Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful. The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be reaching out to Darnell again in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

Darnell was the best, I had clogged main line to city sewer, as far as I know hadn’t been cleaned in 65 years. It was quite an ordeal to get it cleaned out but Darnell’s attitude was “I never give up” had to come back a couple of times, used I think four different machines to get the job done but got squared away with the help of his partner the self described “good looking chubby Spanish kid”. Reasonably priced considering the amount of time and effort it took to get the job done. Would recommend for solving any drain problems.

This was an amazing experience! I had waited all day for another company to show up and eventually had to cancel because it was already 4pm and I still had no idea when they were coming. It was Friday night with a major snowstorm expected this weekend and I made a last-minute call to Mr. Drain to see if they could help unclog my drain. I called at 5:18pm, and Aaron had already come and gone by 6:30pm! My pipes are now draining perfectly. Aaron was wonderful, and Christine, the owner, was equally incredible. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Emmanuel was great! I found his website by googling “affordable plumbers near me”. It was super easy to text him about my leaking water heater. He had me take photos and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He is so friendly, nice and hardworking. He showed up before the snowstorm and worked for 2+ hours replacing my hot water heater, with new copper piping and handle valve; and removal of the old, leaking water heater. I called Johnson Brother's Plumbing in a panic as the main drain out to the pipes in the street was backed up. I have tenants and there was a bad smell in the basement. I called three plumbers and Nate Johnson was the only one who answered his phone. He was incredibly polite and was able to come to the house that same day, diagnose the problem, and clear the line. They were very responsive and got the job done in a very timely fashion. They came within 2 days of my call. They replaced my vanit and I would strongly recommend them- nice service. They will be coming back to finish the back splash. I am very happy with their work.

It would have made much more sense (and been a great deal less obvious) if the plastic tubing was anchored along the wood shelf and run through the garage wall as there was space to place the outside faucet further down. Also, curious as to why two holes were drilled through the plasterboard where the tubing exits the garage. Bill was paid with an additional 10 percent tip for time spent. I thought the job was pretty straightforward-wish I had supervised work more closely.

All of the people I dealt with were very responsive and professional. They were very reasonable on pricing and offered a variety of options. They did quality job--installing 2 dry wells; hydrojetting a corrugated drain that was old and installing new PVC drainage in my yard. When I had a problem with the install, they came to my house that same day to diagnose the issue and made free improvements under warranty. Highly recommended

Christopher and Jack worked so efficiently and professionally. The work was extensive on a house that had been built in the past. Not only did they correct an earlier plumber’s work, but they also fixed a few other issues. The garage is left better than it was when they arrived. The prices were about average. Not the lowest, but not the highest. Please see the photo of my water heater, which is now code compliant. They will be my first call.

Frankie did a fantastic job! I had a blocked toilet and a garbage disposal issue as well as the dishwasher backing up into the sink but within 2 hours, my problems were gone! I would recommend him for his professionalism, his can do attitude, and his quick service time!

We have been in this house since 1961 and Plumbing solutions has done a fabulous job with keeping everything working perfectly. We recently had No heat in the real cold temperatures, called Plumbing Solution and they responded right away. We needed a new furnace as the one we had in the house was 25 years old would have cost too much to repair and not worth repairing at 25 years, we decided to buy a new one. Plumber Solutions not only responding in one day to diagnose what was wrong, came out the next day to install new furnace and they made sure we had heat overnight with bypassing the thermostat so the furnace would continue working overnight. Just simply wonderful. The guys are real nice and do outstanding work. We had a new furnace in one day! My 92 year old mother appreciates you and thanks you, we as a family appreciate you.
