Patrick didn't give me the run around. He said he would show up in fa ew hours and he did, actually even earlier then expected and we needed the service asap, since our main Sewer line was clogged. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The name to know when your drains don’t flow — and they just proved it again. I could tell we were heading toward a full-blown main sewer line disaster at one of our rental properties, so I called John’s Sewer & Drain first thing Saturday morning hoping for help before things got… unpleasant. Within about 2½ hours, their tech Paul Kelly was already on site and ready for battle. Paul was awesome — super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right. He walked through the issue, explained everything, and handled the whole situation like a pro from start to finish. He even made sure everything was well cleaned up before he left (which, given the nature of sewer work, deserves an extra five stars on its own). As someone who manages rental properties, having a company that shows up quickly and sends technicians like Paul is priceless. I’ve used John’s Sewer & Drain before and never had a bad experience, but this one was next level. It was a great reminder of why they truly are the name to know when your drains don’t flow. If your pipes are plotting against you… call John’s.

I just had John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning out for some maintenance work on my drainage system, and the experience was outstanding. Mike (#312) arrived within a few hours of my call to inspect the main sewer line from my house to the city street sewer. He thoroughly explained their video inspection service and how it takes a close look at the sewer line, keeping an eye out for clogs, cracks in the underground pipes, and tree roots breaking through the pipe. He walked me through the entire process and even provided a USB stick of the video when he was finished. The inspection showed everything was clear, so there was no need for additional cleaning or to pay for any other services, which was something I really appreciated. Mike was genuinely committed to making sure I only paid for services I actually needed. It’s rare to find someone so honest, caring, and focused on helping things run smoothly without unnecessary costs. Their honesty and transparency were truly refreshing. While he was here, he also snaked our bathroom drain, which had been draining very slowly, and that process was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning and Mike (#312). I fully trust their work ethic and quality, which has made me a customer for life. I'll absolutely call them again for any future drain maintenance or services. No need to look at anyone else, go with John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning (and ask for Mike #312!)

We had an issue with our septic pipes and John's was great. Aidan came first thing in the next morning and cleared up our issues. He was very nice, quick and cleaned everything as soon as he was done. The service was reasonably priced for the work done and I'm very happy with the service provided.

UPDATE: I was blown away by how quickly this was handled. Fred, the owner, called me first thing the very next morning and couldn’t have been nicer super down to earth, easy to talk to, and truly understanding. He immediately sent out his senior plumber to take care of everything I wanted addressed, and the work was outstanding. Between Fred’s personal attention and the excellent quality of the work, this was an all around fantastic experience. I couldn’t be happier with how the tankless hot water system turned out. Highly recommend them, thank you Fred and team. We had our HVAC and tankless unit installed by MillTown in 2020 as part of a hydronic heating system. A month ago, the commercial‑grade tank they installed failed. Rheem covered the tank under warranty, but MillTown charged $5,800 for the replacement — which was essentially a retrofit with minimal changes. After reviewing the work, it was clear the job should have been closer to $3,000 based on industry standards and actual scope. Unfortunately, the workmanship was disappointing. The system was left in a condition that doesn’t reflect professional standards — including a drain valve positioned against another pipe, making it impossible to drain the system properly. I provided photos and a detailed email to MillTown expressing these concerns. Their response was that there “wasn’t much to do,” and they offered only a $500 credit toward a future service. Given the excessive pricing and the quality of work, a credit for a future service wasn’t a reasonable solution, and I declined it. Another concern: their website offers no way to contact the owner or any managers directly. For a company that presents itself as family‑run, that lack of transparency says a lot. Overall, the experience was frustrating — from the high cost to the poor workmanship to the dismissive response. Originally called for blocked drain pipe to drywell. Took several visits to finally have them run a snake and camera. Determination was frozen pipe and they couldn't do anything about it - leaving me the customer to purchase hose to suck out standing water, blow warm air into pipe, add de-icer liquid and continue snaking the pipe on my own. Total cost was over $1800. The inside connection to the drain pipe was replaced with minimal materials. Overall, I was not satisfied with the result (drain still clogged) and the cost for work performed seems way out of proportion.

