent tip for time spent. I thought the job was pretty straightforward-wish I had supervised work more closely.

Frankie did a fantastic job! I had a blocked toilet and a garbage disposal issue as well as the dishwasher backing up into the sink but within 2 hours, my problems were gone! I would recommend him for his professionalism, his can do attitude, and his quick service time!
