We had for the first time ever a major kitchen sink clogging issue yesterday. I called Rhino Rooter this morning and left a message for David. He called me in a very timely way and asked for an explanation of the problem and gave me a good sense of the estimate over the phone. He came in a timely way on a busy snowy day. He is very friendly and most pleasant to interact with. He was very clear in explaining what the problem was, and using his machine unclogged the pipes and all is working well now. He even fixed a problem I had caused trying to do it myself as a complimentary gift. You will not go wrong with this gentleman and his professional service at Rhino Rooter. He is very upfront about anything that may cost and does not recommend anything to be fixed if not essential. We are most grateful and have arranged with him to fix a couple of other pluming problems on a less busy day. This was emergency for us and he met our needs perfectly. The big lesson he taught us was not to try to fix it ourselves since we can make things worse (I did), and those liquid solutions do NOT work (and can be dangerous) and can damage pipes as well. Rhino Rooter did a great job clearing the blockage in my main drain this morning. After breaking up the stubborn blockage, he ran the auger 100ft to the street two more times to make sure all the debris was cleared, then tested it to guarantee the problem was truly solved before he left. David was easy to reach, easy to deal with, showed up when he said he would, and left the area clean when he was done. Best of all, his price was very fair.

I called 4/8/2021 and got the calling service that dispatched me out to the Matt who returned my call (within an hour), and was very professional over the phone and was able to schedule me in for the next morning 4/9/2021! Our main sewer line had some problems. Cast iron pipes that were originally installed in the house had corroded, and some sections even had bottomed. Axel was sent to assess the situation after we called Drain & Water. The two options were: 1) relining the sewer main line under the concrete slab; and 2) pipe burst the sewer main line under the driveway. Their quote was substantially lower than that of two other plumbers for the same scope. Axel responded to all of our concerns and questions. He was in good contact with us during the entire process. Drain & Water coordinated the underground utility service and handled all permits. The crew came to our house every day to introduce themselves, tell us what they planned to do and give us a schedule of when the drains would be closed due to the work they were doing on the sewer line. They also gave us an estimate for when they could be used again. Every day they cleaned. Give them a call if you've ever needed plumbing or drainage work!

I've had them come out to my house twice and have been completely satisfied with their services. I made a call to see if they could unclog my main drain and they were able to send someone to clear it the same day. Also my water heater needed to be replaced and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. After the estimate, they were able to come the next day and install my new water heater and we're able to have it all done within a couple hours. They are super professional and friendly. Also love that they provide a courtesy call before knocking on the door.

Mitch is a good guy to help you troubleshoot a tankless water heating system. He is honest, straightforward. He finished the job in a reasonable period of time. He had a good understanding of the problem, and deep cleaned the unit. He quoted a price that was cheaper than the vast majority of plumbers licensed in Sacramento.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The name to know when your drains don’t flow — and they just proved it again. I could tell we were heading toward a full-blown main sewer line disaster at one of our rental properties, so I called John’s Sewer & Drain first thing Saturday morning hoping for help before things got… unpleasant. Within about 2½ hours, their tech Paul Kelly was already on site and ready for battle. Paul was awesome — super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and clearly someone who takes pride in doing the job right. He walked through the issue, explained everything, and handled the whole situation like a pro from start to finish. He even made sure everything was well cleaned up before he left (which, given the nature of sewer work, deserves an extra five stars on its own). As someone who manages rental properties, having a company that shows up quickly and sends technicians like Paul is priceless. I’ve used John’s Sewer & Drain before and never had a bad experience, but this one was next level. It was a great reminder of why they truly are the name to know when your drains don’t flow. If your pipes are plotting against you… call John’s.

I just had John’s Sewer & Drain Cleaning out for some maintenance work on my drainage system, and the experience was outstanding. Mike (#312) arrived within a few hours of my call to inspect the main sewer line from my house to the city street sewer. He thoroughly explained their video inspection service and how it takes a close look at the sewer line, keeping an eye out for clogs, cracks in the underground pipes, and tree roots breaking through the pipe. We had an issue with our septic pipes and John's was great. Aidan came first thing in the next morning and cleared up our issues. He was very nice, quick and cleaned everything as soon as he was done. The service was reasonably priced for the work done and I'm very happy with the service provided.

