Patrick was quite polite and professional. He called me to say he would be a little late. He did a great job explaining to us what he was doing. We are very happy with his work and will call him in the future for any drain related problems!

Patrick was great! We had a issue where water was backing up into the house. Call Drain Frog and Patrick arrived 25 minutes later. He quickly diagnosed the issue, removed our guest bathroom toilet and used that toilet drain to run his snaking equipment and clear the blockage. He thoroughly tested the fix, then reinstalled toilet and cleaned up. Patrick was a pleasure, he was articulate, professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate calling him again.

A family member recommended this company, and it turned out to be the best decision. Josh responded immediately and came out right away to assess the situation. I highly recommend this company. I had roto rooter out to my place and they changed 450. And did not fix the problem, also want to cut into floors and ceiling, just for a clogged tub. Jay and his guy came out and fix the problem in less then 30 minutes, no cutting floor or ceiling. I love these guys. Great guys, they know what they are doing.

This was honestly the best experience you could hope for when dealing with a plumbing issue during the night in the dead of winter. I called after 8PM and immediately got a call back and was able to Facetime to describe the issue. Then they were able to come fix the issue immediately the next morning. I live in New Bedford and needed my main sewerage pipe replaced as it was backing up into my basement roughly every 6 months. I called many companies trying to hire as it was an emergency. Nobody answered until I called Coelho's Plumbing & Heating. When I told him my problem, he came over the very next day to give me a free estimate. The company started the job 2 days later. And a great job they did. This took a phenomenal amount of stress off of me. Here we are about two weeks later and I get a call from the owner, just to make sure everything went good. Well it went great, and I would refer this company through all my friends and immediate family in a minute! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Terrible work. Held up my house project for weeks, and would not answer the phone. Baseboards make noise along with the plumbing in the ceiling that I complained about But it was never fixed. Poor craftsmanship was left with a major bathroom leak from the upstairs drain pipe into the downstairs shower. Extremely unprofessional service. Would not recommend.

I had a plumbing/heating emergency after hour's, even though David was already on another job, he still took my call and patiently walked me through a temporary fix over the phone. He showed up first thing the next morning and completed the repair quickly and professionally at a fair and comparable price. Highly satisfied. Called regarding a blocked main sewer line. I immediately received a call from the owner and had a call to schedule a visit 5-10 minutes later. They were at my house within 30 minutes. Devin and Will were excellent, professional and cleared the line quickly. Very reasonably priced. I will be telling coworkers and friends about Speedy Rooter.

The other week my son was in the basement and called my husband down as he heard water. My husband took the pipes apart and snaked what he can. We were advised to call as the issue was WAY down the drain. They came next AM and all they cleared were the pipes, NOT my wallet. Highly recommend.

Called them because the main sewer line was clogged came right out first thing in the morning snaked it all the way to the street with no issues at all 2nd time using them I would highly recommend them they are incredible

Rob and his crew were great! Addition with a completely new bathroom which involved getting through 2 foundations and connecting to existing main drain. Everything looks and works great, very polite and respectful crew, cleaned up each day and went above and beyond.

I have enjoyed working with Rob and RP Plumbing Rob had always been very responsive to our schedule and their work is excellent.

Got our old system working even though we only had him out to take a look and give us a quote on a replacement. We assumed it was shot and were ready to pay for a full install. Thank you Rob!

Had a great experience with Mr Rooter! They found issues with a leaking pipe in my basement I didn't know I had! They were professional and cleaned up after they were done. They even negotiated a very fair price and educated me on how to maintain the drain in my kitchen sink. Won't be using anyone else from now on!!

Had a great experience with this plumber. He fixed my sink quickly and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. He was super nice and friendly, explained what was going on, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. They were able to come out within two days of my request, which was a huge relief. He also left the space spotless when he was done, which I loved.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Showed up 4 hrs late, had to call the office 3x before someone got back to me about when Darryl would arrive. Had them check my brand new shower installation for low water pressure. Darryl said my shower head might be clogged and replaced with a silver piece did that did not match the rest of my bathroom fixtures. I asked if there was a way to improve the water pressure with my current shower head or replace it with the same style. Darryl became very angry saying he wasn’t going to go back and forth, I had to have the silver one or he wouldn’t help me. Darryl’s assistant offered some alternate solutions to try to improve the water pressure when Darryl told him “Shut up! Don’t talk when we go to jobs, you’re just a helper.” I declined the offer for the silver shower head piece. He aggressively reattached my original shower head leaving scratches and damage to the finish and stormed out of my home. I called and spoke with manager Mike about my horrible experience with Darryl and replacement for my now damaged shower head when I was told that “they do not owe me anything” and hung up on me. One of the most unprofessional and horrible companies I have ever worked with.

On site on time on the money the a1 crew was awesome our bath room remodel and kitchen remodel come out great we couldn’t be any happy with quality of the works would use again
