Darnell came out to replace the wax seal on my toilet as well as repair the water line. After these repairs he located a clog to the main line. He took the time to explain and show me the problem, then came back to clear it. On top of being skilled and efficient, Darnell was also very kind and respectful, which made the whole experience way less stressful. The pricing was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be reaching out to Darnell again in the future and cannot recommend him enough!

Darnell was the best, I had clogged main line to city sewer, as far as I know hadn’t been cleaned in 65 years. It was quite an ordeal to get it cleaned out but Darnell’s attitude was “I never give up” had to come back a couple of times, used I think four different machines to get the job done but got squared away with the help of his partner the self described “good looking chubby Spanish kid”. Reasonably priced considering the amount of time and effort it took to get the job done. Would recommend for solving any drain problems.

Amazing service. They unclogged our very clogged pipes and fixed our sink pipes too. They came right away on a Monday morning after booking on Sunday night. They were super professional. Ed and his apprentice arrived at my home ahead of schedule to fix a leak around my furnace. They investigated multiple possibilities and quickly identified the source and the path to repair. From there, they quickly secured the new part and fixed my furnace so there is no more condensation leak. UPDATE: Replaced my reducing valve recently and upgraded to brass the cutoff valve. They completed a big job for me a few months back, installing two tankless water heaters. Both jobs were priced fairly and scoped correctly. I found that both plumbers are extremely competent, and they clearly love what they do. They were both very personable, professional, and explained everything in a way non-plumbers would understand. They were extremely safety conscious, and took great care to not damage anything around the work area. The plumber I use is the best!

I got home from work that night heard a loud noise in my utility room when I went to check water was pouring out from my water tank and my utility room was beginning to get flooded. I was franctic I googled emergency plumbing in my area most companies I called I didn’t get a response from. I came across Emmanuel and called him in a panic at 11:30pm and told him what happened. He was at my house within 15mins assessed the situation and he recommended I get a new water tank. The next day at 6am he showed up with a new one and installed it for a reasonable price. Emmanuel was great! I found his website by googling “affordable plumbers near me”. It was super easy to text him about my leaking water heater. He had me take photos and talked me through shutting off my main water valve. He is so friendly, nice and hardworking. He showed up before the snowstorm and worked for 2+ hours replacing my hot water heater, with new copper piping and handle valve; and removal of the old, leaking water heater. The price was totally reasonable for what a new hot water heater installation costs. Plus, make sure to check out the SPECIALS section on his website! Lots of deals to help you save money. We had for the first time ever a major kitchen sink clogging issue yesterday. I called Rhino Rooter this morning and left a message for David. He called me in a very timely way and asked for an explanation of the problem and gave me a good sense of the estimate over the phone. He came in a timely way on a busy snowy day. He is very friendly and most pleasant to interact with. He was very clear in explaining what the problem was, and using his machine unclogged the pipes and all is working well now. He even fixed a problem I had caused trying to do it myself as a complimentary gift. You will not go wrong with this gentleman and his professional service at Rhino Rooter. He is very upfront about anything that may cost and does not recommend anything to be fixed if not essential. We are most grateful and have arranged with him to fix a couple of other pluming problems on a less busy day. This was emergency for us and he met our needs perfectly. The big lesson he taught us was not to try to fix it ourselves since we can make things worse (I did), and those liquid solutions do NOT work (and can be dangerous) and can damage pipes as well. I've had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services. I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day. Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we're able to have it all done within a couple hours. They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.

Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway. Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits. The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned. Give them a call if you've ever needed plumbing or drainage work!

This plumbing service has been used twice. I used this plumbing service twice. The first time, it was for a new water tank. And the last job was to repair a leaky pipe. Other plumbers offered me quotes but they seemed to be very expensive. Justin was sent out to give me an estimate and explain my options the very same day I called. The price was significantly lower than other competitors. Both times, they returned the following day and completed the work on time and professionally. Everything went well and there were no surprises. They will be my first call for future plumbing issues.

Came over within a day after I discovered a leak, Nate explained everything clearly, why the leaked happened and what I can do to prevent it and gave me peace of mind that its not a leak that caused significant damage. A few years ago I also needed to replace my hot water tank, had a new one by monday (tank failed saturday morning). Got it up tight stairs and into a tight spot no issue!

After a ridiculous estimate was given by another company, the estimators came out to make a more reasonable offer. The work was done well. Septic abandonment with sewer tie-in.
