So I went on Google Looking up plumbers in my Area Came Across a large company Let’s call the Dodo-Rooter booked a plumber who was very Blue in the Gills to say he was a novice is an understatement was very scared to do the job, luckily my carpenter recommended United drain 1 phone call with Sam and another with Shannon Sharp had me feeling relieved they actually had the right idea, it took Shannon about 30 minutes to fix a problem that the other guys had been working on for five hours!! I won hundred percent undoubtably trust these guys and their experience more than I would trust anyone else. Needless to say, these guys put anybody else in the dust.

I was referred to united by Mazzone plumbing for my clogged main sewer line. I had someone at my door 2 hours after I called, and the issue was fixed within an hour and a half. Friendly and knowledgeable and would recommend!

It was three days before Thanksgiving and I had a tub and a sink that wouldn’t drain properly. I called United Drain from work around 10 am - they were at my house around 3 the same day. Nate was very pleasant and obviously knowledgeable. In about an hour the job was done. The cost was very reasonable, too. Excellent company! L. Williams Northborough, MA

Breno was a great guy, but the service was overpriced. We needed to snake a tub drain that was clogged with hair. They charged $525 for less than an hour of work. I also wanted to replace a stuck cleanout, but they quoted $1900 for that so had to pass. They did give $50 veterans discount. I'm thankful they fixed the issue same day, but it was double the national average for this service. Roto-Rooter may have been cheaper.

Just want to give a huge shout out to Dennis M from Sharp Plumbing and Heating Company! He came out to fix my super clogged kitchen sink. He was awesome! He walked me through everything he was doing and explained the issue. Highly recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sharp Plumbing. Breno, Gabriel, Gui, Nick, and Eric were fantastic. This is what they do. Plumbing. So they know it and have mastered it. They are as professional as they come. From my first call, I was so overly impressed with not only getting a live person, but having him get someone out to me same day when I had no hot water. They call you and text when you they are about to come your way. You get a text with a pic and name of who's coming so you feel safe. And then once they do the diagnosis, they have you do a quick conference call with their service managers so they can thoroughly explain what the issues are and offer multiple options for remedies. I have never had a company do this. I was very pleased. It turns out Navien tankless water heater was toast. Would have cost 1/2 the cost of a new one to fix and there's no guarantee other parts of it wouldn't fail going forward. So they walked me through my options and suggested a Rinnai tankless water heater. Superior brand. Very few issues. Easier to maintain. And they professionally install them and offer years of service and maintenance with the purchase. I haven't been this impressed with a "home repair" place before. These guys are just top notch and set the bar for what I'd love to see from any company that has to come into my home to work on something small or major. Highly recommend them, their professionalism, their communication, their work, and their unmatched commitment to the customer.

I can’t recommend Gustafson enough. From start to finish, they were outstanding. I needed a sewer line repair, and Shayna went above and beyond to get us scheduled quickly. Bruce came out to provide a quote, which was more than fair. The crew—Drew, Sean, Connor, and Javaughn—were professional, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing every step of the way, which I really appreciated. I never once felt like I was getting the runaround. I’ll be using Gustafson for all my future plumbing needs.

Gustafson plumbers visited my house for a septic back up - these guys went above and beyond in customer service, personality, and overall experience. We investigated every possible cause within their scope of practice and they even called out supervisors to ensure we exhausted every option. I cannot thank them all for their professionalism and expertise. All of this on a same day call out at a VERY reasonable price. I will be sure to call them again in the future for my plumbing needs!

G&L is great! I recently had a small leak in my bathroom sink. My neighbors recommended G&L Plumbing for all their experience and I am so grateful!!! I called G&L and the ladies were so friendly and helpful!! The ladies took the time to determine what I needed and how urgent the problem was. We decided that I also wanted to replace my toilet so the G&L receptionist arranged to send their plumber, Steve. Steve was great! He called me up from the warehouse and together we picked out a toilet. He then arrived at my home on time and proceeded to work diligently and efficiently. He answered all of my questions and I did my best not to pester him. He fixed my sink and replaced my toilet and when he was done, the bathroom was cleaner than before! Steve is awesome! He and the ladies of G&L have earned my respect and future business! Thank you!! Ten stars!!!

The guys from Best Yet Installations who installed my new dishwasher a few months ago were awesome! Great communication, came fully prepared, professional, courteous. They not only installed the dishwasher but fixed the old, out of code electric outlet and drain hose. On the spot for a reasonable charge. I highly recommend this company and plan to hire them in the future!