UPDATE: Replaced my reducing valve recently and upgraded to brass the cutoff valve. They completed a big job for me a few months back, installing two tankless water heaters. Both jobs were priced fairly and scoped correctly. I found that both plumbers are extremely competent, and they clearly love what they do. They were both very personable, professional, and explained everything in a way non-plumbers would understand. They were extremely safety conscious, and took great care to not damage anything around the work area. The plumber I use is the best!

The company is a great one to work with. We have used this company before and were always pleased with their work. The whole experience was friendly. From the young lady that set up the meeting to Trent who is so thoughtful and excellent at his profession, it's a joy to work with him. It is always an enjoyable experience working with this firm. I highly recommend them and also have recommended them in the past to friends and relatives. Again, we would like to thank the company for its excellent service.

My kitchen sink in my new-to-me-but-100-year-old home clogged and my puny manual snake just wasn't powerful enough. I called ABC Plumbing late in the day and Brian asked if this was an emergency or ok to wait until the morning and in the interest of saving some money, I asked for the next day. He wound up having to cut open the waste pipe and found all sorts of things (a whole chicken leg bone, how!?) trapped in the pipe before even reaching the clog. Brian patched everything up and even made a few minor improvements and we're good as we'll get without a full kitchen renovation.

I have never worked with a contractor of any kind more willing to go the extra mile, educate the customer, and respond when needed. ABC is aces.

Within an hour of us calling, Christopher arrived fully equipped to help us clear a stubborn shower drain. About an hour after that, he had not only fixed the problem, but also took a look at the rest of our plumbing system and gave us thorough instructions how to upkeep it ourselves (and therefore save lots of money in the process). Speaking of money, he was upfront about costs of service, so there weren't any unexpected or hidden fees. Best of all, he was respectful to us, our home, and our appliances. We had a great experience with Chris. He came out the very next day to look at a possible ceiling moisture issue and was calm, thorough, and honest. He didn’t try to upsell us or jump to worst-case scenarios, which we really appreciated. After inspecting everything, he explained that there was no active leak and helped us think through likely causes, including how the shower may not have been properly sealed during construction. He even pointed out an exterior drainage/icing issue near our stairs that supports that conclusion. We felt informed, not pressured, and confident in the next steps after he left. I called Johnson Brother's Plumbing in a panic as the main drain out to the pipes in the street was backed up. I have tenants and there was a bad smell in the basement. I called three plumbers and Nate Johnson was the only one who answered his phone. He was incredibly polite and was able to come to the house that same day, diagnose the problem, and clear the line. He was professional, skilled, and he did it all for a very fair price. He helped me out of very tough day, and I can't say how grateful I am for his help. They were very responsive and got the job done in a very timely fashion. They came within 2 days of my call. They replaced my vanit and I would strongly recommend them- nice service. They will be coming back to finish the back splash. I am very happy with their work.

It would have made much more sense (and been a great deal less obvious) if the plastic tubing was anchored along the wood shelf and run through the garage wall as there was space to place the outside faucet further down. Also, curious as to why two holes were drilled through the plasterboard where the tubing exits the garage. Bill was paid with an additional 10 percent tip for time spent. I thought the job was pretty straightforward-wish I had supervised work more closely.

Successful Clearing of 2nd floor drain line to main line. Rooterman (Joe) successful in clearing line that in past couldn't be fullly opened by other clean out companies. Good quick complete work. Previously cleaned and CCTV of 1st floor and main line issues and roots. Rooterman has now opened all drain pipes in my house that have been an issue for past many years. Thanks Joe and Rooterman.

I have worked with RooterMan for years on properties I manage commercially and they have always been fantastic. That said this is the first time I’ve needed them to come to my House to find and repair the source of a sewer issue. Not only did Joe come a few minutes ahead of schedule, he walked us through our options showed us where the issue was in the camera when they went through, repaired the issue and gave advice for future. He completed all of this while Being friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the back up for us which he certainly didn’t need to. Cant recommended the on site or office team any more !! Highly recommended!!!