Jonathan and Justyn did a hot water heater replacement for us. They showed up on time, were very polite, and did excellent work. We have a slab foundation and our hot water tank is stuffed in the bathroom closet along with our furnace. They had to work in a very small space all day and even had to remove the toilet and closet doors in order to do the installation. Everything was put back cleaner and in better condition than before. They went above and beyond including reconfiguring the piping layout so that in the future, repairs/the next replacement will go even smoother. After installation, they cleaned up and left the space spotless. We are SO happy with the work that was done and the price we paid. We will definitely continue to use MillTown and would request Jonathan and Justyn in the future for any plumbing needs. Can't recommend MillTown enough!

Successful Clearing of 2nd floor drain line to main line. Rooterman (Joe) successful in clearing line that in past couldn't be fullly opened by other clean out companies. Good quick complete work. Previously cleaned and CCTV of 1st floor and main line issues and roots. Rooterman has now opened all drain pipes in my house that have been an issue for past many years. Thanks Joe and Rooterman.

I have worked with RooterMan for years on properties I manage commercially and they have always been fantastic. That said this is the first time I’ve needed them to come to my House to find and repair the source of a sewer issue. Not only did Joe come a few minutes ahead of schedule, he walked us through our options showed us where the issue was in the camera when they went through, repaired the issue and gave advice for future. He completed all of this while Being friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the back up for us which he certainly didn’t need to. Cant recommended the on site or office team any more !! Highly recommended!!!

Jeff F. was my hero today! In an embarrassing accident my phone fell into the toilet and the magnetic kickstand disconnected without me realizing it. When I finally connected the timing of my missing kickstand and a mysterious clogged toilet (the one and only toilet we have in our house!) I was freaking out a little bit. 128 Plumbing was SO nice, from Renee who answered my slightly panicked call and assured me someone could come out today, to Jeff F. the drain expert who was at my house no more than an hour later. He was kind about my accident, and clearly explained all the scenarios (and the pricing structures) he would try. The first step was the auger and he went in with it like a pro. Less than 5 minutes later my sparkly kickstand popped out and we literally cheered and high fived! I would definitely recommend 128 Plumbing for their kindness, availability, and professionalism in getting the job done!

I got a few quotes for a new heating system and 128 Heating was the middle price and they did an amazing job. Great communication from the beginning to the end. The workers were very professional and explained everything as they were doing the install when I asked questions. I will be signing up for the yearly maintenance check.

I had a new heating and cooling system inst system installed last year by 128 plumbing, heating, cooling & electric. They did an excellent job and I was extremely satisfied. I called them becaust I needed a new toilet installed. The plumber Steven L. Arrived at my house earlier than I expected. Was able to find a toilet that matched my existing fixtures. He left for a short while and returned with the new toilet. Steven L. did an excellent job with the installation everything went very well. The area was clean when he left. Within an hour of us calling, Christopher arrived fully equipped to help us clear a stubborn shower drain. About an hour after that, he had not only fixed the problem, but also took a look at the rest of our plumbing system and gave us thorough instructions how to upkeep it ourselves (and therefore save lots of money in the process). Speaking of money, he was upfront about costs of service, so there weren't any unexpected or hidden fees. Best of all, he was respectful to us, our home, and our appliances. Christopher went above and beyond to help us on a stressful Saturday morning - highly recommend his services for anyone who needs plumbing assistance!

We had a great experience with Chris. He came out the very next day to look at a possible ceiling moisture issue and was calm, thorough, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell us or jump to worst-case scenarios, which we really appreciated. After inspecting everything, he explained that there was no active leak and helped us think through likely causes, including how the shower may not have been properly sealed during construction. He even pointed out an exterior drainage/icing issue near our stairs that supports that conclusion. We felt informed, not pressured, and confident in the next steps after he left. Zach is so great! I had a nightmare kitchen counter install this week. Zack was so helpful and EXTREMELY knowledgeable about reconnecting my new faucet and undermount sink, which required my water supply pipes and drain to be reconfigured..he made me feel extremely taken care of, he explained everything that was needed, in a way that I could understand before doing the work. I cannot say enough good things about Zach and Saba Plumbing. I got a new refrigerator and needed my water line hooked up. Simple enough, right? Not exactly. The old water line was severed, so it needed to be completely replaced, which required Zach to put on a full Tyvek suit, crawl into a dark space in my basement underneath my kitchen floor and feed the line back to the hook up. It was a lot but, somehow he did it with patience, an awesome attitude and explained every step along the way. And in the next month or so I’ll have him back to replace my kitchen faucet and remove my garbage disposal. A lesser contractor might’ve run from my house and never looked back but, Zach’s affordable and worth every penny, professional and does what he says. And he was available when I needed him. I’d recommend him to anyone.
