What a reliable and well-run business! They are reliable, communicative, on time, helpful, honest and affordable. I've used them to fix a number of plumbing issues including a mysterious leak beneath the kitchen sink as well as a clogged drain. Their service is always excellent. It was a great price, $80 less for the toilet clog than I had been quoted by others. Their availability is fantastic and they are always able to arrive within 1-2 working days. Brian was a great help to us in finding the source of our kitchen leak. It wasn't a simple task.

Phenomenal service. My water heater was faulty. The receptionists were so friendly and helped me to book an appointment for the next day. Tyler, our technician, was courteous, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were able book me the next business for my heater installation. My kitchen sink stopped draining and my landlord couldn't resolve the issue. He called Rooter-Man yesterday around 5:00 PM and Pedro showed up at 9:30 this morning. Pedro was very nice. He examined the pipes, disposal, etc. and was able to quickly figure out the issue and unclog the blockage.

So I went on Google Looking up plumbers in my Area Came Across a large company Let’s call the Dodo-Rooter booked a plumber who was very Blue in the Gills to say he was a novice is an understatement was very scared to do the job, luckily my carpenter recommended United drain 1 phone call with Sam and another with Shannon Sharp had me feeling relieved they actually had the right idea, it took Shannon about 30 minutes to fix a problem that the other guys had been working on for five hours!! I won hundred percent undoubtably trust these guys and their experience more than I would trust anyone else. Needless to say, these guys put anybody else in the dust.

It was three days before Thanksgiving and I had a tub and a sink that wouldn’t drain properly. I called United Drain from work around 10 am - they were at my house around 3 the same day. They recently installed all the plumbing in my new 3 car garage & work shop, which included a new complex water filtration system, hot water, sinks, rerouting well lines, and irrigation feeds and external spigots. Daniel Anguiano the plumber I hired did an outstanding job of replacing my old toilet and matching grout around it to the original grout. He was neat, efficient, and explained everything clearly so that I knew what he was doing. He did an extremely messy job but was still very tidy. I would definitely give him a high rating!

It would have been a six-star review if there were six stars. The technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job disassembling my old solar system and encapsulating the plumbing. I was also impressed with the aesthetics of the plumbing around the sediment filter and water heater. The warehouse provided excellent logistic support to the plumbing technicians in order to complete the install. Overall, a great job.