I purchased a dishwasher through Best Buy and Best Yet was the determined installer. I ended up getting a full refund from Best Buy because of how poor my experience with this company was. They’ve been to my property 3x trying to install a dishwasher (literally just a swap out from my previous one) and to this day the dishwasher is not properly installed. It leans. It continues to be dislodged and not affixed. It doesn’t rinse properly. Maybe that is where the “yet” part of “Best Yet” comes from because I’m still waiting for them to actually install the dishwasher at a professional level. Aside from not being able to install the dishwasher, they provided a 4 hour installation window for the first attempt and showed up outside of that window (late). The second installation attempt didn’t last more than a few weeks before it malfunctioned. The third installation attempt they “scheduled me” for a date/time only to never show up because “oops you weren’t actually on the schedule”. Once properly scheduled, the third installation attempt worked for some time, but, once again, has reverted back to a semi functioning state while being not properly installed. As another reviewer stated, I wish I could provide less than 1 star. Be careful purchasing anything from Best Buy if Best Yet will be doing the installation because you’ll probably have your worst experience yet. PS - despite sharing all this feedback with their company, I never received any follow up from management in any capacity to in anyway indicate that they care about their customers. Feels like a volume/transactional business that could care less about customer retention and loyalty.

They get one star because it is the least I can give. These people did incredibly poor work, told my wife she had to buy their materials and extremely high prices instead of using the water, gas and exhaust lines sent by Best Buy (this doesn’t appear to have been necessary). They charged her an absurd amount for a passive ‘make up’ air supply for the dryer that was just 3 small circular holes through an internal wall with dirty scratch vent covers on both sides, which they didn’t even anchor in the drywall. Plus a 4th circular hole was cut into the wall stud and they didn’t even replace the drywall patch. The broke the anchored wall mount for the water off the wall, leaving what looks like some water damage. This must be some kickback scheme with a friend at Best Buy. Never use them or Best Buy is all I can suggest.

I had a new steam boiler heating system installed by Omar from DeWolfe. His team arrived on-time and began removing my nearly 20 year old system and installing the new one. They completed the job in 1.5 days, which was great. After the work was completed, Omar made sure all my radiators were working well and fixed one that was found not working in my children's room. Afterwards he brought me down to the basement to give me a rundown of safety and operation. He answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgeable. I now have a happy warm home and it all came at a more affordable price than some other large, local competitors. Ryan assisted me with the quotation process and he also was courteous in answering my calls and answering any questions I had before feeling comfortable in moving forward. No pressure sales, just helpful and available. So thank you to everyone involved, I will recommend you to anyone who asks.

We had our boiler system replaced over a two day period. Omar and G Did a fantastic job! Everything looked perfect. They explained every detail of the system to me and answered all my questions. Josh came this morning for an emergent call. Gas company came last night for what turned out to be 2 gas leaks and shut off service to our boiler. Josh checked out the boiler and did all necessary testing to determine what was going on. Fixed the issue and our boiler is functioning properly now. Never had any gas leak problems in the past so this was very scary to have to deal with. Josh reassured us that our boiler is all set so we can rest easy. We plan on getting a monthly contract with DeWolfe because we were so impressed with the genuine concern they had for our safety and well being. Would recommend this company for the great and timely service they provide!

Curtis Jr. helped replace our water heater and handle a few other tasks. It is very hard to find someone who is customer-friendly, a true small business, and really great at their job. Curtis checks all the boxes. Most of all, he is honest and reliable. I highly recommend him.

Stake Plumbing is fantastic!! They recently installed all the plumbing in my new 3 car garage & work shop, which included a new complex water filtration system, hot water, sinks, rerouting well lines, and irrigation feeds and external spigots. All their work was to high standards, on time, and competitively priced. They also stand behind their work.... when a well pump check valve started acting up, they came out immediately and replaced at no charge. Curtis Jr. is a knowledgeable and hardworking professional, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend them!

I called Monroe in the morning about a boiler problem and a technician came in the afternoon even though we have never used their service before. The technician Keith quickly identified the problem, got the parts, and fixed it all in the same day so i got heat. He is very professional and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service.

Initial service was excellent. My water heater was replaced within 24hrs of calling. But.. my old heater was under warranty and I have not been able to get Monroe to either submit the warranty claim or respond to calls about the issue. I have been calling for about 7 months at this point. Overall, I am disappointed with the office support and am out a good bit of $$'s on the warranty. ** I see your response that you have called HTP, but HTP website does not allow homeowner to submit (I tried) and you have not called me to inform me of anything. I still feel that you have failed to include or inform me.

The plumber, Dan Hamlin, did a great job for us! The shower in this 140 year old house (above an old tub on feet!) had several problems including needing an entire faucet replacement. Dan had to fit the new assembly onto new copper pipes replacing the old corroded brass pipes! The shower now works great!! Dan and his helper were courteous, smart, prepared with drop clothes, and left areas clean! I recommend him and Monroe Home solutions without reservations! I will hire them again for work needed in another bathroom!!
